¹And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,

¹ҲАНГОМЕ ки онҳо ба мардум сухан мегуфтанд, коҳинон ва сардори посбонони маъбад ва саддуқиён бар сари онҳо тохтанд,

²Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.

²Зеро хеле нороҳат шуданд аз ин ки онҳо мардумро таълим медоданд ва дар шахси Исо эҳьёи мурдагонро мавъиза менамуданд,

³And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide.

³Ва дасти тааддӣ 6а онҳо дароз карда, то фардо ба ҳабс гирифтанд, зеро ки шомгоҳ буд.

⁴Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

⁴Аммо бисьёре аз щунавандагони калом имон оварданд, ва шумораи онҳо тақрибан панҷ ҳазор мард буд.

⁵And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,

⁵Фардои он, сардорон ва пирон ва китобдонони онҳо дар Ерусалим ҷамъомаде барпо карданд,

⁶And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.

⁶Ва Ҳонони саркоҳин ва Қаёфо ва Юҳанно ва Искандар ва ҳамаи аъзоёни хонаводаи саркоҳин ҳузур доштанд,

⁷And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?

⁷Ва онҳоро дар миёнаҷо ба по ҳезонда, пурсиданд: «Ба кадом қувват ва ба кадом исм ин корро кардаед?»

⁸Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,

⁸Петрус аз Рӯҳулқудс пур шуда, ба онҳо гуфт: «Эй сардорони қавм ва пирони Исроил!

⁹If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;

⁹«Агар имрӯз барои некие ки ба марди нотавоне кардаем, моро тафтиш менамоед ва мехоҳед бидонед, ки вай ба чӣ васила шифо ёфтааст,

¹⁰Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.

¹⁰«Пас ба ҳамаи шумо ва ба тамоми қавми Исроил маълум бод, ки ба исми Исои Масеҳи Носирӣ, ки Ӯро шумо маслуб кардед, ва Худо Ӯро аз мурдагон эҳьё намуд, - оре, ба исми Ӯ ин одам дар ҳузури шумо тандуруст истодааст:

¹¹This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

¹¹«Ӯ ҳамон сангест, ки шумо, бинокорон, онро рад кардед, вале он ҳоло санги сари гӯшаи бино гардидааст.

¹²Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

¹²«Дар ҳеҷ каси дигар наҷот нест, ва дар зери осмон ҳеҷ исми дигаре ба одамон ато нашудааст, то ки ба василаи он наҷот ёбем».

¹³Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

¹³Вақте ки ҷасорати Петрус ва Юҳанноро диданд ва пай бурданд, ки одамони нохонда ва оддӣ ҳастанд, мутааҷҷиб шуданд ва онҳоро шиноҳтанд, ки аз ҳамроҳони Исо буданд;

¹⁴And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.

¹⁴Чун шахси шифоёфтаро диданд, ки назди онҳо истода буд, чизе ба муқобили онҳо гуфта натавонистанд.

¹⁵But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,

¹⁵Ба онҳо амр фармуданд, ки аз шӯрои пирон берун бираванд; пас аз он бо яқдигар машварат карданд

¹⁶Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.

¹⁶Ва гуфтанд: «Бо ин одамон чӣ кунем? Инак баҳамаи сокинони Ерусалим маълум шудааст, ки онҳо мӯъҷизаи ба назар намоёне ба амал овардаанд, ва мо онро наметавонем инкор кунем;

¹⁷But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.

¹⁷«Аммо барои он ки бештар аз ин дар миёни мардум овоза нашавад, бояд онҳоро саҳт таҳдид кунем, ки дигар ба ҳеҷ кас дар бораи ин исм гап назананд».

¹⁸And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.

¹⁸Онҳоро даъват намуда, фармон доданд, ки ба ҳеҷ ваҷҳ исми Исоро ба забон наоваранд ва таълим надиҳанд.

¹⁹But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.

¹⁹Вале Петрус ва Юҳанно ба ҷавоби онҳо гуфтанд: «Худатон ҳукм кунед, оё дар назари Худо дуруст аст, ки итоати шуморо аз итоати Худо авло донем?

²⁰For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.

²⁰«Мо наметавонем аз гуфтани он чи дидаем ва шунидаем, даст кашем».

²¹So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.

²¹Онҳоро боз ҳам зиёдтар таҳдид карда, ҷавоб доданд, чунки ба сабаби мардум имконият наёфтанд ба онҳо ҷазо диҳанд, зеро ки ҳама Худоро барои он чи воқеъ шуда буд, ҳамду сано мегуфтанд;

²²For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed.

²²Шахсе ки ин мӯъҷизаи шифо ба вай рӯЙ дод, бештар аз чиҳилсола буд.

²³And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them.

²³Баъд аз раҳо шуданашон наэди ёрони худ омаданд ва он чиро, ки саркоҳинон ва пирон гуфта буданд, ба онҳо нақл карданд.

²⁴And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:

²⁴Чун инро шуниданд, овози худро якдилона сӯи Худо баланд карда, гуфтанд: «Эй Парвардигор, эй Офаридагори осмон ва замин ва баҳр ва ҳар он чи дар онҳост!

²⁵Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?

²⁵«Ту бо забони падари мо ва бандаи Худ Довуд ба василаи Рӯҳулкудс гуфтаӣ: "Чаро халқҳо шӯриш менамоянд ва қавмҳо беҳуда қасд мекунанд?

²⁶The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.

²⁶"Подшоҳони замин қиём кардаанд ва мирон муттаҳид шудаанд бар зидди Худованд ва бар зидди Масеҳи Ӯ".

²⁷For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,

²⁷«Дар воқеъ, бар зидди Писари Муқаддаси Ту Исо, ки Ӯро тадҳин кардаӣ, Ҳиродус ва Понтиюс Пилотус бо гайрияҳудиён ва қавми Исроил муттаҳид шуданд,

²⁸For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.

²⁸«То он чиро, ки бозуи Ту ва раъи Ту пешакӣ муқаррар карда буд, ба ҷо оваранд.

²⁹And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,

²⁹«Ва алҳол, эй Худованд, ба таҳдидҳои онҳо назар андоз ва ба бандагони Худ ато фармо, то ки бо камоли ҷасорат каломи Туро баён кунанд,

³⁰By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.

³⁰«Дар сурате ки Ту дасти Худро барои шифо баҳшидан ва барои нишон додани аломоту мӯъчизот ба исми Писари Муқаддаси Худ Исо дароз бикунӣ».

³¹And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

³¹Ҳамин ки дуояшон ба оҳир расид, маконе ки дар он ҷамъ шуда буданд, ба ҷунбиш омад, ва ҳама аз Рӯҳулкудс пур шуданд ва каломи Худоро далерона мегуфтанд.

³²And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.

³²Ҳамаи имондорон аз ҷону дил муттаҳид шуда буданд, ва ҳеҷ касе молу мулки худро аз они худ намедонист, балки ҳама чизро онҳо мушгарак медоштанд.

³³And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

³³Ҳаввориён бо кувваи бузурге ба эҳьёи Исои Худованд шаҳодат медоданд, ва файзи азиме бар ҳамаи онҳо буд.

³⁴Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,

³⁴Ҳеҷ эҳтиёҷманде дар байнашон набуд, зеро ҳар касе ки замин ё хонае дошт, онро мефурӯхт ва пулашро оварда,

³⁵And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.

³⁵Дар ихтиёри ҳаввориён мегузошт, ва ба ҳар кас ба қадри эҳтиёҷаш дода мешуд.

³⁶And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,

³⁶Юсуф, ки ҳаввориён ба ӯ лақаби Барнаббо, яъне "ибни тасаллӣ" ро дода буданд, ва ӯ аз сибти Левй, аз аҳли Қаприс буд,

³⁷Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

³⁷Замине дошт, ва онро фурӯхт ва пулашро оварда, Дар ихтиёри ҳаввориён гузошт.
