¹And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, saying,

²When a man shall have in the skin of his flesh a rising, a scab, or bright spot, and it be in the skin of his flesh like the plague of leprosy; then he shall be brought unto Aaron the priest, or unto one of his sons the priests:

³And the priest shall look on the plague in the skin of the flesh: and when the hair in the plague is turned white, and the plague in sight be deeper than the skin of his flesh, it is a plague of leprosy: and the priest shall look on him, and pronounce him unclean.

³Laj tij târil chi us li ra. Cui sak chic li rismal chiru lix ra ut cui cham xsaß, aßan saklep rix ut laj tij tixye nak muxbil ru.

⁴If the bright spot be white in the skin of his flesh, and in sight be not deeper than the skin, and the hair thereof be not turned white; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague seven days:

⁴Cui ut sak lix ra ut moco cham ta xsaß, chi moco sak li rismal chiru, laj tij tixqßue li yaj xjunes chiru cuukub cutan.

⁵And the priest shall look on him the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague in his sight be at a stay, and the plague spread not in the skin; then the priest shall shut him up seven days more:

⁵Ut saß li xcuuk li cutan laj tij târil cuißchic lix ra li yaj. Cui târil nak incßaß yô chi nimânc lix ra, li yaj tâcanâk cuukub cutan chic xjunes.

⁶And the priest shall look on him again the seventh day: and, behold, if the plague be somewhat dark, and the plague spread not in the skin, the priest shall pronounce him clean: it is but a scab: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.

⁶Ut laj tij târil cuißchic lix ra saß xcuuk li cutan. Cui lix ra yô chi qßuirâc ut incßaß xniman, laj tij tixye nak yô chi qßuirâc lix ra. Yal xox li qui-el chirix ut moco muxbil ta ru. Li yaj tixpuchß li rakß ut moco muxbil ta ru.

⁷But if the scab spread much abroad in the skin, after that he hath been seen of the priest for his cleansing, he shall be seen of the priest again.

⁷Abanan cui lix ra yôk chi nimânc chirix nak laj tij quixye nak moco muxbil ta ru, tento nak tixcßut cuißchic lix ra chiru laj tij.

⁸And if the priest see that, behold, the scab spreadeth in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a leprosy.

⁸Laj tij târil chi us lix ra. Ut cui yô chi nimânc lix ra, laj tij tixye nak aßan saklep rix ut muxbil chic ru li yaj.

⁹When the plague of leprosy is in a man, then he shall be brought unto the priest;

⁹Tento nak tâcßamekß riqßuin laj tij li ani saklep rix.

¹⁰And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the rising be white in the skin, and it have turned the hair white, and there be quick raw flesh in the rising;

¹⁰Laj tij târil chi us lix ra. Cui sak chic lix ra, ut cui sak chic li rismal chiru lix ra ut cui teto ru lix ra,

¹¹It is an old leprosy in the skin of his flesh, and the priest shall pronounce him unclean, and shall not shut him up: for he is unclean.

¹¹aßan saklep rix. Ut laj tij tixye nak muxbil ru li yaj. Incßaß tixqßue li yaj xjunes re rilbal chanru lix yajel xban nak ac muxbil ru.

¹²And if a leprosy break out abroad in the skin, and the leprosy cover all the skin of him that hath the plague from his head even to his foot, wheresoever the priest looketh;

¹²Ut laj tij tixqßue retal lix ra. Cui sak chic ru ut cuan saß chixjunil lix tibel naticla chi rok ut nacuulac toj saß xjolom,

¹³Then the priest shall consider: and, behold, if the leprosy have covered all his flesh, he shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: it is all turned white: he is clean.

¹³laj tij tixye nak moco muxbil ta ru xban nak sak chic ru lix ra.

¹⁴But when raw flesh appeareth in him, he shall be unclean.

¹⁴Abanan cui toj mokon tâtehekß ru lix ra, aßan muxbilak chic ru.

¹⁵And the priest shall see the raw flesh, and pronounce him to be unclean: for the raw flesh is unclean: it is a leprosy.

¹⁵Laj tij târil cuißchic lix ra. Cui teto ru lix ra, aßan retalil nak saklep rix. Ut laj tij tixye nak muxbil ru.

¹⁶Or if the raw flesh turn again, and be changed unto white, he shall come unto the priest;

¹⁶Cui tâsakokß ru ut yôk chi qßuirâc lix ra, tâxic riqßuin laj tij.

¹⁷And the priest shall see him: and, behold, if the plague be turned into white; then the priest shall pronounce him clean that hath the plague: he is clean.

¹⁷Laj tij târil chi us lix ra. Cui xsakoß ru lix ra ut yô chi qßuirâc, laj tij tixye nak xqßuira li yaj ut moco muxbil ta chic ru.

¹⁸The flesh also, in which, even in the skin thereof, was a boil, and is healed,

¹⁸Cui junak cuânk xox chirix ut tâqßuirâk,

¹⁹And in the place of the boil there be a white rising, or a bright spot, white, and somewhat reddish, and it be showed to the priest;

¹⁹abanan cui li xox nasakoß ut nasipoß ut nacakoß ru, tento nak tâxic riqßuin laj tij chixcßutbal lix ra chiru.

²⁰And if, when the priest seeth it, behold, it be in sight lower than the skin, and the hair thereof be turned white; the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague of leprosy broken out of the boil.

²⁰Laj tij târil lix ra ut cui cham xsaß ut sak chic li rismal chiru lix ra, laj tij tixye nak muxbil ru li yaj. Xsukßi saklep li xox li qui-el chirix.

²¹But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hairs therein, and if it be not lower than the skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:

²¹Abanan cui laj tij naril lix ra ut naxqßue retal nak moco cham ta xsaß ut incßaß xsakoß li rismal chiru lix ra, ut yô chi qßuirâc, laj tij tixqßue li yaj xjunes chiru cuukub cutan.

²²And if it spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a plague.

²²Cui yô chi nimânc lix ra, laj tij tixye nak saklep ut muxbil chic ru.

²³But if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not, it is a burning boil; and the priest shall pronounce him clean.

²³Abanan cui incßaß xniman lix ra, ut caßaj chic retalil li xox li qui-el chirix li nacßutun, laj tij tixye nak xqßuira ut moco muxbil ta ru.

²⁴Or if there be any flesh, in the skin whereof there is a hot burning, and the quick flesh that burneth have a white bright spot, somewhat reddish, or white;

²⁴Cui junak tixcßat rib ut lix cßatal nasakoß ru malaj ut nacakoß ru,

²⁵Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the hair in the bright spot be turned white, and it be in sight deeper than the skin; it is a leprosy broken out of the burning: wherefore the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.

²⁶But if the priest look on it, and, behold, there be no white hair in the bright spot, and it be no lower than the other skin, but be somewhat dark; then the priest shall shut him up seven days:

²⁶Ut cui laj tij târil nak incßaß xsakoß li rismal chiru lix ra ut incßaß cham xsaß ut yô chi qßuirâc, laj tij tixqßue li yaj xjunes chiru cuukub cutan.

²⁷And the priest shall look upon him the seventh day: and if it be spread much abroad in the skin, then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is the plague of leprosy.

²⁷Saß xcuuk li cutan laj tij târil cuißchic lix ra. Cui yô chi nimânc lix ra, laj tij tixye nak muxbil ru xban nak saklep rix.

²⁸And if the bright spot stay in his place, and spread not in the skin, but it be somewhat dark; it is a rising of the burning, and the priest shall pronounce him clean: for it is an inflammation of the burning.

²⁸Cui lix ra incßaß xniman ut yô chi qßuirâc, aßan yal retalil li cßatal yô chi qßuirâc. Ut laj tij tixye nak moco muxbil ta ru.

²⁹If a man or woman have a plague upon the head or the beard;

²⁹Cui junak ixk malaj ut junak cuînk cuan li xox saß xjolom malaj ut saß xmach,

³⁰Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scall, even a leprosy upon the head or beard.

³¹And if the priest look on the plague of the scall, and, behold, it be not in sight deeper than the skin, and that there is no black hair in it; then the priest shall shut up him that hath the plague of the scall seven days:

³¹Abanan nak laj tij târil lix ra, cui tixqßue retal nak incßaß cham xsaß, ut cui li rismal moco kßek ta, tento nak tixqßue li yaj xjunes chiru cuukub cutan.

³²And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the plague: and, behold, if the scall spread not, and there be in it no yellow hair, and the scall be not in sight deeper than the skin;

³²Saß xcuuk li cutan laj tij târil cuißchic lix ra. Cui lix ra incßaß xniman, ut cui incßaß kßan li rismal chiru lix ra, ut cui incßaß cham xsaß,

³³He shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up him that hath the scall seven days more:

³³laj tij tixye re li yaj nak tixjo li rismal xjolom malaj ut lix mach. Abanan incßaß tixbes li rismal chiru lix ra. Ut tixqßue xjunes chiru cuukub cutan chic.

³⁴And in the seventh day the priest shall look on the scall: and, behold, if the scall be not spread in the skin, nor be in sight deeper than the skin; then the priest shall pronounce him clean: and he shall wash his clothes, and be clean.

³⁴Saß xcuuk li cutan laj tij târil chi us lix ra. Cui incßaß yô chi nimânc, ut cui incßaß cham xsaß, laj tij tixye nak xqßuira ut moco muxbil ta chic. Ut li yaj tixpuchß li rakß.

³⁵But if the scall spread much in the skin after his cleansing;

³⁵Abanan cui yôk chi nimânc lix ra nak ac xyeheß nak xqßuira,

³⁶Then the priest shall look on him: and, behold, if the scall be spread in the skin, the priest shall not seek for yellow hair; he is unclean.

³⁶laj tij târil cuißchic lix ra. Cui xniman, incßaß tento nak târil ma kßan li rismal xban nak li yaj muxbil ru.

³⁷But if the scall be in his sight at a stay, and that there is black hair grown up therein; the scall is healed, he is clean: and the priest shall pronounce him clean.

³⁷Abanan cui incßaß yô chi nimânc lix ra, ut cui kßek li rismal chiru lix ra, aßan retalil nak xqßuira. Ut laj tij tixye nak incßaß muxbil ru.

³⁸If a man also or a woman have in the skin of their flesh bright spots, even white bright spots;

³⁸Cui junak li ixk malaj ut junak li cuînk nasakoß lix tzßûmal,

³⁹Then the priest shall look: and, behold, if the bright spots in the skin of their flesh be darkish white; it is a freckled spot that groweth in the skin; he is clean.

³⁹laj tij târil lix ra. Cui xsakoß lix tibel ut incßaß nalemtzßun, yal xox x-el chirix. Moco muxbil ta ru li cristian aßan.

⁴⁰And the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.

⁴⁰Cui junak cuînk tâtßanekß li rismal, ut tßuruß xjolom tâcanâk, li cuînk aßan moco muxbil ta ru.

⁴¹And he that hath his hair fallen off from the part of his head toward his face, he is forehead bald: yet is he clean.

⁴¹Ut cui tâtßanekß li rismal ut tßuruß saß xbên xpêquem tâcanâk, li cuînk aßan moco muxbil ta ru.

⁴²And if there be in the bald head, or bald forehead, a white reddish sore; it is a leprosy sprung up in his bald head, or his bald forehead.

⁴²Abanan cui na-el li xox cak ut sak saß lix jolom li tßuruß xjolom, usta chiru usta chirix, aßan retalil nak cuan saklep saß xjolom.

⁴³Then the priest shall look upon it: and, behold, if the rising of the sore be white reddish in his bald head, or in his bald forehead, as the leprosy appeareth in the skin of the flesh;

⁴³Tento nak laj tij târil chi us lix ra. Cui xsîpoß ut cak ut sak nacßutun, aßan retalil nak saklep cuan saß xjolom.

⁴⁴He is a leprous man, he is unclean: the priest shall pronounce him utterly unclean; his plague is in his head.

⁴⁴Li cuînk aßan muxbil chic ru. Laj tij tixye nak muxbil ru xban nak saklep cuan saß xjolom.

⁴⁵And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry, Unclean, unclean.

⁴⁵Li ani saklep rix târocsi li rakß pejel ut incßaß tixtzßap xjolom. Tixtzßap li ru ut tixjap re chixyebal “Saklep cuix. Incßaß chic usin.”

⁴⁶All the days wherein the plague shall be in him he shall be defiled; he is unclean: he shall dwell alone; without the camp shall his habitation be.

⁴⁶Muxbil ru tâcanâk toj nak tâqßuirâk. Teßxqßue chi cuânc xjunes toj chirix li naßajej li cuanqueb cuiß lix muhebâleb.

⁴⁷The garment also that the plague of leprosy is in, whether it be a woolen garment, or a linen garment;

⁴⁷Cui tâmoßônk junak li akßej, usta lana usta lino, malaj ut tâmoßônk li cßaßak re ru yîbanbil riqßuin lana malaj lino,

⁴⁸Whether it be in the warp, or woof; of linen, or of woolen; whether in a skin, or in any thing made of skin;

⁴⁸malaj ut tâmoßônk jun pedasak li tzßûm malaj ut li cßaßak re ru yîbanbil riqßuin tzßûm,

⁴⁹And if the plague be greenish or reddish in the garment, or in the skin, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a plague of leprosy, and shall be showed unto the priest:

⁴⁹cui li moß cak malaj ut rax, aßan xcomon li moß li naxbon rib ut tento nak tâcßutekß chiru laj tij.

⁵⁰And the priest shall look upon the plague, and shut up it that hath the plague seven days:

⁵⁰Laj tij târil li cßaßru moß ru ut tixqßue xjunes chiru cuukub cutan.

⁵¹And he shall look on the plague on the seventh day: if the plague be spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in a skin, or in any work that is made of skin; the plague is a fretting leprosy; it is unclean.

⁵¹Saß xcuuk li cutan târil cuißchic. Cui xniman li moß chiru li tßicr malaj chiru li tzßûm, aßan muxbileb chic ru xban nak li moß aßan naxbon rib.

⁵²He shall therefore burn that garment, whether warp or woof, in woolen or in linen, or any thing of skin, wherein the plague is: for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire.

⁵²Laj tij tento nak tixcßat li tßicr lino ut lana malaj ut li cßaßak re ru yîbanbil riqßuin tzßûm. Tixcßat re nak tixsach ru li moß aßan xban nak naxbon rib.

⁵³And if the priest shall look, and, behold, the plague be not spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin;

⁵³Ut cui incßaß xniman li moß chiru li tßicr, malaj ut chiru li cßaßak re ru yîbanbil riqßuin tzßûm,

⁵⁴Then the priest shall command that they wash the thing wherein the plague is, and he shall shut it up seven days more:

⁵⁴laj tij tixqßue chi puchecß ut tixcanab cuißchic xjunes chiru cuukub cutan chic.

⁵⁵And the priest shall look on the plague, after that it is washed: and, behold, if the plague have not changed his color, and the plague be not spread; it is unclean; thou shalt burn it in the fire; it is fret inward, whether it be bare within or without.

⁵⁶And if the priest look, and, behold, the plague be somewhat dark after the washing of it; then he shall rend it out of the garment, or out of the skin, or out of the warp, or out of the woof:

⁵⁶Ut cui li moß yô chi sachc xbonol nak târil laj tij, tixset saß li tßicr, malaj ut saß li tzßûm.

⁵⁷And if it appear still in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in any thing of skin; it is a spreading plague: thou shalt burn that wherein the plague is with fire.

⁵⁷Ut cui tâmoßônk cuißchic ru li tßicr, malaj ut li cßaßak re ru yîbanbil riqßuin tzßûm, tento nak tâcßatekß xban nak naxbon rib li moß.

⁵⁸And the garment, either warp, or woof, or whatsoever thing of skin it be, which thou shalt wash, if the plague be departed from them, then it shall be washed the second time, and shall be clean.

⁵⁸Cui tixpuchß li tßicr aßan malaj ut li tzßûm ut tâêlk li moß chiru, tento cuißchic xpuchßbal xcaß sut re nak tâêlk chi junaj cua li moß chiru.Aßan aßin li chakßrab li tinqßue chirix li moß li nanak chiru lê rakß lana malaj ut lino, ut chiru li quembil tßicr malaj ut chiru li yîbanbil riqßuin tzßûm. Yôquin chixyebal aßin êre re nak naru têqßue retal ma muxbil ru malaj ut incßaß muxbil ru, chan li Dios.

⁵⁹This is the law of the plague of leprosy in a garment of woolen or linen, either in the warp, or woof, or any thing of skins, to pronounce it clean, or to pronounce it unclean.

⁵⁹Aßan aßin li chakßrab li tinqßue chirix li moß li nanak chiru lê rakß lana malaj ut lino, ut chiru li quembil tßicr malaj ut chiru li yîbanbil riqßuin tzßûm. Yôquin chixyebal aßin êre re nak naru têqßue retal ma muxbil ru malaj ut incßaß muxbil ru, chan li Dios.
