¹And Jesus entered and passed through Jericho.

¹ព្រះយេស៊ូមកដល់ក្រុងយេរីខូ ហើយយាងកាត់ទីក្រុង។

²And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich.

²មានបុរសម្នាក់ឈ្មោះសាខេ ជាមេលើអ្នកទារពន្ធ គាត់មានទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិយ៉ាងច្រើន។

³And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature.

³គាត់ចង់ឃើញព្រះយេស៊ូមានភិនភាគយ៉ាងណា ប៉ុន្ដែ ដោយមានមនុស្សច្រើន ពេក ហើយដោយគាត់មានមាឌតូចទៀតផងនោះ គាត់មើលព្រះអង្គមិនឃើញទេ។

⁴And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way.

⁴គាត់រត់ទៅខាងមុខ ឡើងដើមឈើមួយដើម ចាំមើលព្រះយេស៊ូ ព្រោះព្រះអង្គត្រូវយាងកាត់តាមនោះ។

⁵And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.

⁵កាលព្រះយេស៊ូយាងមកដល់ ព្រះអង្គងើបព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រឡើង ហើយមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគាត់ថា៖ «លោកសាខេអើយ! សូមអញ្ជើញចុះមកជាប្រញាប់ ដ្បិតថ្ងៃនេះ ខ្ញុំត្រូវស្នាក់នៅផ្ទះលោក»។

⁶And he made haste, and came down, and received him joyfully.

⁶លោកសាខេក៏ចុះមកជាប្រញាប់ ហើយទទួលព្រះយេស៊ូដោយអំណរ។

⁷And when they saw it, they all murmured, saying, That he was gone to be guest with a man that is a sinner.

⁷កាលមនុស្សទាំងអស់ឃើញដូច្នោះ គេរអ៊ូរទំាថា៖ «មើល៍! លោកនេះទៅស្នាក់នៅផ្ទះមនុស្សបាប!»។

⁸And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord: Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.

⁸លោកសាខេក្រោកឈរឡើង ទូលព្រះអម្ចាស់ថា៖ «បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់! ទូលបង្គំនឹងចែកទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិរបស់ទូលបង្គំ ចំនួនពាក់កណ្ដាលដល់មនុស្សក្រីក្រ ហើយប្រសិនបើទូលបង្គំទារពន្ធពីអ្នកណាហួសកំរិត ទូលបង្គំនឹងសងអ្នកនោះវិញមួយជាបួន»។

⁹And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

⁹ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគាត់ថា៖«ថ្ងៃនេះ ការសង្គ្រោះបានមកដល់ផ្ទះនេះហើយ ដ្បិតបុរសនេះជាពូជពង្សរបស់លោកអប្រាហំាដែរ។

¹⁰For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

¹⁰បុត្រមនុស្សបានមក ដើម្បីស្វែងរក និង សង្គ្រោះមនុស្សដែលវិនាសបាត់បង់»។

¹¹And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

¹¹កាលព្រះយេស៊ូយាងមកជិតដល់ក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹមហើយ ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលជាប្រស្នាមួយទៀតទៅកាន់អស់អ្នកដែលស្ដាប់ព្រះអង្គ ដ្បិតអ្នកទាំងនោះនឹកស្មានថា ព្រះរាជ្យ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងមកដល់ភ្លាមៗនេះជាមិនខាន។

¹²He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

¹²ព្រះអង្គមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «មានបុរសម្នាក់ជាអ្នកមានត្រកូលខ្ពស់ចេញដំណើរទៅស្រុកឆ្ងាយ ដើម្បីនឹងទទួល រាជាភិសេក។ កាលណាទទួលរាជាភិសេកហើយ លោកនឹងត្រឡប់មកវិញ។

¹³And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

¹³មុនពេលចេញដំណើរទៅ លោកបានហៅអ្នកបំរើរបស់លោកដប់នាក់មក ប្រគល់ប្រាក់អោយគេមួយណែនម្នាក់ៗ ទាំងផ្ដាំថា "ចូរយកប្រាក់ នេះទៅរកស៊ី រហូតដល់ខ្ញុំត្រឡប់មកវិញ"។

¹⁴But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

¹⁴រីឯអ្នកស្រុកនោះស្អប់លោក បានជាគេចាត់អ្នកតំណាងអោយទៅតាមក្រោយនាំពាក្យថា "យើងខ្ញុំមិនចង់អោយលោកនេះធ្វើស្ដេចលើយើងខ្ញុំជាដាច់ខាត"។

¹⁵And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading.

¹⁵លុះបានទទួលរាជាភិសេកហើយ ព្រះរាជាក៏យាងត្រឡប់មកវិញ។ ទ្រង់កោះហៅអ្នកបំរើទាំងដប់នាក់ ដែលទ្រង់បានប្រគល់ប្រាក់ណែននោះមកសួរ ដើម្បីអោយដឹងថាម្នាក់ៗរកស៊ីចំណេញបានប៉ុន្មាន។

¹⁶Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.

¹⁶អ្នកបំរើទីមួយចូលមកគាល់ ទូលថា "បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់! ប្រាក់ដែលព្រះអង្គប្រទានមក ទូលបង្គំចំណេញបានដប់ណែន"។

¹⁷And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.

¹⁷ព្រះរាជាមានរាជឱង្ការទៅអ្នកនោះថា "ល្អហើយ! អ្នកបំរើដ៏ប្រសើរអើយ យើងតែងតាំងអ្នកអោយគ្រប់គ្រងលើក្រុងដប់ ដ្បិតអ្នកបានស្មោះត្រង់នឹងកិច្ចការមួយ ដ៏តូចនេះ"។

¹⁸And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.

¹⁸អ្នកបំរើទីពីរចូលមក ទូលថា "បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់! ប្រាក់ដែលព្រះអង្គប្រទានមកទូលបង្គំចំណេញ បានប្រាំណែន"។

¹⁹And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.

¹⁹ព្រះរាជាមានរាជឱង្ការទៅគាត់ថា"យើងតែងតាំងអ្នកអោយគ្រប់គ្រងលើក្រុងប្រាំ"។

²⁰And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:

²⁰អ្នកបំរើម្នាក់ទៀតចូលមក ទូលថា "បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់ នេះនែ៎ប្រាក់របស់ព្រះអង្គ ទូលបង្គំបានវេចទុកក្នុងកន្សែង។

²¹For I feared thee, because thou art an austere man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.

²¹ទូលបង្គំនឹកខ្លាចព្រះអង្គ ដ្បិតទ្រង់ប្រិតប្រៀងណាស់។ ព្រះអង្គតែងប្រមូលយកអ្វីៗដែលមិនមែនជារបស់ព្រះអង្គ ហើយតែងច្រូតយកផលពីស្រែដែលទ្រង់មិនបានសាបព្រោះ"។

²²And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

²²ព្រះរាជាមានរាជឱង្ការទៅអ្នកបំរើនោះថា"នែ៎អ្នកបំរើអាក្រក់! យើងនឹងកាត់ទោសអ្នកអោយស្របតាមពាក្យសំដីរបស់អ្នក។ អ្នកដឹងស្រាប់ហើយថា យើងជាមនុស្សប្រិតប្រៀង យើងប្រមូលយកអ្វីៗដែលមិនមែនជារបស់យើង ហើយច្រូតយកផលពីស្រែដែលយើងមិនបានសាបព្រោះ

²³Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

²³ហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាអ្នកមិនយកប្រាក់របស់យើងទៅចងការ ដើម្បីអោយយើងអាចទទួលទាំងដើម ទាំងការនៅពេលយើងត្រឡប់មកវិញ?"។

²⁴And he said unto them that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that hath ten pounds.

²⁴បន្ទាប់មក ព្រះរាជាបញ្ជាទៅអ្នកដែលនៅទីនោះថា "ចូរយកប្រាក់ពីអ្នកនេះ ប្រគល់អោយអ្នកដែលមានដប់ណែនទៅ"។

²⁵(And they said unto him, Lord, he hath ten pounds.)

²⁵អ្នកទាំងនោះទូលស្ដេចថា "បពិត្រព្រះអម្ចាស់! គាត់មានប្រាក់ដប់ណែនហើយ"។

²⁶For I say unto you, That unto every one which hath shall be given; and from him that hath not, even that he hath shall be taken away from him.

²⁶ព្រះរាជាមានរាជឱង្ការតបថា "យើងសុំប្រាប់អ្នករាល់គ្នាថា អ្នកណាមានហើយ អ្នកនោះនឹងទទួលថែមទៀត។ រីឯអ្នកដែលគ្មានវិញ គេនឹងដកហូតនូវអ្វីៗដែលអ្នកនោះមាន សូម្បីតែបន្ដិចបន្ដួចក៏មិនសល់ផង។

²⁷But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.

²⁷ម៉្យាងទៀត ពួកខ្មំាងសត្រូវដែលមិនចង់អោយយើងគ្រងរាជ្យលើគេទេនោះ ចូរនាំគេមក ហើយសម្លាប់ចោលនៅមុខយើងចុះ"»។

²⁸And when he had thus spoken, he went before, ascending up to Jerusalem.

²⁸កាលព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នោះហើយ ព្រះអង្គក៏យាងនាំមុខបណ្ដាជន ឡើងទៅក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម។

²⁹And it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,

²⁹លុះព្រះអង្គយាងជិតដល់ភូមិបេតផាសេ និង ភូមិបេតថានី ដែលនៅចង្កេះភ្នំដើមអូលីវ ព្រះអង្គចាត់សិស្ស ពីររូបអោយទៅមុន

³⁰Saying, Go ye into the village over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither.

³⁰ដោយមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ចូរទៅភូមិខាងមុខនោះ ពេលអ្នកទៅដល់ អ្នកនឹងឃើញកូនលាមួយដែលគេចងនៅទីនោះ ពុំទាន់មាននរណាជិះនៅឡើយទេ ចូរស្រាយវាដឹកមក។

³¹And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.

³¹ប្រសិនបើមានគេសួរថា"ហេតុអ្វីបានជាអ្នកស្រាយវា? " ចូរឆ្លើយទៅគេថា "ព្រះអម្ចាស់ត្រូវការវា"»។

³²And they that were sent went their way, and found even as he had said unto them.

³²សិស្សទាំងពីរក៏ចេញទៅ ហើយឃើញដូចព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលប្រាប់គេមែន។

³³And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof said unto them, Why loose ye the colt?

³³ពេលគេកំពុងស្រាយកូនលា ម្ចាស់វាសួរថា៖ «ហេតុអ្វីបានជាអ្នកស្រាយលានេះ?»

³⁴And they said, The Lord hath need of him.

³⁴សិស្សឆ្លើយថា៖ «ព្រះអម្ចាស់ត្រូវការវា»។

³⁵And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.

³⁵បន្ទាប់មក អ្នកទាំងពីរដឹកកូនលាយកមកថ្វាយព្រះយេស៊ូ ហើយក្រាលអាវធំរបស់ខ្លួនលើខ្នងវា ថ្វាយព្រះអង្គគង់។

³⁶And as he went, they spread their clothes in the way.

³⁶នៅពេលព្រះអង្គយាងទៅមុខ មនុស្សម្នាយកអាវធំរបស់ខ្លួនមកក្រាលតាមផ្លូវ។

³⁷And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;

³⁷កាលព្រះយេស៊ូយាងតាមផ្លូវដែលចុះពីភ្នំដើមអូលីវ មកជិតដល់ក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម មានសិស្សច្រើនកុះករអរសប្បាយ នាំគ្នាបន្លឺសំឡេងសរសើរ តម្កើងព្រះជាម្ចាស់អំពីការអស្ចារ្យទាំងប៉ុន្មានដែលគេបានឃើញ។

³⁸Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.

³⁸គេពោល៖ «សូមព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រទានពរដល់ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រដែលយាងមក ក្នុងព្រះនាមព្រះអម្ចាស់! សូមសន្ដិភាពកើតពីស្ថានបរមសុខ មក សូមលើកតម្កើង សិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះអង្គ នៅស្ថានដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត!»។

³⁹And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.

³⁹មានអ្នកខាងគណៈផារីស៊ី ខ្លះដែលនៅក្នុងចំណោមបណ្ដាជន ទូលព្រះយេស៊ូថា៖«លោកគ្រូសូមឃាត់សិស្សរបស់លោកអោយនៅស្ងៀមផង!»។

⁴⁰And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.

⁴⁰ព្រះយេស៊ូមានព្រះបន្ទូលតបថា៖ «ខ្ញុំសុំប្រាប់អោយអ្នករាល់គ្នាដឹងថា ប្រសិនបើអ្នកទាំងនេះនៅស្ងៀម ដុំថ្មមុខជាស្រែកជំនួសគេវិញមិនខាន»។

⁴¹And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,

⁴¹កាលព្រះយេស៊ូយាងជិតដល់ក្រុងយេរូសាឡឹម ព្រះអង្គទតឃើញទីក្រុង ហើយទ្រង់ព្រះកន្សែងនឹកអាណិតក្រុងនោះ ទាំងមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖

⁴²Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.

⁴²«យេរូសាឡឹមអើយ! គួរអោយស្ដាយពេក នៅថ្ងៃនេះ អ្នកពុំបានយល់ហេតុការណ៍ដែលផ្ដល់សេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដមកអ្នកសោះ ដោយអត្ថន័យនៅលាក់កំបាំងនៅឡើយ អ្នកពុំអាចមើលឃើញបានទេ។

⁴³For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies shall cast a trench about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,

⁴³នៅពេលខាងមុខ ខ្មំាងសត្រូវនឹងមកបោះទ័ពឡោមព័ទ្ធជុំវិញអ្នក ហើយវាយប្រហារអ្នកពីគ្រប់ទិស

⁴⁴And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within thee; and they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation.

⁴⁴គេនឹងកំទេចអ្នកចោល ព្រមទាំងសម្លាប់អ្នកក្រុងអោយវិនាសបង់ផង។ គេមិនទុកអោយដុំថ្ម នៅត្រួតពីលើគ្នា ក្នុងក្រុងទៀតឡើយ ដ្បិតអ្នកពុំបានទទួលស្គាល់ពេលកំណត់ដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានយាងមកសង្គ្រោះអ្នកទេ»។

⁴⁵And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;

⁴⁵ព្រះយេស៊ូយាងចូលព្រះវិហារ ហើយដេញអ្នកលក់ដូរចេញពីទីនោះ

⁴⁶Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made it a den of thieves.

⁴⁶ដោយមានព្រះបន្ទូលទៅគេថា៖«ក្នុងគម្ពីរមានចែងថា "ដំណាក់របស់យើងជាកន្លែងសំរាប់អធិស្ឋាន" តែអ្នករាល់គ្នាបែរជាយកធ្វើសំបុកចោរ ទៅវិញ»។

⁴⁷And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,

⁴⁷ព្រះយេស៊ូបានបង្រៀនគេ នៅក្នុងព្រះវិហារជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។ ក្រុមនាយកបូជាចារ្យ ពួកអាចារ្យ និង ពួកមន្ដ្រី នាំគ្នារកមធ្យោបាយធ្វើគុតព្រះអង្គ។

⁴⁸And could not find what they might do: for all the people were very attentive to hear him.

⁴⁸ប៉ុន្ដែ គេមិនដឹងជាត្រូវប្រើវិធីណាឡើយ ដ្បិតប្រជាជនទាំងមូលប្រឹងស្ដាប់ព្រះបន្ទូលព្រះអង្គ ដោយយកចិត្ដទុកដាក់។
