1What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?
1ដូច្នេះតើសាសន៍យូដាប្រសើរជាងគេយ៉ាងណា ហើយការកាត់ស្បែកមានសារប្រយោជន៍យ៉ាងណាដែរ?
2Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
2សាសន៍យូដាពិតជាប្រសើរលើសគេបំផុត គ្រប់វិស័យទាំងអស់មែន គឺមុនដំបូង ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានប្រគល់ព្រះបន្ទូលមកអោយសាសន៍យូដា។
3For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
3បើដូច្នេះ ត្រូវគិតដូចម្ដេច? ដោយមានសាសន៍យូដាខ្លះមិនស្មោះត្រង់នឹងព្រះអង្គ តើចិត្ដមិនស្មោះត្រង់របស់គេនឹងនាំអោយព្រះជាម្ចាស់លែងមានព្រះហឫទ័យស្មោះត្រង់ដែរឬ?
4God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
4មិនដូច្នោះទេ ទោះបីមនុស្សគ្រប់រូបសុទ្ធតែជាអ្នកកុហកក្ដី ក៏ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នៅតែមានព្រះហឫទ័យសច្ចៈដែរ ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថាៈ «ត្រូវអោយគេទទួលស្គាល់ថាព្រះអង្គសុចរិត ឥតល្អៀងក្នុងព្រះបន្ទូលសោះឡើយ ហើយព្រះអង្គនឹងមានជ័យជំនះ នៅពេលគេកាត់ក្ដីព្រះអង្គ»។
5But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man)
5ប្រសិនបើ អំពើទុច្ចរិតរបស់យើងបង្ហាញអោយឃើញថាព្រះជាម្ចាស់សុចរិត តើអោយយើងថាដូចម្ដេចទៅវិញ? ប្រសិនបើព្រះជាម្ចាស់ដាក់ទោសយើង តើបានសេចក្ដីថាព្រះអង្គមិនសុចរិតឬ? (ខ្ញុំនិយាយដូច្នេះគឺនិយាយតាមរបៀបមនុស្សលោក)។
6God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?
6មិនដូច្នោះទេ! ប្រសិនបើព្រះជាម្ចាស់មិនសុចរិត តើអោយព្រះអង្គវិនិច្ឆ័យទោសមនុស្សលោកដូចម្ដេចកើត?
7For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
7មួយវិញទៀត បើការកុហករបស់ខ្ញុំធ្វើអោយព្រះហឫទ័យសច្ចៈរបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ លេចចេញមកយ៉ាងច្បាស់ដើម្បីលើកតម្កើងសិរីរុងរឿងរបស់ព្រះអង្គមែននោះ ហេតុដូចម្ដេចបានជាខ្ញុំត្រូវតែទទួលទោស ក្នុងនាមជាមនុស្សបាបទៅវិញ?
8And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just.
8បើដូច្នេះ ម្ដេចក៏យើងមិននាំគ្នាប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើអាក្រក់ ដើម្បីអោយមានផលល្អកើតចេញមក ដូចអ្នកខ្លះដែលមួលបង្កាច់យើងថា យើងបាននិយាយបែបនេះ! អ្នកទាំងនោះមុខតែទទួលទោសជាពុំខាន!
9What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
9បើដូច្នេះ យើងដែលជាសាសន៍យូដា តើយើងប្រសើរជាងគេឬ? ទេ យើងមិនប្រសើរជាងគេទាល់តែសោះ!ដ្បិតយើងបានបញ្ជាក់រួចមកហើយថា មនុស្សទាំងអស់ ទោះបីសាសន៍យូដាក្ដី សាសន៍ក្រិកក្ដីសុទ្ធតែមានបាបសោយរាជ្យពីលើទាំងអស់គ្នា
10As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
10ដូចមានចែងទុកមកថា៖ «គ្មានមនុស្សណាសុចរិតឡើយ សូម្បីតែម្នាក់ក៏គ្មានផង
11There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
11គ្មាននរណាម្នាក់ដឹងខុសត្រូវ គ្មាននរណាម្នាក់ស្វែងរកព្រះជាម្ចាស់។
12They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
12មនុស្សគ្រប់ៗរូបបានវង្វេង ចេញឆ្ងាយពីព្រះជាម្ចាស់ ហើយវិនាសបាត់បង់ជាមួយគ្នា គ្មាននរណាប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើសប្បុរសសោះឡើយ សូម្បីតែម្នាក់ក៏គ្មានផង»។
13Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
13«បំពង់ករបស់គេប្រៀបបាននឹងផ្នូរខ្មោច នៅបើកចំហ អណ្ដាតរបស់គេគ្រលាស់តែពាក្យ បោកបញ្ឆោត មាត់របស់គេមានបង្កប់នូវពិសពស់វែក»។
14Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
14«មាត់របស់គេពោរពេញទៅដោយពាក្យ អពមង្គល និង ពាក្យជូរចត់»។
15Their feet are swift to shed blood:
15«ជើងរបស់គេចាំតែឈានទៅបង្ហូរឈាម
16Destruction and misery are in their ways:
16គេទៅកន្លែងណា កន្លែងនោះខ្ទេចខ្ទីអន្ដរាយអស់។
17And the way of peace have they not known:
17គេមិនស្គាល់ផ្លូវទៅកាន់សន្ដិភាពទេ»។
18There is no fear of God before their eyes.
18«គេរស់ដោយមិនកោតខ្លាចព្រះជាម្ចាស់ សោះឡើយ»។
19Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
19យើងដឹងថា គ្រប់សេចក្ដីដែលមានចែងទុកក្នុងក្រឹត្យវិន័យ សុទ្ធតែចែងទុកសំរាប់អស់អ្នកដែលចំណុះក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ដើម្បីកុំអោយមនុស្សណាម្នាក់រកពាក្យដោះសាបាន ហើយអោយពិភពលោកទាំងមូលទទួលទោស នៅចំពោះព្រះភ័ក្ដ្ររបស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់។
20Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
20ដូច្នេះ គ្មានមនុស្សណាបានសុចរិតនៅចំពោះព្រះភ័ក្ដ្រព្រះអង្គ ដោយការប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមក្រឹត្យវិន័យទេ ព្រោះគម្ពីរវិន័យគ្រាន់តែនាំអោយគេស្គាល់អំពើបាបប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
21But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
21ឥឡូវនេះ ព្រះជាម្ចាស់សំដែងអោយយើងដឹង អំពីរបៀបព្រះអង្គប្រោសមនុស្សអោយបានសុចរិត គឺព្រះអង្គមិនគិតពីក្រឹត្យវិន័យ ទេ ដូចគម្ពីរវិន័យ និង គម្ពីរព្យាការី បានបញ្ជាក់ទុកស្រាប់។
22Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
22ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសអ្នកដែលមានជំនឿ លើព្រះយេស៊ូគ្រិស្ដអោយបានសុចរិត គឺព្រះអង្គធ្វើដូច្នេះចំពោះអស់អ្នកដែលជឿ។ មនុស្សទាំងអស់មិនខុសគ្នាត្រង់ណាឡើយ
23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
23គ្រប់ៗគ្នាសុទ្ធតែបានប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប ហើយគ្មានសិរីរុងរឿង របស់ព្រះជាម្ចាស់នៅជាមួយ
24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
24តែដោយសារព្រះគុណ និង ដោយសារការប្រោសលោះដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងអង្គព្រះគ្រិស្ដយេស៊ូ ព្រះអម្ចាស់ប្រោសគេអោយបានសុចរិតដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃ។
25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
25ព្រះជាម្ចាស់បានតំរូវអោយព្រះយេស៊ូធ្វើជាយញ្ញបូជា សំរាប់លោះអស់អ្នកដែលមានជំនឿ អោយរួចពីបាប ដោយសារព្រះលោហិតរបស់ព្រះអង្គ។ ធ្វើដូច្នេះ ព្រះអង្គបង្ហាញរបៀបដែលព្រះអង្គប្រោសមនុស្សអោយបានសុចរិត គឺពីដើម ព្រះអង្គពុំបានដាក់ទោសមនុស្សលោកដែលប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើបាប
26To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
26ក្នុងគ្រាដែលព្រះអង្គមានព្រះហឫទ័យអត់ធ្មត់ដល់គេនោះទេ។ ឥឡូវនេះ ព្រះអង្គសព្វព្រះហឫទ័យបង្ហាញអំពីរបៀបដែលព្រះអង្គប្រោសមនុស្សអោយបានសុចរិត ដើម្បីសំដែងថាព្រះអង្គសុចរិត ហើយទ្រង់ប្រោសអ្នកដែលជឿលើព្រះយេស៊ូអោយបានសុចរិតផងដែរ។
27Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
27ដូច្នេះ តើមនុស្សអាចមានមូលហេតុអ្វីអួតអាងខ្លួនបាន? គ្មានទាល់តែសោះ! តើគេយកអ្វីជាទីពឹង? ពឹងលើការប្រព្រឹត្ដអំពើល្អឬ?ទេ គឺពឹងផ្អែកលើជំនឿវិញ
28Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
28ដ្បិតយើងយល់ថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ប្រោសមនុស្សអោយបានសុចរិតមកពីគេមានជំនឿ មិនមែនមកពីគេប្រព្រឹត្ដតាមវិន័យឡើយ។
29Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
29បើមិនដូច្នោះទេ ព្រះអង្គជាព្រះរបស់សាសន៍យូដាតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ! តើព្រះអង្គមិនមែនជាព្រះរបស់សាសន៍ដទៃផងដែរទេឬ? មែន!ព្រះអង្គក៏ជាព្រះរបស់សាសន៍ដទៃដែរ។
30Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
30មានព្រះជាម្ចាស់តែមួយព្រះអង្គប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដែលប្រោសសាសន៍យូដាអោយបានសុចរិត មកពីគេមានជំនឿ ហើយក៏ប្រោសសាសន៍ដទៃអោយបានសុចរិត ដោយគេមានជំនឿដែរ។
31Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
31ដូច្នេះតើមានន័យថា យើងយកជំនឿមកលុបបំបាត់ក្រឹត្យវិន័យឬ? ទេ មិនមែនដូច្នោះទេ! គឺយើងធ្វើអោយក្រឹត្យវិន័យរឹតតែមានតម្លៃថែមទៀត។
