¹And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

¹ВАҚТЕ ки рӯзи Пантикост фаро расид, ҳамаашон якдилона дар як ҷо ҷамъ омаданд;

²And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

²Баногоҳ ғулғулае, мисли садои тундбод, аз осмон баромад ва тамоми ҳонаро пур кард,

³And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

³Ва забонаҳои аз ҳам чудое, мисли забонаҳои оташ, ба онҳо зоҳир шуда, яктоякто бар ҳар яке аз онҳо қарор гирифт.

⁴And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

⁴Ҳамаашон аз Рӯҳулқудс пур шуданд, ва чун Рӯҳ ба онҳо қудрати такаллум баҳпшд, ба эабонҳои дигардигар ба сухан гуфтан шурӯъ карданд.

⁵And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

⁵Дар Ерусалим яҳудиён, одамони худотарсе ки аз ҳар халқи зери осмон буданд, сукунат доштанд.

⁶Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

⁶Ҳангоме ки он ғулғула баланд шуд, мардуми бисьёре ҷамъ омада, дар ҳайрат афтоданд, зеро ки ҳар кас ба забони ҳудаш сухани онҳоро мешунид.

⁷And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilaeans?

⁷Ва ҳама моту мабҳут ва мутааҷҷиб шуда, ба якдигар мегуфтанд: «Оё ҳамаи инҳо, ки гап мезананд, ҷалилй нестанд?

⁸And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

⁸«Пас чӣ гуна ҳар яке аз мо сухани онҳоро ба забони зодгоҳи худ мешунавем?

⁹Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judaea, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,

⁹«Мо, ки портиён ва модиён ва эломиен, ва сокинони байнаннаҳрайн, Яҳудо ва Қаппадукия, Понтус ва вилояти Осиё,

¹⁰Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

¹⁰«Фриҷия ва Памфилия, Миср ва ноҳияи Либия, ки дар наздикии Курин аст, ва зиёратчиёни румӣ, ҳам яҳудиён ва ҳам онҳое ки чанде пеш дини яҳудиро қабул кардаанд,

¹¹Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

¹¹«Ва аҳли Крит ва Арабистон ҳастем, суханони инҳоро аз кибриёи Худо ба забонҳои худамон мещунавем».

¹²And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

¹²Хдма мутааҷҷиб шуда ва дар ҳайрат афтода, ба якдигар мегуфтанд: «Ин чй маъно дорад?»

¹³Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

¹³Вале баъзе касон истеҳзокунон мегуфтанд: «Инҳо май хӯрда, маст шудаанд».

¹⁴But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

¹⁴Он гоҳ Петрус, бо он ёздаҳ нафар, бархоста ва овози худро баланд карда, ба онҳо гуфт: «Эй мардони Яҳудо ва ҳамаи сокинони Ерусалим! Инро бидонед ва суханони маро гӯш кунед: Ба амал омадани нубуввати Юил.

¹⁵For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

¹⁵«Инҳо маст нестанд, чунон ки шумо гумон мекунед, зеро ки ҳоло соати сеи рӯз аст,

¹⁶But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

¹⁶«Балки ин ҳамон чиз аст, ки Юили набӣ гуфтааст:

¹⁷And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

¹⁷"Ва дар рӯзҳои охир, мегӯяд Худо, чунин хоҳам кард: Рӯҳи Худро бар тамоми башар хоҳам рехт, ва писарону дуҳтарони шумо нубувват хоҳанд кард, ва ҷавонони шумо рӯъёҳо ва пирони шумо хобҳо хоҳанд дид;

¹⁸And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

¹⁸"Ва ҳатто бар ғуломону канизони Худ дар он рӯзҳо Рӯҳи Худро хоҳам рехт, ва онҳо нубувват хоҳанд кард;

¹⁹And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

¹⁹"Ва аз боло дар осмон мӯъҷизот ва аз поён дар замин аломот: ҳун ва оташ ва буҳороти дуд ба зухур хоҳам овард:

²⁰The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

²⁰"Пеш аз он ки рӯзи азиму пуршукӯҳи Худованд фаро расад, офтоб ба зулмот ва моҳ ба хун мубаддал хоҳад шуд;

²¹And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

²¹"Ва чунин хоҳад шуд, ки ҳар кӣ исми Худовандро бихонад, наҷот хоҳад ёфт".

²²Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

²²«Эй мардони Исроил! Ба ин суханон гӯш диҳед: Исои Носирй Марде буд, ки назди шумо аз ҷониби Худо бо кувваҳо ва мӯъҷизот ва аломоте ки Худо дар миёни шумо ба василаи Ӯ социр кард, ба субут расид, чунон ки худатон низ медонед;

²³Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

²³«Ӯро, ки аз рӯи маслиҳати муайян ва огоҳии пешакии Худо таслим карда шуд, шумо бо дасти бадкирдорон бар салиб мехкӯб карда, куштед;

²⁴Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

²⁴«Вале Худо завлонаи маргро шикаста, Ӯро эҳьё кард, зеро ғайриимкон буд, ки марг Ӯро дар қайдаш нигоҳ дорад.

²⁵For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:

²⁵«Зеро ки Довуд дар ҳаққи Ӯ мегӯяд: "Худовандро ҳамеша пеши назари худ медидам, зеро ки Ӯ ба ямини ман аст, то ки фурӯ нағалтам:

²⁶Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:

²⁶"Ба ин сабаб дилам шод шуд, ва забонам ба ваҷд омад; ҳатто ҷисмам дар умед сокин хоҳад шуд,

²⁷Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

²⁷"Зеро ки ҷони маро дар дӯзах нахоҳй андохт, ва нахоҳӣ гузошт, ки қуддуси Ту фаноро бубинад.

²⁸Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

²⁸"Тариқи ҳаётро ба ман омӯхтаӣ ва бо хузури Худ маро аз шодӣ пур хоҳй кард".

²⁹Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

²⁹«Эй бародарон! Изн мехоҳам, то ки ҷуръат намуда, ба шумо дар бораи падари мо Довуд бигӯям, ки ӯ вафот ёфта, дафн карда шудааст, ва қабраш то имрӯз дар миёни мо боқист;

³⁰Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

³⁰«Азбаски ӯ пайғамбар буд ва медонист, ки Худо барои ӯ қасам ёд кардааст, ки аз насли ӯ Масеҳро ба миён оварад, то ки бар тахти ӯ бинишонад,

³¹He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

³¹«Бинобар ин дар бораи эҳьёи Масеҳ пешбинй карда, гуфт, ки ҷони Ӯ дар дӯзах намонд, ва ҷисми Ӯ фаноро надид.

³²This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

³²«Ҳамин Исоро Худо эҳьё кард, ва ҳамаи мо шоҳидони он ҳастем.

³³Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

³³«Акнун, ки Ӯ ба ямини Худо боло бурда шудааст, ваъдаи Рӯҳулқудсро аз Падар ёфта, он чиро, ки шумо дида ва шунида истодаед, фурӯ рехтааст,

³⁴For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

³⁴«Зеро ки Довуд ба осмон набаромад, вале худаш мегӯяд: "Худованд ба Худованди ман гуфт: ба ямини Ман бинишин,

³⁵Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

³⁵"То ки душманонатро зери пои Ту андозам".

³⁶Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

³⁶«Пас, эй тамоми хонадони Исроил, яқинан бидонед, ки Худо Ҳамин Исоро, ки шумо маслуб кардед, Худованд ва Масеҳ гардондааст».

³⁷Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

³⁷Чун шуниданд, дилреш шуда, ба Петрус ва ҳаввориёни дигар гуфтанд: «Эй бародарон, мо акнун чӣ кунем?»

³⁸Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

³⁸Петрус ба онҳо гуфт: «Тавба кунед, ва ҳар яке аз шумо ба исми Исои Масеҳ барои омурзиши гуноҳҳо таъмид бигиред, ва атои Рӯҳулқудсро хоҳед ёфт;

³⁹For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.

³⁹«Зеро ки ин ваъда барои шумо ва фарзандони шумо ва барои ҳамаи онҳоест, ки дур ҳастанд, яъне бароя ҳар касе ки Худованд Худои мо ӯро бихонад».

⁴⁰And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

⁴⁰Ӯ бо бисьёр суханони дигар ба онҳо шаҳодат медод ва мавъиза намуда, мегуфт: «Худро аз ин насли каҷрав раҳо кунед!»

⁴¹Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

⁴¹Пас онҳое ки каломи ӯро бо рағбат кдбул карданд, таъмид гирифтанд, ва дар ҳамон рӯз тақрибан се ҳазор нафар ба онҳо ҳамроҳ шуданд,

⁴²And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

⁴²Ва онҳо бо шунидани таълими ҳаввориён, бо мушоракати онҳо, бо шикастани нон ва бо дуо гуфтан машғул буданд.

⁴³And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

⁴³Ҳама саросар ба ҳарос афтода буданд, ва бисьёр мӯъҷизот ва аломот аз дасти ҳаввориён дар Ерусалим ба амал омад.

⁴⁴And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

⁴⁴Ҳамаи имондорон бо ҳам муттаҳид ва дар ҳама чиз шарик буданд:

⁴⁵And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

⁴⁵Молу мулки худро мефурӯхтанд ва ба ҳама, мувофиқи эҳтиёҷоти ҳар кас, тақсим мекарданд;

⁴⁶And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

⁴⁶Ҳар рӯз якдилона дар маъбад ҷамъ мешуданд ва дар хонаҳои худ нон шикаста, бо дилхушӣ ва самимият бо ҳам хӯрок мехӯрданд,

⁴⁷Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

⁴⁷Худоро ҳамду сано мехонданд ва дар миёни тамоми мардум меҳру муҳаббат пайдо мекарданд, ва Худованд ҳар рӯз касонеро, ки наҷот меёфтанд, ба аҳли калисо меафзуд.
