1Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.
1ចំពោះអ្នក អ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេ ទោះបីអ្នកជានរណាក៏ដោយ ក៏អ្នកពុំអាចដោះសាខ្លួនបានដែរ។ ពេលណាអ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេអ្នកក៏ដាក់ទោសខ្លួនឯង ព្រោះអ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេ តែអ្នកបានប្រព្រឹត្ដដូចគេដែរ។
2But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.
2យើងដឹងថាព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទ្រង់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសអ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដដូច្នេះ គឺវិនិច្ឆ័យស្របតាមសេចក្ដីពិត។
3And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
3រីឯអ្នកអ្នកថ្កោលទោសគេដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដដូច្នេះ តែអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្ដដូចគេដែរនោះ តើអ្នកនឹកស្មានថានឹងបានរួចខ្លួនដោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសអ្នកឬ?
4Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
4ឬមួយអ្នកមើលងាយព្រះហឫទ័យសប្បុរស ព្រះហឫទ័យយោគយល់ និង ព្រះហឫទ័យអត់ធ្មត់ដ៏ទូលំទូលាយរបស់ព្រះអង្គ! តើអ្នកមិនទទួលស្គាល់ថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់មានព្រះហឫទ័យសប្បុរសដូច្នេះ ដើម្បីជំរុញអ្នកអោយកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិតទេឬ?
5But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
5ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែ ដោយអ្នកមានចិត្ដរឹងរូស មិនព្រមកែប្រែចិត្ដគំនិតទេនោះ អ្នកកំពុងតែសន្សំទោស ទុកសំរាប់ថ្ងៃព្រះជាម្ចាស់ទ្រង់ព្រះពិរោធ ជាថ្ងៃដែលព្រះអង្គនឹងសំដែងការវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសដោយយុត្ដិធម៌
6Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
6គឺព្រះជាម្ចាស់នឹងប្រទានផលអោយម្នាក់ៗតាមអំពើដែលខ្លួនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដ។
7To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
7ព្រះអង្គប្រទានជីវិតអស់កល្បជានិច្ច ដល់អស់អ្នកដែលព្យាយាមប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អ ហើយស្វែងរកសិរីរុងរឿងកិត្ដិយស និង អ្វីៗដែលមិនចេះសាបសូន្យ
8But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
8តែទ្រង់ព្រះពិរោធ និង ដាក់ទោសយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ចំពោះអស់អ្នកដែលគិតតែឈ្លោះប្រកែក មិនព្រមស្ដាប់តាមសេចក្ដីពិត គឺបែរទៅស្ដាប់តាមសេចក្ដីទុច្ចរិតវិញ។
9Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
9ទុក្ខលំបាក ការតប់ប្រមល់ អន្ទះអន្ទែង នឹងកើតមានដល់អស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើអាក្រក់ជាមិនខាន គឺមុនដំបូងដល់សាសន៍យូដាបន្ទាប់មក សាសន៍ក្រិក!
10But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
10រីឯសិរីរុងរឿង កិត្ដិយស និង សេចក្ដីសុខសាន្ដ នឹងកើតមានដល់អស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អវិញមុនដំបូងដល់សាសន៍យូដា បន្ទាប់មក សាសន៍ក្រិក!
11For there is no respect of persons with God.
11ដ្បិតព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនរើសមុខនរណាឡើយ។
12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
12អស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប ដោយមិនស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ របស់លោកម៉ូសេ នឹងត្រូវវិនាសទាំងគ្មានក្រឹត្យវិន័យ។ រីឯអស់អ្នកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប ដោយស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យគេនឹងត្រូវទទួលទោស ស្របតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យដែរ
13(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
13ដ្បិតមិនមែនអ្នកឮក្រឹត្យវិន័យប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ដែលបានសុចរិត នៅចំពោះព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រព្រះជាម្ចាស់ គឺអ្នកប្រតិបត្ដិតាមគម្ពីរវិន័យវិញឯណោះ ដែលព្រះអង្គប្រោសអោយបានសុចរិត។
14For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
14ពេលសាសន៍ដទៃដែលពុំស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ នាំគ្នាប្រតិបត្ដិតាមសេចក្ដីដែលក្រឹត្យវិន័យចែងទុក ដោយមិនដឹងខ្លួន គឺខ្លួនគេនោះហើយជាក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ទោះបីគេមិនស្គាល់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យក៏ដោយ។
15Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
15ត្រង់នេះគេបង្ហាញអោយឃើញថាកិច្ចការដែលគម្ពីរវិន័យចែងទុកអោយធ្វើនោះ មានចារឹកនៅក្នុងដួងចិត្ដរបស់គេស្រាប់ហើយ។ មនសិការរបស់គេ ព្រមទាំងការរិះគិតរបស់គេ ដែលនាំអោយមានការចោទប្រកាន់ខ្លួន ឬ ដោះសាខ្លួន ក៏ផ្ដល់សក្ខីភាពអំពីការនេះដែរ។
16In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
16ការនេះនឹងលេចមកអោយឃើញច្បាស់ នៅថ្ងៃដែលព្រះជាម្ចាស់វិនិច្ឆ័យទោសមនុស្សលោក គឺព្រះអង្គនឹងវិនិច្ឆ័យតាមរយៈព្រះគ្រិស្ដយេស៊ូ នូវអំពើដែលគេប្រព្រឹត្ដ ដោយលាក់កំបាំងស្របតាមដំណឹងល្អ ដែលខ្ញុំផ្សព្វផ្សាយ។ សាសន៍យូដា និង ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ
17Behold, thou art called a Jew, and restest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,
17ចំពោះអ្នកវិញ អ្នកមានឈ្មោះជាសាសន៍យូដាអ្នកពឹងផ្អែកលើក្រឹត្យវិន័យរបស់លោកម៉ូសេ ហើយអួតអាងខ្លួនថា ខ្លួនជិតស្និទ្ធនឹងព្រះជាម្ចាស់
18And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;
18អ្នកស្គាល់ព្រះហឫទ័យរបស់ព្រះអង្គ និង បានទទួលការអប់រំពីក្រឹត្យវិន័យ អោយចេះរិះគិតពិចារណាមើលថា ការណាសំខាន់ជាងគេ
19And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,
19អ្នកជឿជាក់ថាខ្លួនជាអ្នកណែនាំមនុស្សខ្វាក់ ជាពន្លឺបំភ្លឺអ្នកដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីងងឹត
20An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.
20ជាគ្រូអប់រំមនុស្សល្ងង់ ជាគ្រូបង្រៀនមនុស្សតូចតាច ព្រោះអ្នកជឿជាក់ថា ការស្គាល់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ និង សេចក្ដីពិតសុទ្ធតែមានចែងនៅក្នុងក្រឹត្យវិន័យទាំងអស់។
21Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?
21អ្នកប្រៀនប្រដៅគេ ម្ដេចក៏អ្នកមិនប្រដៅខ្លួនឯងផង! អ្នកហាមគេមិនអោយលួច តែខ្លួនឯងក៏លួចគេដែរ!
22Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?
22អ្នកប្រាប់គេមិនអោយប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើផិតក្បត់តែខ្លួនឯងក៏ផិតក្បត់ដែរ! អ្នកថាខ្លួនស្អប់ខ្ពើមព្រះក្លែងក្លាយ តែអ្នកបែរជាប្លន់វិហាររបស់ព្រះទាំងនោះទៅវិញ!
23Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?
23អ្នកអួតអាងលើក្រឹត្យវិន័យ តែអ្នកបែរជាបង្អាប់កិត្ដិយសព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ដោយប្រព្រឹត្ដល្មើសក្រឹត្យវិន័យ
24For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.
24ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថា «ព្រោះតែអ្នករាល់គ្នាបានជាសាសន៍ដទៃប្រមាថព្រះនាមរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់»។
25For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
25ការកាត់ស្បែក មានប្រយោជន៍ លុះត្រាតែអ្នកប្រតិបត្ដិតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ប៉ុន្ដែ បើអ្នកប្រព្រឹត្ដល្មើសក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ការកាត់ស្បែករបស់អ្នកទុកដូចជាមិនកាត់ទៅវិញ។
26Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
26ប្រសិនបើមនុស្សមិនកាត់ស្បែកកាន់តាមបទបញ្ជារបស់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ក៏ចាត់ទុកគេដូចជាបានកាត់ស្បែកដែរ!។
27And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?
27ជនដែលមិនកាត់ស្បែកផ្នែកខាងរូបកាយតែប្រតិបត្ដិតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យគេមុខជាដាក់ទោសអ្នកមិនខាន ព្រោះអ្នកមានវិន័យសរសេរជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរ ហើយបានទទួលពិធីកាត់ស្បែក តែអ្នកបែរជាប្រព្រឹត្ដល្មើសក្រឹត្យវិន័យ។
28For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
28សាសន៍យូដាដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ មិនស្ថិតនៅត្រង់សំបកក្រៅទេ រីឯការកាត់ស្បែកដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ ក៏មិនស្ថិតនៅត្រង់សញ្ញាលើរូបកាយនោះដែរ
29But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
29សាសន៍យូដាដ៏ពិតប្រាកដ សំដៅទៅផ្នែកខាងក្នុងចិត្ដឯណោះវិញ រីឯការកាត់ស្បែកដ៏ពិតប្រាកដក៏ស្ថិតនៅលើចិត្ដដែរ គឺជាការកាត់ស្បែក ស្របតាមព្រះវិញ្ញាណ មិនមែនតាមគម្ពីរវិន័យជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរនោះឡើយ។ សាសន៍យូដាប្រភេទនេះ ទទួលការកោតសរសើរពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់ មិនមែនពីសំណាក់មនុស្សទេ។
