²Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips, and from a deceitful tongue.

²Libra mi alma, oh Jehová, de labio mentiroso, De la lengua fraudulenta.

³What shall be given unto thee? or what shall be done unto thee, thou false tongue?

³¿Qué te dará, ó qué te aprovechará, Oh lengua engañosa?

⁴Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.

⁴Agudas saetas de valiente, Con brasas de enebro.

⁵Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, that I dwell in the tents of Kedar!

⁵Ay de mí, que peregrino en Mesech, Y habito entre las tiendas de Kedar!

⁶My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace.

⁶Mucho se detiene mi alma Con los que aborrecen la paz.

⁷I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war.

⁷Yo soy pacífico: Mas ellos, así que hablo, me hacen guerra.
