¹Praise ye the LORD. Praise ye the LORD from the heavens: praise him in the heights.

¹ خداوند را سپاس باد! خداوند را از آسمانها و از عرش اعلی ستایش کنید.

²Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts.

² ای فرشتگان او و ای لشکرهای آسمانی او را ستایش کنید.

³Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.

³ ای آفتاب و ای مهتاب، و ای ستارگان درخشان، او را ستایش کنید.

⁴Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.

⁴ ای آسمانها و ای آبهای بالای آسمان، او را ستایش کنید.

⁵Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created.

⁵ همهٔ اینها خداوند را ستایش کنند، زیرا که به فرمان او آفریده شدند.

⁶He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.

⁶ او همهٔ آنها را تا به ابد استوار ساخت و هرگز تغییر نخواهند کرد.

⁷Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:

⁷ ای نهنگها و ای تمام اعماق اقیانوسها، او را ستایش کنید.

⁸Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word:

⁸ ای آتش و تگرگ و برف و مه و توفان که مطیع فرمان او هستید، او را ستایش کنید.

⁹Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:

⁹ ای کوهها و تپّه‏ها و درختان میوه‌دار و ای سروهای بلند،

¹⁰Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:

¹⁰ ای حیوانات وحشی و اهلی، ای خزندگان و پرندگان، او را ستایش کنید.

¹¹Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:

¹¹ ای پادشاهان، ای مردم، شاهزادگان و فرمانروایان،

¹²Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:

¹² ای جوانان و ای دوشیزگان، پیر مردان و کودکان، خداوند را ستایش کنید.

¹³Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

¹³ همه با هم نام خداوند را ستایش کنید، زیرا فقط نام او متعال، و شکوه و جلال او بالاتر از زمین و آسمان است. او قوم خود یعنی بنی‌اسرائیل را قوّت و توانایی بخشید، او مایهٔ افتخار مقدّسان می‌باشد. خداوند را سپاس باد!

¹⁴He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD.

¹⁴ او قوم خود یعنی بنی‌اسرائیل را قوّت و توانایی بخشید، او مایهٔ افتخار مقدّسان می‌باشد. خداوند را سپاس باد!
