¹Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

¹माझ्या आत्म्या परमेश्वराचा जयजयकार कर. माझ्या शरीराच्या प्रत्येक भागाला त्याच्या पवित्र नावाची स्तुती करु दे.

²Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

²माझ्या आत्म्या, परमेश्वराचा जयजयकार कर आणि तो खोखरच दयाळू आहे हे विसरु नकोस.

³Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

³देवा, आम्ही केलेल्या सर्व पापांबद्दल क्षमा कर. तो आमचे सर्व आजार बरे करतो.

⁴Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

⁴देव थडग्यापासून आमचे आयुष्य वाचवतो आणि तो आम्हांला प्रेम आणि सहानुभूती देतो.

⁵Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

⁵देव आम्हाला खूप चांगल्या गोष्टी देतो. तो आम्हाला गरुडासारखे परत तरुण बनवतो.

⁶The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed.

⁶परमेश्वर न्यायी आहे. जे लोक इतरांकडून दु:खी झाले आहेत त्यांना देव न्याय देतो, त्यांच्यासाठी देव न्याय आणतो.

⁷He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

⁷देवाने मोशेला नियम शिकवले, देव ज्या सामर्थ्यशाली गोष्टी करु शकतो त्या त्याने इस्राएलला दाखवल्या.

⁸The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

⁸परमेश्वर सहानुभूतिपूर्ण आणि दयाळू आहे. देव सहनशील आणि प्रेमाचा सागर आहे.

⁹He will not always chide: neither will he keep his anger for ever.

⁹परमेश्वर नेहमीच टीका करीत नाही. परमेश्वर आमच्यावर सदैव रागावलेला राहात नाही.

¹⁰He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

¹⁰आम्ही देवाविरुध्द पाप केले पण त्याने आम्हाला त्या पापाला साजेशी शिक्षा केली नाही.

¹¹For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.

¹¹देवाचे त्याच्या भक्तांबद्दलचे प्रेम हे स्वर्ग पृथ्वीव रजितक्या उंचीवर आहे तितके आमच्यावर आहे.

¹²As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

¹²आणि देवाने आमची पापे पूर्व आणि पश्चिम एकमेकींपासून जितक्या अंतरावर आहेत तितक्या अंतरावर नेऊन ठेवली.

¹³Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him.

¹³वडील मुलांच्या बाबतीत जितके दयाळू असतात तितकाच दयाळू परमेश्वर त्याच्या भक्तांच्या बाबतीत असतो.

¹⁴For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

¹⁴देवाला आमच्याबद्दल सारे काही माहीत असते. आम्ही धुळीपासून निर्माण झालो आहोत हे देवाला माहीत आहे.

¹⁵As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.

¹⁵आमचे आयुष्य कमी आहे हे देवाला माहीत आहे. त्याला माहीत आहे की आम्ही गवताप्रमाणे आहोत.

¹⁶For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.

¹⁶आम्ही एखाद्या छोट्या रानफुलासारखे आहोत हे देवाला माहीत आहे. ते फूल लवकर वाढते. गरम वारा वाहायला लागला की ते मरते आणि थोड्याच वेळात ते फूल कुठे वाढत होते ते देखील कुणी सांगू शकत नाही.

¹⁷But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;

¹⁷परंतु परमेश्वराने त्याच्या भक्तांवर नेहमीच प्रेम केले आणि तो सदैव त्याच्या भक्तांवर प्रेम करीत राहाणार आहे. देव त्यांच्या मुलांशी आणि मुलांच्या मुलांशीदेखील चांगला वागणार आहे.

¹⁸To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

¹⁸जे लोक देवाचा करार पाळतात त्यांच्याशी देव चांगला असतो. जे त्याच्या आज्ञा पाळतात त्यांच्याशी देव चांगला असतो.

¹⁹The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

¹⁹देवाचे सिंहासन स्वर्गात आहे आणि तो सर्वांवर राज्य करतो.

²⁰Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

²⁰देवदूतांनो, परमेश्वराची स्तुती करा. देवदूतांनो, तुम्ही देवाची आज्ञा पाळणारे सामर्थ्यवान सैनिक आहात. तुम्ही देवाचे ऐकता आणि त्याची आज्ञा पाळता.

²¹Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

²¹परमेश्वराच्या सगळ्या सैन्यांनो देवाची स्तुती करा. तुम्ही त्याचे सेवक आहात. देवाला जे हवे ते तुम्ही करा.

²²Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.

²²परमेश्वराने सगळीकडच्या सर्व वस्तू केल्या. देव चराचरावर राज्य करतो आणि त्या सगळ्यांनी परमेश्वराची स्तुती केली पाहिजे. माझ्या आत्म्या परमेश्वराची स्तुती कर.
