1Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1ព្រះវិញ្ញាណមានព្រះបន្ទូលយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា នៅគ្រាចុងក្រោយ នឹងមានអ្នកខ្លះបោះបង់ចោលជំនឿ ទៅជាប់ចិត្ដនឹងវិញ្ញាណបោកបញ្ឆោត ហើយទៅជាប់ចិត្ដនឹងសេចក្ដីប្រៀនប្រដៅរបស់អារក្ស។
2Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
2គេចាញ់បោកពុតត្បុតរបស់មេបោកប្រាស់។ មនសិការរបស់អ្នកទាំងនោះជាប់ជាខ្ញុំបំរើរបស់អារក្ស។
3Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
3ពួកគេហាមប្រាមមិនអោយយកប្ដីប្រពន្ធ មិនអោយបរិភោគអាហារខ្លះដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានបង្កើតមក ដើម្បីអោយអ្នកជឿដែលស្គាល់សេចក្ដីពិតបរិភោគ ទាំងអរព្រះគុណ។
4For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
4អ្វីៗដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានបង្កើតមកសុទ្ធតែល្អទាំងអស់ មិនត្រូវចោលណាមួយឡើយ គឺត្រូវទទួលទាំងអរព្រះគុណវិញ
5For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
5ដ្បិតព្រះបន្ទូលរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង ពាក្យអរព្រះគុណ បានធ្វើអោយអាហារទាំងអស់ទៅជាវិសុទ្ធហើយ។
6If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.
6បើអ្នកយកសេចក្ដីទាំងនេះ ទៅពន្យល់បងប្អូន នោះអ្នកពិតជាបំរើព្រះគ្រិស្ដយេស៊ូយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរ ស្របតាមការអប់រំអំពីជំនឿ និង សេចក្ដីបង្រៀនដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវដែលអ្នកបានខិតខំរៀនយ៉ាងដិតដល់នោះមែន។
7But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
7កុំរវីរវល់នឹងរឿងព្រេងដ៏ឥតខ្លឹមសាររបស់យាយចាស់ៗឡើយ តែត្រូវហាត់គោរពប្រណិប័តន៍ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិញ។
8For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
8ការហាត់ប្រាណមានប្រយោជន៍តែបន្ដិចបន្ដួចប៉ុណ្ណោះ រីឯការគោរពប្រណិប័តន៍ព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិញ មានប្រយោជន៍គ្រប់ចំពូកទាំងអស់ ហើយផ្ដល់ជីវិតនាបច្ចុប្បន្នកាល និង ជីវិតទៅអនាគតកាល តាមព្រះបន្ទូលសន្យា។
9This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
9ពាក្យដូចតទៅនេះគួរអោយជឿ សមនឹងទទួលយកទាំងស្រុង គឺថាៈ
10For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.
10យើងធ្វើការនឿយហត់យើងខំប្រឹងតយុទ្ធ មកពីយើងសង្ឃឹមលើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដ៏មានព្រះជន្មរស់ ព្រះអង្គជាព្រះសង្គ្រោះរបស់មនុស្សលោកទាំងអស់ ជាពិសេសរបស់អ្នកជឿ។
11These things command and teach.
11អ្នកត្រូវដាស់តឿន និង បង្រៀនសេចក្ដីទាំងនេះ។
12Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
12កុំបណ្ដោយអោយនរណាមើលងាយអ្នក ព្រោះអ្នកនៅក្មេង ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ ក្នុងការនិយាយស្ដីក្ដី កិរិយាមារយាទក្ដី ចិត្ដស្រឡាញ់ក្ដី ជំនឿក្ដី និង ចិត្ដបរិសុទ្ធក្ដី ត្រូវធ្វើជាគំរូដល់អស់អ្នកជឿ។
13Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
13ចូរឧស្សាហ៍អានគម្ពីរឧស្សាហ៍ដាស់តឿន និង បង្រៀនបងប្អូនកុំខាន ទំរំាខ្ញុំមកដល់។
14Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
14កុំធ្វេសប្រហែសនឹងព្រះអំណោយទាន ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងអ្នក គឺជាព្រះអំណោយទាន ដែលអ្នកបានទទួល ដោយពាក្យដែលគេបានថ្លែងប្រាប់ក្នុងនាមព្រះអម្ចាស់ និង ដោយក្រុមព្រឹទ្ធាចារ្យ បានដាក់ដៃ លើ
15Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
15ត្រូវយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់បំពេញមុខងារនេះ និង ព្យាយាមតទៅមុខទៀតដើម្បីអោយគ្រប់គ្នាឃើញថា អ្នកពិតជាបានចំរើនឡើងមែន។
16Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
16ត្រូវប្រយ័ត្នប្រយែងលើខ្លួនឯង ប្រយ័ត្នប្រយែងនឹងសេចក្ដីដែលអ្នកបង្រៀន ដោយព្យាយាមធ្វើដូច្នេះ អ្នកនឹងសង្គ្រោះទាំងខ្លួនអ្នកផង ទាំងបងប្អូនដែលស្ដាប់អ្នកផង។
