1O god, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.
1ഒരു ഗീതം; ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീര്‍ത്തനം.
2Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.
2ദൈവമേ, എന്റെ മനസ്സു ഉറെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാന്‍ പാടും; എന്റെ മനംകൊണ്ടു ഞാന്‍ കീര്‍ത്തനം പാടും.
3I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.
3വീണയും കിന്നരവുമായുള്ളോവേ, ഉണരുവിന്‍ ; ഞാന്‍ അതികാലത്തെ ഉണരും.
4For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.
4യഹോവേ, വംശങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയില്‍ ഞാന്‍ നിനക്കു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യും; ജാതികളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ ഞാന്‍ നിനക്കു കീര്‍ത്തനം പാടും.
5Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;
5നിന്റെ ദയ ആകാശത്തിന്നു മീതെ വലുതാകുന്നു; നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്തത മേഘങ്ങളോളം എത്തുന്നു.
6That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.
6ദൈവമേ, നീ ആകാശത്തിന്നു മീതെ ഉയര്‍ന്നിരിക്കേണമേ; നിന്റെ മഹത്വം സര്‍വ്വഭൂമിക്കും മീതെ തന്നേ.
7God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
7നിനക്കു പ്രിയമുള്ളവര്‍ വിടുവിക്കപ്പെടേണ്ടതിന്നു നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈകൊണ്ടു രക്ഷിച്ചു ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കു ഉത്തരമരുളേണമേ.
8Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;
8ദൈവം തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധിയില്‍ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാന്‍ ആനന്ദിക്കും; ഞാന്‍ ശെഖേമിനെ വിഭാഗിച്ചു സുക്കോത്ത് താഴ്വരയെ അളക്കും.
9Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.
9ഗിലെയാദ് എനിക്കുള്ളതു; മനശ്ശെയും എനിക്കുള്ളതു; എഫ്രയീം എന്റെ തലക്കോരികയും യെഹൂദാ എന്റെ ചെങ്കോലും ആകുന്നു.
10Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?
10മോവാബ് എനിക്കു കഴുകുവാനുള്ള വട്ടക; ഏദോമിന്മേല്‍ ഞാന്‍ എന്റെ ചെരിപ്പു എറിയും; ഫെലിസ്ത ദേശത്തിന്മേല്‍ ഞാന്‍ ജയഘോഷംകൊള്ളും.
11Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?
11ഉറപ്പുള്ള നഗരത്തിലേക്കു എന്നെ ആര്‍ കൊണ്ടുപോകും? ഏദോമിലേക്കു എന്നെ ആര്‍ വഴിനടത്തും?
12Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.
12ദൈവമേ, നീ ഞങ്ങളെ തള്ളിക്കളഞ്ഞില്ലയോ? ദൈവമേ, നീ ഞങ്ങളുടെ സൈന്യങ്ങളോടു കൂടെ പുറപ്പെടുന്നതുമില്ല.
13Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
13വൈരിയുടെ നേരെ ഞങ്ങള്‍ക്കു സഹായം ചെയ്യേണമേ; മനുഷ്യന്റെ സഹായം വ്യര്‍ത്ഥമല്ലോ.
14ദൈവത്താല്‍ നാം വീര്യം പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കും; അവന്‍ തന്നേ നമ്മുടെ വൈരികളെ മെതിച്ചുകളയും.
