¹Blessed is every one that feareth the LORD; that walketh in his ways.

¹ خوشا به حال کسی‌که از خداوند اطاعت می‌کند و مطابق احکام او زندگی می‌نماید.

²For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.

² دسترنج تو، احتیاجات تو را برآورده می‌سازد و کامیاب و شادمان خواهی بود.

³Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

³ همسرت مانند درخت مو پُر ثمر در خانه‏ات بوده و فرزندانت مانند درختان زیتون به دور سفره‌ات خواهند بود.

⁴Behold, that thus shall the man be blessed that feareth the LORD.

⁴ شخصی که از خداوند اطاعت می‌کند، این چنین برکت خواهد یافت.

⁵The LORD shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.

⁵ خداوند تو را از صهیون برکت دهد و اورشلیم را در سراسر عمرت شكوفا و آباد ببینی! عمرت دراز باد و نوه‌های خود را ببینی! صلح و آرامش بر اسرائیل باد!

⁶Yea, thou shalt see thy children's children, and peace upon Israel.
