¹And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

¹A Hospodin hovoril Mojžišovi a riekol:

²Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

²Hovor synom Izraelovým a povieš im: Keby niekto učinil zvláštny sľub, podľa tvojho ocenenia duší dá výplatu Hospodinovi.

³And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.

³Tvoje cenenie bude pri mužskom pohlaví od dvadsiatich rokov až do šesťdesiatich rokov, teda tvoje cenenie bude päťdesiat šeklov striebra v šekle svätyne.

⁴And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

⁴Keby to bola osoba ženského pohlavia, bude tvoje cenenie tridsať šeklov.

⁵And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

⁵A keby to bol niekto vo veku od piatich rokov do dvadsiatich rokov, bude tvoje cenenie, ak bude osoba mužského pohlavia, dvadsať šeklov, a pre osobu ženského pohlavia desať šeklov.

⁶And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

⁶Keby to bolo dieťa vo veku od mesiaca do piatich rokov, bude tvoje cenenie, ak bude mužského pohlavia, päť šeklov striebra, a pre ženské pohlavie bude tvoje cenenie tri šekle striebra.

⁷And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

⁷A keby to bol niekto od šesťdesiatich rokov a vyše, ak bude mužského pohlavia, bude tvoje cenenie pätnásť šeklov a pre osobu ženského pohlavia desať šeklov.

⁸But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.

⁸A keby to bol niekto chudobnejší, než aby stačil na tvoje cenenie, postavia ho pred kňaza, a kňaz ho ocení a tak mu určí výplatu podľa toho, čo bude vládať ten, kto sľúbil; kňaz ho ocení.

⁹And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

⁹A keby bolo sľubom nejaké hovädo, jaké obetúvajú v obetný dar Hospodinovi, každé, ktoré by dal z toho, svätým bude.

¹⁰He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

¹⁰Nezmení toho ani ho nezamení, dobré za zlé alebo zlé za dobré. A keby predsa zamenil hovädo za hovädo, vtedy bude i toto i tamto, zamenené zaň, svätým.

¹¹And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:

¹¹A keby sľúbil nejaké nečisté hovädo, jakékoľvek, akého neobetúvajú v obetný dar Hospodinovi, vtedy postaví hovädo pred kňaza,

¹²And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.

¹²a kňaz ho ocení už či dobré a či zlé. Ako ho oceníš, kňazu, tak bude.

¹³But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

¹³A keby ho chcel vykúpiť, pridá jeho pätinu nad tvoju cenu.

¹⁴And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.

¹⁴A keby niekto zasvätil svoj dom, aby bol svätým Hospodinovi, vtedy ho ocení kňaz strednou cenou medzi dobrým a zlým; ako ho ocení kňaz, tak bude stáť.

¹⁵And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

¹⁵Ale keby ten, kto zasvätil, chcel vyplatiť svoj dom, pridá pätinu peňazí tvojej ceny k nej, a dom bude jeho.

¹⁶And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

¹⁶Keby niekto zasvätil Hospodinovi niečo z poľa svojho državia, vtedy sa bude riadiť tvoja cena podľa množstva jeho semena, ktorým sa osieva: pole, na ktoré sa vyseje chomer jačmeňa, budeš ceniť päťdesiat šeklov striebra.

¹⁷If he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

¹⁷Ak by zasvätil svoje pole od roku plesania, bude stáť podľa tvojej ceny.

¹⁸But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

¹⁸A keby zasvätil svoje pole po roku plesania, vtedy mu napočíta kňaz peňazí podľa rokov, ktoré zbývajú do roku plesania, a odpočíta sa od tvojej ceny.

¹⁹And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

¹⁹A keby chcel vykúpiť pole ten, kto ho zasvätil, pridá pätinu peňazí tvojej ceny k nej, a zostane jemu.

²⁰And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

²⁰Ale keby nevykúpil poľa alebo keby predal pole inému človekovi, už sa viacej nevykúpi.

²¹But the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

²¹A pole bude, keď vyjde v roku plesania, svätým Hospodinovi, jako pole, ktoré je zarieknuté; kňazovi bude državím.

²²And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;

²²Keď zasvätí Hospodinovi pole, ktoré kúpil, ktoré nie je z poľa jeho državia,

²³Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubilee: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

²³vtedy mu napočíta kňaz sumu tvojho cenenia do roku plesania, a dá tvoju cenu v ten istý deň ako sväté Hospodinovi.

²⁴In the year of the jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

²⁴V roku plesania sa navráti pole k tomu, od koho bolo kúpené, k tomu, komu je državím zeme.

²⁵And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

²⁵A každá tvoja cena sa bude rozumieť v šekle svätyne; šekel bude dvadsať zŕn.

²⁶Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD's firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD's.

²⁶Len prvorodeného z hoviad, čo už prvorodenským právom patrí Hospodinovi, nikto nezasvätí; či by to už bolo nejaké hovädo z kráv či nejaké dobytča, Hospodinovo je.

²⁷And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

²⁷A keby išlo o nečisté hovädo, vyplatí ho v tvojej cene a pridá k nej jej pätinu. A keby sa nevykúpilo, predá sa v tvojej cene.

²⁸Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

²⁸Len čo do všetkého toho, čo bolo zarieknuté, čo by niekto zariekol Hospodinovi, ničoho z toho, čo má, už či je to človek či hovädo či nejaké pole jeho državia, sa nepredá, ani sa nevykúpi nič také, čo bolo zarieknuté; svätosvätým je Hospodinovi.

²⁹None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.

²⁹Nič zarieknuté, čo by bolo zarieknuté z ľudí na záhubu, jako v bojoch Hospodinových, sa nevyplatí, ale istotne zomrie.

³⁰And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD.

³⁰A každý desiatok zeme, buď zo semena zeme buď z ovocia stromu, je Hospodinov, je svätým Hospodinovi.

³¹And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

³¹A keby niekto chcel vykúpiť niečo zo svojho desiatku, pridá k nemu jeho pätinu.

³²And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

³²Ale každý desiatok z hoviad, z kráv, jako i z drobného dobytka, z oviec alebo kôz, zo všetkého, čo ide pod palicu pastiera, desiate bude svätým Hospodinovi.

³³He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

³³Nebude vyhľadávať, či je dobré a či zlé, ani ho nezamení. A keby ho predsa zamenil, bude i toto i tamto, zamenené zaň, oboje bude svätým; nevykúpi sa.

³⁴These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

³⁴To sú prikázania, ktoré prikázal Hospodin Mojžišovi na vrchu Sinai, aby ich oznámil synom Izraelovým.
