¹And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;

³And unto the children of Israel thou shalt speak, saying, Take ye a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both of the first year, without blemish, for a burnt offering;

³Tâye reheb laj Israel nak teßxqßue jun li têlom chibât re xtzßâmanquil xcuybal lix mâqueb. Teßxqßue ajcuiß jun li toro ut jun li carner re teßxcßat chokß xmayej. Jun chihab cuânk reheb ut tzßakalakeb re ru.

⁴Also a bullock and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; and a meat offering mingled with oil: for to day the LORD will appear unto you.

⁴Teßxqßue ajcuiß jun li cuacax ut jun li têlom carner re teßxmayeja re xcßambal ribeb saß usilal riqßuin li Kâcuaß. Teßxmayeja chiru li Kâcuaß rochben li cßaj junajinbil riqßuin aceite. Teßxbânu chi joßcan xban nak chiru li cutan aßin tixcßutbesi rib li Kâcuaß chiruheb, chan.

⁵And they brought that which Moses commanded before the tabernacle of the congregation: and all the congregation drew near and stood before the LORD.

⁵Ut queßxcßam li mayej chiru li oquebâl re li tabernáculo joß quiyeheß reheb xban laj Moisés. Ut chixjunileb laj Israel queßcuulac aran ut queßxakli chiru li Kâcuaß.

⁶And Moses said, This is the thing which the LORD commanded that ye should do: and the glory of the LORD shall appear unto you.

⁶Ut laj Moisés quixye reheb: —Aßan aßin li xextakla cuiß li Kâcuaß. Chebânuhak re nak li Kâcuaß tixcßutbesi lix lokßal chêru, chan.

⁷And Moses said unto Aaron, Go unto the altar, and offer thy sin offering, and thy burnt offering, and make an atonement for thyself, and for the people: and offer the offering of the people, and make an atonement for them; as the LORD commanded.

⁸Aaron therefore went unto the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself.

⁹And the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the blood at the bottom of the altar:

⁹Eb li ralal queßxxoc li quicß ut queßxqßue re laj Aarón. Ut laj Aarón quixtzßa li rukß saß li quicß ut quixyul chiruheb li xucub li cuan saß xcâ xucûtil li artal. Li qui-elaßan quixhoy saß xtôn li artal.

¹⁰But the fat, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.

¹⁰Quixcßat saß li artal lix xêbul ut lix quênkß ut lix xêbul lix chßochß li xul li quixmayeja re xtzßâmanquil xcuybal lix mâc. Quixbânu joß quixye li Kâcuaß.

¹¹And the flesh and the hide he burnt with fire without the camp.

¹¹Ut lix tibel rochben lix tzßûmal quixcßam toj chirix li naßajej li cuanqueb cuiß lix muhebâleb ut aran quixcßat.

¹²And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.

¹²Chirix aßan quixcamsi li xul li quixqßue chokß xcßatbil mayej. Eb li ralal queßxqßue li quicß re ut laj Aarón quixrachrachi chire li artal chixjun sutam.

¹³And they presented the burnt offering unto him, with the pieces thereof, and the head: and he burnt them upon the altar.

¹³Queßxqßue re laj Aarón li setbil tib joß ajcuiß lix jolom li xul ut laj Aarón quixcßat saß xbên li artal chokß xmayejeb.

¹⁴And he did wash the inwards and the legs, and burnt them upon the burnt offering on the altar.

¹⁴Laj Aarón quixchßaj lix cßamcßot ut li rok ut quixcßat saß li artal saß xbên li cßatbil mayej.

¹⁵And he brought the people's offering, and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as the first.

¹⁵Chirix aßan laj Aarón quixqßue lix mayejeb li tenamit. Quixchap li têlom chibât ut quixcamsi. Ut quixmayeja chiru li Kâcuaß re xtzßâmanquil xcuybal lix mâqueb joß quixbânu riqßuin li xbên mayej.

¹⁶And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the manner.

¹⁶Quixcßam ajcuiß li xul li tâqßuehekß chokß cßatbil mayej ut quixmayeja. Quixbânu joß quixye li Dios.

¹⁷And he brought the meat offering, and took an handful thereof, and burnt it upon the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning.

¹⁷Ut quixqßue ajcuiß li mayej cßaj. Quixchap jun môchß ut quixcßat saß xbên li artal. Li mayej aßan jun chic li mayej tixbânu chirix li cßatbil mayej li quixqßue rajlal ekßela.

¹⁸He slew also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron's sons presented unto him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,

¹⁸Quixcamsi li cuacax ut li carner têlom ut quixmayeja re xcßambaleb rib saß usilal riqßuin li Kâcuaß. Eb li ralal queßxqßue li quicß re ut laj Aarón quixrachrachi chire li artal chixjun sutam.

¹⁹And the fat of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covereth the inwards, and the kidneys, and the caul above the liver:

¹⁹Ut queßxchap lix xêbul li cuacax ut li carner, ut lix xêbul lix cßamcßot, joß ajcuiß lix ye rochben lix xêbul, ut lix quênkß ut lix xêbul lix chßochß.

²⁰And they put the fat upon the breasts, and he burnt the fat upon the altar:

²⁰Eb li ralal laj Aarón queßxqßue li xêb saß xbên li re xchßôl. Ut laj Aarón quixqßue li xêb saß xbên li artal ut quixcßat.

²¹And the breasts and the right shoulder Aaron waved for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded.

²¹Laj Aarón quixtaksi saß rukß chiru li Kâcuaß li re xchßôl ut li rukß li xul li cuan saß xnim joß quiyeheß re xban laj Moisés.

²²And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and came down from offering of the sin offering, and the burnt offering, and peace offerings.

²²Nak quirakeß xqßuebaleb li mayej re xtzßâmanquil xcuybal li mâc ut li cßatbil mayej joß ajcuiß li mayej re xcßambal ribeb saß usilal riqßuin li Dios, laj Aarón quixtaksi li rukß saß xbêneb li tenamit ut quixtzßâma chiru li Dios nak târosobtesiheb li tenamit. Chirix aßan qui-el chiru li artal.

²³And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation, and came out, and blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto all the people.

²⁴And there came a fire out from before the LORD, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat: which when all the people saw, they shouted, and fell on their faces.
