¹Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

¹主よ、あなたの幕屋にやどるべき者はだれですか、あなたの聖なる山に住むべき者はだれですか。

²He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

²直く歩み、義を行い、心から真実を語る者、

³He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

³その舌をもってそしらず、その友に悪をなさず、隣り人に対するそしりを取りあげず、

⁴In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

⁴その目は神に捨てられた者を卑しめ、主を恐れる者を尊び、誓った事は自分の損害になっても変えることなく、利息をとって金銭を貸すことなく、まいないを取って罪のない者の不利をはかることをしない人である。これらの事を行う者はとこしえに動かされることはない。

⁵He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
