¹Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,

¹ខ្ញុំប៉ូល ជាអ្នកបំរើ របស់ព្រះគ្រិស្ដយេស៊ូព្រះជាម្ចាស់ បានត្រាស់ហៅខ្ញុំ អោយធ្វើជាសាវ័ក និង ជ្រើសរើសខ្ញុំ អោយប្រកាសដំណឹងល្អរបស់ព្រះអង្គ។

²(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)

²ដំណឹងល្អនេះព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានសន្យាទុកជាមុនក្នុងព្រះគម្ពីរ តាមរយៈពួកព្យាការី របស់ព្រះអង្គ

³Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;

³ស្ដីអំពីព្រះបុត្រារបស់ព្រះអង្គ។ បើគិតតាមមនុស្សព្រះបុត្រាប្រសូតមកក្នុងព្រះរាជវង្សរបស់ព្រះបាទដាវីឌ

⁴And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

⁴តែបើគិតតាមព្រះវិញ្ញាណ ដែលផ្ដល់អោយមនុស្សបានវិសុទ្ធ វិញ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានតែងតាំងព្រះអង្គ ជាព្រះបុត្រាប្រកបដោយឫទ្ធានុភាព ដោយប្រោសព្រះអង្គអោយមានព្រះជន្មរស់ឡើងវិញ។

⁵By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

⁵តាមរយៈព្រះបុត្រា គឺព្រះអម្ចាស់យេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដ យើងខ្ញុំបានទទួលព្រះគុណ និង មុខងារជាសាវ័កដើម្បីនាំជាតិសាសន៍ទាំងអស់ប្រតិបត្ដិតាមជំនឿ សំរាប់លើកតម្កើងព្រះនាមព្រះអង្គ។

⁶Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:

⁶បងប្អូនដែលព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដបានត្រាស់ហៅ ក៏នៅក្នុងចំណោមជាតិសាសន៍ទាំងនោះដែរ។

⁷To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

⁷សូមជំរាបមកបងប្អូនទាំងអស់នៅក្រុងរ៉ូមជាអ្នកដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់ស្រឡាញ់ និង ត្រាស់ហៅអោយធ្វើជាប្រជាជនដ៏វិសុទ្ធ។ សូមព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ជាព្រះបិតារបស់យើង និង ព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដជាអម្ចាស់ ប្រទានព្រះគុណ និង សេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដដល់បងប្អូន!។

⁸First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

⁸ជាបឋមខ្ញុំសូមអរព្រះគុណព្រះជាម្ចាស់របស់ខ្ញុំតាមរយៈព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដ ព្រោះតែបងប្អូនទាំងអស់គ្នាដ្បិតគេតំណាលអំពីជំនឿរបស់បងប្អូនក្នុងសកលលោកទាំងមូល។

⁹For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;

⁹ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដែលខ្ញុំគោរពបំរើយ៉ាងស្មោះដោយប្រកាសដំណឹងល្អ អំពីព្រះបុត្រារបស់ព្រះអង្គទ្រង់ធ្វើជាសាក្សីស្រាប់ហើយថា ខ្ញុំតែងតែនឹកគិតដល់បងប្អូនជានិច្ច

¹⁰Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you.

¹⁰គ្រប់ពេលខ្ញុំអធិស្ឋាន សូមព្រះអង្គប្រទានអោយខ្ញុំមានឱកាសមកសួរសុខទុក្ខបងប្អូន បើព្រះអង្គសព្វព្រះហឫទ័យ។

¹¹For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established;

¹¹ខ្ញុំមានបំណងចង់ជួបមុខបងប្អូនយ៉ាងខ្លាំងដើម្បីចែកព្រះអំណោយទានណាមួយរបស់ព្រះវិញ្ញាណជូនបងប្អូន អោយបងប្អូនបានមាំមួនឡើង

¹²That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

¹²គឺថា ពេលយើងនៅជាមួយគ្នា យើងលើកទឹកចិត្ដគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដោយជំនឿដែលយើងមានរួមគ្នា ទាំងបងប្អូនទាំងខ្ញុំ។

¹³Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.

¹³បងប្អូនអើយ ខ្ញុំចង់អោយបងប្អូនបានជ្រាបយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា ខ្ញុំមានគំរោងការចង់មកជួបបងប្អូនច្រើនលើកច្រើនសាហើយដើម្បីទទួលផលខ្លះក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូន ដូចខ្ញុំធ្លាប់បានទទួលក្នុងចំណោមសាសន៍ឯទៀតៗដែរ ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែមកទល់ពេលនេះ ខ្ញុំចេះតែខកខានមិនបានមក។

¹⁴I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

¹⁴ខ្ញុំត្រូវតែបំពេញកិច្ចការក្នុងចំណោមសាសន៍ក្រិក និង ក្នុងចំណោមសាសន៍ដទៃទៀត ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកប្រាជ្ញ និង ក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកល្ងង់។

¹⁵So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

¹⁵ដូច្នេះ ខ្ញុំក៏មានបំណងនាំដំណឹងល្អ មកជូនបងប្អូននៅក្រុងរ៉ូមនេះដែរ

¹⁶For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

¹⁶ដ្បិតខ្ញុំមិនខ្មាសនឹងប្រកាសដំណឹងល្អទេ ព្រោះដំណឹងល្អនេះជាឫទ្ធានុភាពរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ សំរាប់សង្គ្រោះអស់អ្នកដែលជឿ គឺមុនដំបូងសាសន៍យូដា បន្ទាប់មក សាសន៍ក្រិក។

¹⁷For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

¹⁷ដំណឹងល្អនេះសំដែងអោយដឹងថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសប្រទានអោយមនុស្សបានសុចរិត ដោយសារជំនឿ និង អោយគេកាន់តាមជំនឿ ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថាៈ «មនុស្សសុចរិតមានជីវិតរស់ ដោយសារជំនឿ»។ ទោសរបស់មនុស្សលោក

¹⁸For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

¹⁸ព្រះជាម្ចាស់សំដែងព្រះពិរោធ ពីស្ថានបរមសុខ មក ប្រឆាំងនឹងការមិនគោរពប្រណិប័តន៍ ព្រះអង្គប្រឆាំង នឹងអំពើទុច្ចរិតគ្រប់យ៉ាងដែល មនុស្សលោកប្រព្រឹត្ដ ទាំងយកអំពើទុច្ចរិតនោះខ្ទប់សេចក្ដីពិតមិនអោយលេចចេញមក

¹⁹Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

¹⁹ដ្បិតអ្វីៗដែលមនុស្សលោកអាចស្គាល់ពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់ នោះមានជាក់ច្បាស់ក្នុងចំណោមពួកគេហើយ ព្រោះព្រះអង្គបានសំដែងអោយគេឃើញ។

²⁰For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

²⁰លក្ខណៈដ៏ប្រសើរបំផុតរបស់ព្រះអង្គដែលមនុស្សមើលពុំឃើញ គឺឫទ្ធានុភាពដែលនៅស្ថិតស្ថេរអស់កល្បជានិច្ចក្ដី ឬ ឋានៈរបស់ព្រះអង្គជាព្រះជាម្ចាស់ក្ដី ព្រះអង្គបានសំដែងអោយគេឃើញ តាំងពីកំណើតពិភពលោកមកម៉្លេះ នៅពេលណាដែលគេរិះគិតអំពីស្នាព្រះហស្ដរបស់ព្រះអង្គ។ ដូច្នេះ គេពុំអាចដោះសាខ្លួនបានឡើយ

²¹Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

²¹ដ្បិតគេបានស្គាល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ តែពុំបានលើកតម្កើងសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះអង្គ អោយសមនឹងឋានៈរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទេ ហើយគេក៏ពុំបានអរព្រះគុណព្រះអង្គទៀតផង។ ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ គេបានវង្វេងទៅតាមការរិះគិតរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយចិត្ដល្ងីល្ងើរបស់គេ ក៏បែរទៅជាងងឹតសូន្យសុងដែរ។

²²Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

²²គេអួតអាងថាខ្លួនមានប្រាជ្ញា តែបែរជាលេលាទៅវិញ។

²³And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

²³គេមិនបានលើកតម្កើងសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដែលគង់នៅអស់កល្បជានិច្ចទេ គឺបែរជាយករូបសំណាកដូចជារូបតំណាងមនុស្សដែលរមែងតែងតែស្លាប់ យករូបតំណាងសត្វស្លាប សត្វជើងបួន និង សត្វលូនវារ មកគោរពថ្វាយបង្គំជំនួសវិញ។

²⁴Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:

²⁴ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាព្រះជាម្ចាស់បណ្ដោយអោយពួកគេប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើសៅហ្មង តាមទំនើងចិត្ដលោភលន់របស់គេរហូតដល់ទៅបន្ថោករូបកាយរបស់ខ្លួនឯងផ្ទាល់ទៀតផង។

²⁵Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

²⁵ពួកគេនិយមព្រះក្លែងក្លាយ ជាជាងព្រះដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ ហើយនាំគ្នាថ្វាយបង្គំ និង គោរពបំរើអ្វីៗដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់បង្កើត មកជំនួសគោរពបំរើព្រះដែលបានបង្កើតអ្វីៗទាំងអស់នោះវិញ។ សូមលើកតម្កើងព្រះអង្គអស់កល្បជានិច្ច! អាម៉ែន!។

²⁶For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

²⁶ហេតុនេះហើយបានជាព្រះជាម្ចាស់បណ្ដោយអោយពួកគេងប់នឹងតណ្ហាថោកទាប គឺស្រីៗនាំគ្នាលះបង់ការរួមបវេណីតាមរបៀបធម្មតា ទៅប្រព្រឹត្ដផ្ទុយពីធម្មជាតិវិញ

²⁷And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

²⁷រីឯប្រុសៗក៏ដូច្នោះដែរ គេបានលះបង់ការរួមបវេណីជាមួយស្រីៗតាមរបៀបធម្មតា ហើយពុះកញ្ជ្រោលស្រើបស្រាលតែនឹងប្រុសៗគ្នាឯង។ គេប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើដែលគួរអោយអៀនខ្មាស រវាងប្រុស និង ប្រុស។ ពួកគេទទួលទណ្ឌកម្មក្នុងរូបកាយគេផ្ទាល់ សមនឹងការវង្វេងរបស់គេ។

²⁸And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

²⁸ដោយពួកគេយល់ថា មិនបាច់ស្គាល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់យ៉ាងច្បាស់ ព្រះអង្គក៏បណ្ដោយគេទៅតាមគំនិតឥតពិចារណារបស់ខ្លួន គឺអោយគេប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើដែលមិនត្រូវប្រព្រឹត្ដ។

²⁹Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

²⁹ចិត្ដរបស់ពួកគេពោរពេញដោយគំនិតទុច្ចរិតគ្រប់យ៉ាង គំនិតអាក្រក់ គំនិតលោភលន់ គំនិតពាលពេញទៅដោយចិត្ដច្រណែនឈ្នានីស ចង់សម្លាប់គេឈ្លោះប្រកែកល្បិចកិច្ចកល និង អបាយមុខ។ ពួកគេចូលចិត្ដបរិហារកេរ្ដិ៍គ្នា

³⁰Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,

³⁰និយាយដើមគ្នា តាំងខ្លួនជាសត្រូវនឹងព្រះជាម្ចាស់ មានចិត្ដកំរោលឃោរឃៅមានអំនួតអួតបំប៉ោង ប្រសប់ខាងប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើអាក្រក់ មិនស្ដាប់បង្គាប់ឪពុកម្ដាយ។

³¹Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

³¹ពួកគេជាមនុស្សល្ងីល្ងើមានចិត្ដមិនទៀង ជាមនុស្សអត់ចិត្ដ មិនចេះអាណិតអាសូរ។

³²Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

³²ពួកគេស្គាល់ការវិនិច្ឆ័យរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់យ៉ាងច្បាស់ស្រាប់ហើយថា អ្នកណាប្រព្រឹត្ដបែបនេះនឹងត្រូវទទួលទោសដល់ស្លាប់។ គេមិនត្រឹមតែប្រព្រឹត្ដខ្លួនឯងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេគឺថែមទាំងយល់ស្របជាមួយអ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបែបនោះផងដែរ។
