¹And it came to pass, that after we were gotten from them, and had launched, we came with a straight course unto Coos, and the day following unto Rhodes, and from thence unto Patara:

¹БО онҳо хайру маъзур карда, бо киштӣ равона шудем ва рост ба Кос омадем; рӯзи дигар ба Рудс ва аз он ҷо ба Потра расидем;

²And finding a ship sailing over unto Phenicia, we went aboard, and set forth.

²Дар он ҷо киштие ёфтем, ки ба Финиқия рафтанӣ буд, ва ба он савор шуда, ҳаракат кардем.

³Now when we had discovered Cyprus, we left it on the left hand, and sailed into Syria, and landed at Tyre: for there the ship was to unlade her burden.

³Қаприсро, ки аз дур намоён шуд, ба тарафи чап монда, сӯи Сурия равона шудем ва дар Сӯр лангар андохтем, зеро ки дар он ҷо мебоист бори киштиро мефуроварданд;

⁴And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.

⁴Дар он ҷо шогирдонро пайдо карда, ҳафт рӯз истодем; онҳо аз Рӯҳ илҳом ёфта, ба Павлус гуфтанд, ки ба Ерусалим наравад.

⁵And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.

⁵Чун вақти мо ба охир расид, боз ба роҳ даромадем, ва ҳама бо занону бачаҳошон моро то беруни шаҳр гусел карданд; мо дар соҳили баҳр зону зада, дуо гуфтем

⁶And when we had taken our leave one of another, we took ship; and they returned home again.

⁶Ва бо ҳамдигар хаиру хуш карда, ба киштй даромадем, ва онҳо ба хонаҳои худ баргаштанд.

⁷And when we had finished our course from Tyre, we came to Ptolemais, and saluted the brethren, and abode with them one day.

⁷Аз Сӯр сафари худро бо киштӣ давом дода, ба Птолимус расидем ва дар он ҷо бо бародарон мулоқот карда, як рӯз дар наздашон истодем.

⁸And the next day we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.

⁸Рӯзи дигар Павлус ва мо, ки ҳамроҳащ будем, он ҷоро тарк карда, ба Қайсария омадем ва ба хонаи Филиппуси башоратдиҳанда, ки яке аз ҳафт нафар буд, даромада, назди ӯ мондем.

⁹And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

⁹Ӯ чор духгари бокира дошт, ки нубувват мекарданд.

¹⁰And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judaea a certain prophet, named Agabus.

¹⁰Баъд аз чандин рӯзе ки дар он ҷо будем, Оғобус ном набие аз Яҳудо омад

¹¹And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.

¹¹Ва назди мо даромада, камарбанди Павлусро гирифту дастҳо ва пойҳои худро бо он баст ва гуфт: «Рӯҳулкудс мегӯяд, ки яҳудиён дар Ерусалим соҳиби ин камарбандро ҳамин тавр баста, ба дасти ғайрияҳудиён хоҳанд супурд».

¹²And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.

¹²Вақте ки инро шунидем, мо ва аҳли он ҷо илтимос кардем, ки ӯ ба Ерусалим наравад.

¹³Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.

¹³Аммо Павлус дар ҷавоб гуфт: «Ин чӣ корест, ки пгумо мекунед? Чаро бо гирьяи худ дили маро мешиканед? Зеро ки ман тайёрам на танҳо бандӣ шавам, балки дар Ерусалим ба хотири исми Исои Худованд бимирам».

¹⁴And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done.

¹⁴Чун ба гапи мо надаромад, ба ҷуз ин сухан: "Он чи хости Худованд аст, бишавад!" - чизи дигар нагуфтем.

¹⁵And after those days we took up our carriages, and went up to Jerusalem.

¹⁵Баъд аз он рӯзҳо мо тадоруки сафарро дида, сӯи Ерусалим равона шудем;

¹⁶There went with us also certain of the disciples of Caesarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old disciple, with whom we should lodge.

¹⁶Баъзе аз шогирдони сокини Қайсария низ ҳамроҳи мо омада, моро ба хонаи Маносӯн ном шахсе ки аз аҳли Қаприс ва шогирди дерина буд, оварданд, то ки назди ӯ манзил кунем.

¹⁷And when we were come to Jerusalem, the brethren received us gladly.

¹⁷Вақте ки вориди Ерусалим шудем, бародарон моро бо хурсандй пазирой карданд.

¹⁸And the day following Paul went in with us unto James; and all the elders were present.

¹⁸Рӯзи дигар Павлус ҳамроҳи мо назди Яъқуб омад; ҳамаи пирон низ ҳозир шуданд.

¹⁹And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.

¹⁹Пас аз салому аҳволпурсй аз он чи Худо ба василаи хизмати ӯ дар миёни ғайрияҳудиён ба амал оварца буд, муфассал нақл кард.

²⁰And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:

²⁰Чун шуниданд, Худоро ҳамду сано хонцанд ва ба ӯ гуфтанд: «Эй бародар, чунон ки мебинй, чандин ҳазор яҳудиён имон овардаанд ва ҳамаашон ғаюрони шариат мебошанд;

²¹And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs.

²¹«Онҳо дар бораи ту шунидаанд, ки ба ҳамаи яҳудиёне ки дар миёни халққо умр ба сар мебаранд, таълим медиҳй, ки аз Мусо дур шаванд, ва мегӯй, ки писарони худро хатна накунанд ва қоидаҳои шариатро ба ҷо наоваранд.

²²What is it therefore? the multitude must needs come together: for they will hear that thou art come.

²²«Пас, чӣ бояд кард? Албатта мардум ҷамъ хоҳанд шуд, зеро ки аз омаданат ҳабар хоҳанд ёфт.

²³Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them;

²³«Бинобар ин он чи ба ту мегӯем, ба ҷо овар: назди мо чор одам ҳастанд, ки назре кардаанд;

²⁴Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave their heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law.

²⁴«Онҳоро бо худ гирифта, ҳамроҳашон таҳорат намо ва ҳарҷашонро ба гарданат бигир, то ки онҳо мӯйсари худро битарошанд, - ва ҳама ҳоҳанд фаҳмид, ки он чи дар бораи гу шунидаанд, асосе надорад, балки худат ҳам мувофиқи шариат рафтор мекунӣ.

²⁵As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.

²⁵«Лекин дар хусуси онҳое ки аз байни ғайрияҳудиён имон овардаанд, мо навишта ва амр фармуда будем, ки ба чизе риоя накунанд, балки фақат аз қурбониҳои бутҳо, аз хун, аз гӯшти ҳайвоноти буғишуда ва аз зино парҳез намоянд».

²⁶Then Paul took the men, and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple, to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification, until that an offering should be offered for every one of them.

²⁶Павлус он одамонро бо худ гирифта, ҳамроҳашон таҳорат намуд ва рӯзи дигар ба маъбад даромад ва анҷоми рӯзҳои таҳоратро, ки бояд барои ҳар яке аз онҳо ҳадияе пешкаш карда шавад, эълон кард.

²⁷And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands on him,

²⁷Вакте ки ҳафт рӯз ба охир мерасид, яҳудиёни аҳли вилояти Осие" ӯро дар маъбад дида, тамоми мардумро ба шӯр оварданд ва ба ӯ дасти тааддӣ дароз карданд

²⁸Crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.

²⁸Ва фарьед зада, гуфтанд: «Эй мардони Исроил, мадад кунед! Ин ҳамон касест, ки ҳамаро дар ҳар ҷо бар зидди қавм ва шариат ва бар зидди ин макон таълим медиҳад, дар айни ҳол юнониҳоро низ ба маъбад дароварда, ин макони мукаддасро палид кардаст».

²⁹(For they had seen before with him in the city Trophimus an Ephesian, whom they supposed that Paul had brought into the temple.)

²⁹Зеро ки пеш аз ин онҳо Трофимуси эфсӯсиро бо ӯ дар щаҳр дида буданд ва гумон карданд, ки Павлус вайро ба маъбад овардааст.

³⁰And all the city was moved, and the people ran together: and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut.

³⁰Тамоми шаҳр ба ҷунбиш омад, мардуми бисьёре ҷамъ шуданд ва Павлусро дастгир карда, аз маъбад берун бароварданд ва дарҳол дарҳоро бастанд.

³¹And as they went about to kill him, tidings came unto the chief captain of the band, that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.

³¹Вакте ки онҳо қасди ҷони ӯ мекарданц, ба мириҳазори сипоҳ ҳабар расид, ки тамоми Ерусалим ба ошӯб омадааст;

³²Who immediately took soldiers and centurions, and ran down unto them: and when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers, they left beating of Paul.

³²Вай дарҳол сарбозон вамирисадҳоро бо худ гирифта, сӯи онҳо шитофт, ва ҳангоме ки онҳо мириҳазор ва сарбозонро диданд, аз задани Павлус даст кашиданд.

³³Then the chief captain came near, and took him, and commanded him to be bound with two chains; and demanded who he was, and what he had done.

³³Мириҳазор наздик омада, ӯро дастгир кард ва амр фармуд, ки ӯро бо ду занҷир бибанданд, ва пурсид, ки ин кист ва чӣ гуноҳе кардааст?

³⁴And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.

³⁴Аз байни издиҳом дод зада, баъзеҳо як чиз ва баъзеҳо чизи дигар мегуфтанд, ва азбаски вай аз боиси шӯру ғавғо ҳақиқати ҳолро фаҳмида натавонист, фармон дод, ки ӯро ба қалъа баранд.

³⁵And when he came upon the stairs, so it was, that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.

³⁵Вақте ки ӯ ба зинапоя расид, сарбозонро лозим омад, ки ба сабаби хашми мардум ӯро бардошта баранд,

³⁶For the multitude of the people followed after, crying, Away with him.

³⁶Зеро ки мардуми бисьёре аз қафо омада, фарьёд мезаданд, ки "ӯро бикушед!"

³⁷And as Paul was to be led into the castle, he said unto the chief captain, May I speak unto thee? Who said, Canst thou speak Greek?

³⁷Пеш аз он ки вориди қалъа шаванд, Павлус ба мириҳазор гуфт: «Оё ҷоиз аст ба ту чизе бигӯям?» Гуфт: «Оё забони юнониро медонӣ?

³⁸Art not thou that Egyptian, which before these days madest an uproar, and leddest out into the wilderness four thousand men that were murderers?

³⁸«Оё ту ҳамон мисрие нестӣ, ки якчанд рӯз пеш аз ин, фитнае барангехта, чор ҳазор одамкушро бо худ ба биёбон бурд?»

³⁹But Paul said, I am a man which am a Jew of Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, a citizen of no mean city: and, I beseech thee, suffer me to speak unto the people.

³⁹Павлус гуфт: «Ман яҳуди ҳастам, аз Тарсус, табааи Қилиқия, ки шаҳри машҳур аст, хоҳшимандам иҷозат бидеҳ, то ки ба мардум суҳане гӯям».

⁴⁰And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
