¹The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,

¹ کلام خداوند بر من آمد و فرمود:

²Now, thou son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyrus;

² «اینک ای انسان فانی، سوگنامه‌ای برای صور بخوان

³And say unto Tyrus, O thou that art situate at the entry of the sea, which art a merchant of the people for many isles, Thus saith the Lord GOD; O Tyrus, thou hast said, I am of perfect beauty.

³ و به صور که بر دروازهٔ دریا واقع شده و با مردم همهٔ سواحل تجارت می‌کنند بگو: خداوند متعال چنین می‌فرماید: «ای صور، تو گفته‌ای که من کمال زیبایی هستم!

⁴Thy borders are in the midst of the seas, thy builders have perfected thy beauty.

⁴ مرزهای تو در قلب دریاهاست. سازندگانت، زیبایی تو را کامل کردند.

⁵They have made all thy ship boards of fir trees of Senir: they have taken cedars from Lebanon to make masts for thee.

⁵ ایشان از درختان صنوبرِ کوهِ حرمون برای الوار و از چوب درختهای سرو لبنان برای ساختن دَکل به جهت تو استفاده کردند.

⁶Of the oaks of Bashan have they made thine oars; the company of the Ashurites have made thy benches of ivory, brought out of the isles of Chittim.

⁶ پاروهایت را از بلوطهای باشان ساختند، عرشه‌ات را از کاجهای سواحل قبرس ساختند، و با عاج تزئین کردند.

⁷Fine linen with broidered work from Egypt was that which thou spreadest forth to be thy sail; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was that which covered thee.

⁷ بادبانهایت از کتان گلدوزی شدهٔ مصری بود که چون درفش تو بود. سایبانهایت از پارچه‌های مرغوب آبی و بنفش جزیرهٔ قبرس بود.

⁸The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were thy mariners: thy wise men, O Tyrus, that were in thee, were thy pilots.

⁸ پاروزنان تو از مردم صیدون و ارواد، و ملوانانت از مردان کارآزمودهٔ تو بودند.

⁹The ancients of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee thy calkers: all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee to occupy thy merchandise.

⁹ نجّاران کشتی تو، مردان کارآزمودهٔ جُبیل بودند. ملوانان دریانورد همهٔ کشتی‌ها در بازارهای تو تجارت می‌کردند.

¹⁰They of Persia and of Lud and of Phut were in thine army, thy men of war: they hanged the shield and helmet in thee; they set forth thy comeliness.

¹⁰ «سربازانی از پارس، لود و لیبی در ارتش تو خدمت می‌کردند. ایشان سپر و کلاهخود خود را در پادگانهای تو می‌آویزند. ایشان مردانی هستند که برای تو افتخار آوردند.

¹¹The men of Arvad with thine army were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadims were in thy towers: they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they have made thy beauty perfect.

¹¹ سربازان ارواد از دیوارهایت نگهبانی و مردان جماد از بُرجهایت محافظت می‌کردند. ایشان سپرهایشان را بر دیوار تو آویختند. ایشان مردانی بودند که تو را زیبا ساختند.

¹²Tarshish was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of all kind of riches; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they traded in thy fairs.

¹² «تو در اسپانیا تجارت کردی و در عوض کالاهای فراوانت، نقره، آهن، روی و سرب گرفتی.

¹³Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy merchants: they traded the persons of men and vessels of brass in thy market.

¹³ تو در یونان، توبال و ماشک تجارت کردی و کالاهای خود را با بردگان و وسایل برنزی عوض کردی.

¹⁴They of the house of Togarmah traded in thy fairs with horses and horsemen and mules.

¹⁴ تو کالای خود را برای اسبهای بارکشی و اسبهای جنگی و قاطرها به بیت‌توجرمه فروختی.

¹⁵The men of Dedan were thy merchants; many isles were the merchandise of thine hand: they brought thee for a present horns of ivory and ebony.

¹⁵ مردم رودس با تو داد و ستد می‌کردند، مردم بسیاری از سواحل در عوض کالاهایت، عاج و آبنوس به تو دادند.

¹⁶Syria was thy merchant by reason of the multitude of the wares of thy making: they occupied in thy fairs with emeralds, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and coral, and agate.

¹⁶ مردم سوریه کالاها و فرآورده‌های تو را خریدند. ایشان در عوض کالاهایت، فیروزه، ارغوان، کارهای گلدوزی شده، کتان نازک، مرجان و یاقوت می‌دادند.

¹⁷Judah, and the land of Israel, they were thy merchants: they traded in thy market wheat of Minnith, and Pannag, and honey, and oil, and balm.

¹⁷ یهودا و سرزمین اسرائیل با تو داد و ستد داشتند و به جای کالاهایت به تو گندم، عسل، روغن زیتون و ادویه می‌دادند.

¹⁸Damascus was thy merchant in the multitude of the wares of thy making, for the multitude of all riches; in the wine of Helbon, and white wool.

¹⁸ دمشق به‌خاطر کالاهای فراوانت با تو داد و ستد کرد و بهای آنها را با شراب حلبون و پشم زاهار پرداخت کرد.

¹⁹Dan also and Javan going to and fro occupied in thy fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in thy market.

¹⁹ ایشان آهن ساخته شده و ادویه در عوض کالاهای تو می‌دادند.

²⁰Dedan was thy merchant in precious clothes for chariots.

²⁰ مردم ددان، به عوض کالاهای تو، نمد برای زین اسب می‌دادند.

²¹Arabia, and all the princes of Kedar, they occupied with thee in lambs, and rams, and goats: in these were they thy merchants.

²¹ عربها و فرمانروایان سرزمین قیدار برای کالاهای تو برّه، گوسفند و بُز می‌دادند.

²²The merchants of Sheba and Raamah, they were thy merchants: they occupied in thy fairs with chief of all spices, and with all precious stones, and gold.

²² بازرگانان سبا و رعمه با تو داد و ستد می‌کردند و برای کالاهای تو بهترین ادویه و سنگهای گرانبها و طلا می‌دادند.

²³Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad, were thy merchants.

²³ بازرگانان حرّان، کنه، عدن، سبا، آشور و کلمد با تو تجارت می‌کردند.

²⁴These were thy merchants in all sorts of things, in blue clothes, and broidered work, and in chests of rich apparel, bound with cords, and made of cedar, among thy merchandise.

²⁴ ایشان به تو جامه‌های گرانبها و پارچه‌های آبی و قلّابدوزی و فرشهای رنگارنگ را که با ریسمانها بسته‌بندی شده بودند، فروختند.

²⁵The ships of Tarshish did sing of thee in thy market: and thou wast replenished, and made very glorious in the midst of the seas.

²⁵ کشتی‌های ترشیشی با کالاهای تو به سفر رفتند. «پس تو انباشته و سنگین در قلب دریاها بودی.

²⁶Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters: the east wind hath broken thee in the midst of the seas.

²⁶ پاروزنانت تو را به دریاهای دور بردند. باد شرق تو را در قلب دریاها درهم شکسته است.

²⁷Thy riches, and thy fairs, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, thy calkers, and the occupiers of thy merchandise, and all thy men of war, that are in thee, and in all thy company which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the midst of the seas in the day of thy ruin.

²⁷ همهٔ ثروت و کالاهایت، همهٔ دریانوردان و ناخدایانت، و نجّاران کشتی و بازرگانانت، همهٔ سربازانت که در کشتی بودند، همه و همه در روز نابودی تو در دریا ناپدید شدند.

²⁸The suburbs shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.

²⁸ از فریاد ناخداهایت سواحل لرزیدند.

²⁹And all that handle the oar, the mariners, and all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships, they shall stand upon the land;

²⁹ «همهٔ پاروزنان، کشتی را ترک کردند. دریانوردان و همهٔ ناخدایان در ساحل ایستاده‌اند.

³⁰And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:

³⁰ و برای تو شیون می‌کنند و به تلخی می‌گریند، ایشان خاک بر سر خود می‌ریزند و در خاکستر می‌غلطند.

³¹And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird them with sackcloth, and they shall weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter wailing.

³¹ به‌خاطر تو موی سر خود را می‌تراشند و پلاس می‌پوشند و با تلخیِ جان بر تو می‌گریند.

³²And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee, saying, What city is like Tyrus, like the destroyed in the midst of the sea?

³² آنها در سوگواری خود برای تو چنین می‌سرایند: 'چه شهری مانند صور در دریا نابود شده است؟

³³When thy wares went forth out of the seas, thou filledst many people; thou didst enrich the kings of the earth with the multitude of thy riches and of thy merchandise.

³³ هنگامی‌که کالاهای تو از دریا می‌رسید، مردم بسیاری را خشنود می‌کردی. با فراوانی ثروت و کالاهایت پادشاهان جهان را توانگر کردی.

³⁴In the time when thou shalt be broken by the seas in the depths of the waters thy merchandise and all thy company in the midst of thee shall fall.

³⁴ اکنون دریا تو را درهم شکسته است و کالاهایت و همهٔ دریانوردانت در عمق آبها غرق شده‌اند.'

³⁵All the inhabitants of the isles shall be astonished at thee, and their kings shall be sore afraid, they shall be troubled in their countenance.

³⁵ «همهٔ ساحل‌نشینان از حال تو حیران شده‌اند. پادشاهان ایشان ترسان و پریشان گشته‌اند و چهره‌های ایشان متشنّج گشته است. تو برای همیشه نابود شده‌ای و بازرگانان در سراسر جهان ترسیده‌اند که مبادا به سرنوشت تو دچار گردند.»

³⁶The merchants among the people shall hiss at thee; thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt be any more.

³⁶ تو برای همیشه نابود شده‌ای و بازرگانان در سراسر جهان ترسیده‌اند که مبادا به سرنوشت تو دچار گردند.»
