¹Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.

¹(Un psalm al lui David.) Fă-midreptate, Doamne, căci umblu în nevinovăţie, şi mă încred în Domnul, fără şovăire.

²Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.

²Cercetează-mă, Doamne, încearcă-mă, trece-mi prin cuptorul de foc rărunchii şi inima!

³For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.

³Căci bunătatea Ta este înaintea ochilor mei, şi umblu în adevărul Tău.

⁴I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.

⁴Nu şed împreună cu oamenii mincinoşi, şi nu merg împreună cu oamenii vicleni.

⁵I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.

⁵Urăsc adunarea celor ce fac răul, şi nu stau împreună cu cei răi.

⁶I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD:

⁶Îmi spăl mînile în nevinovăţie, şi aşa înconjur altarul Tău, Doamne,

⁷That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.

⁷ca să izbucnesc în mulţămiri, şi să istorisesc toate minunile Tale.

⁸LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where thine honour dwelleth.

⁸Doamne, eu iubesc locaşul Casei Tale, şi locul în care locuieşte slava Ta.

⁹Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:

⁹Nu-mi lua sufletul împreună cu păcătoşii, nici viaţa cu oamenii cari varsă sînge,

¹⁰In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.

¹⁰ale căror mîni sînt nelegiuite, şi a căror dreaptă este plină de mită!

¹¹But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful unto me.

¹¹Eu umblu în neprihănire; izbăveşte-mă, şi ai milă de mine!

¹²My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless the LORD.

¹²Piciorul meu stă pe calea cea dreaptă: voi binecuvînta pe Domnul în adunări.
