¹But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession,

¹АММО Ҳанониё ном шахсе, бо ҳамсаращ Сафира, мулки худро фурӯхт

²And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

²Ва як қисми пули онро, бо огоҳии ҳамсараш, гирифта нигоҳ дошт ва бокии онро оварда, дар иҳтиёри ҳаввориён гузошт.

³But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?

³Петрус гуфт: «Эй Ҳанониё! Чаро ин тавр ба дилат шайтон роҳ ёфтааст, то туро водор намояд, ки ба Рӯҳулқудс дурӯғ бигӯй ва як қисми пули заминро пинҳон кунӣ?

⁴Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

⁴«Оё он чи доштӣ, аз они ту набуд? Оё он чи баъд аз фурӯхтан пайдо кардй, дар ихтиёри ту набуд? Чаро чунин фикрро дар дили худ ҷо додӣ? Ту на ба одамизод, балки ба Худо дурӯғ гуфтӣ».

⁵And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

⁵Ҳамин ки Ҳанониё ин суханонро шунид, ба замин афтод ва ҷон дод, ва ҳамаи онҳое ки инро шуниданд, ба ҳароси азиме афтоданд.

⁶And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him.

⁶Ҷавонон бархоста, ӯро барои дафн таЙёр карданд ва берун бурда, ба Хок супурданд.

⁷And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in.

⁷Тахминан баъд аз гузаштани се соат ҳамсараш омад, ки аз ин воқеа бехабар буд.

⁸And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much.

⁸Петрус аз вай пурсид: «Ба ман бигӯ, ки оё заминро ба ҳамин маблағ фурӯхтед?» Зан гуфт: «Оре, ба ҳамин маблағ».

⁹Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.

⁹Петрус ба вай гуфт: «Чаро ҳар ду забон як кардед, ки Рӯҳи Худовандро биозмоед? Онҳое ки шавҳаратро гӯрониданд, бар остонаи дар ҳастанд; туро низ хоҳанд бурд».

¹⁰Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband.

¹⁰Ҳамон дам вай пеши пои ӯ афтода, ҷон дод; ва ҷавонон, чун дохил шуданд, ваиро мурда ёфганд ва берун бурда, дар паҳлуи шавҳараш дафн карданд.

¹¹And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.

¹¹Тамоми аҳли калисо ва ҳамаи онҳое ки инро щуниданд, ба ҳароси азиме афгоданд.

¹²And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.

¹²Ҳаввориён аломоту мӯъҷизоти зиёде дар миёни қавм ба амал меоварданд ва ҳама якдилона дар равоки Сулаймон ҷамъ мешуданд.

¹³And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them.

¹³Ҳеҷ каси бегона ҷуръат намекард бо онҳо ҳамнишин шавад, лекин мардум онҳоро ситоиш мекарданд.

¹⁴And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)

¹⁴Мардону занони бисьёре ба Худованд имон оварда, Торафт бештар ба онҳо ҳамроҳ мешуданд;

¹⁵Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.

¹⁵Кор ба ҷое расид, ки мардум беморонро ба кӯчаҳо бароварда, болои бистарҳо ва катҳо мегузоштанд, то ки дар вақти гузашта рафтани Петрус ақаллан сояи ӯ бар баъзеи онҳо биафтад.

¹⁶There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

¹⁶Ҳамчунин мардуми бисьёре аз шаҳрҳои атроф дар Ерусалим ҷамъ шуда, беморон ва гирифтороии арвоҳи палидро меоварданд, ва ҳамаи онҳо шифо меёфтанд.

¹⁷Then the high priest rose up, and all they that were with him, (which is the sect of the Sadducees,) and were filled with indignation,

¹⁷Аммо саркохин ва бо вай ҳамаи онҳое ки аз фирқаи саддуқиён буданд, аз ҳасад пур шуда, барҳостанд

¹⁸And laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison.

¹⁸Ва ба хдввориён дасти тааддӣ дароз карда, онҳоро дар зиндони ом андоҳтанд.

¹⁹But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,

¹⁹Вале ҳамон шаб фариштаи Худованд дарҳои зиндонро кушода ва онҳоро берун оварда, гуфт:

²⁰Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.

²⁰«Биравед ва дар маъбад истода, ҳамаи ин суханони ҳаётро ба ин қавм бигӯед».

²¹And when they heard that, they entered into the temple early in the morning, and taught. But the high priest came, and they that were with him, and called the council together, and all the senate of the children of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought.

²¹Чун инро шуниданд, субҳидам ба маъбад омаданд ва ба таълим додан шурӯъ карданд. Дар ин миён саркоҳин ва онҳое ки бо вай буданд, шӯрои пирон ва ҳамаи пирони банӣ Исроилро даъват карданд ва ба зиндон кас фиристоданд, то ки онҳоро биёранд.

²²But when the officers came, and found them not in the prison, they returned and told,

²²Аммо мулозимон рафта, онҳоро дар зиндон наёфтанд ва баргашта, ҳабар доданд

²³Saying, The prison truly found we shut with all safety, and the keepers standing without before the doors: but when we had opened, we found no man within.

²³Ва гуфтанд: «Зиндонро бо эҳтиёти тамом баста дидем, ва посбонон дар пеши дар истода буданд, вале вақге ки дарро кушодем, касеро наефтем».

²⁴Now when the high priest and the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these things, they doubted of them whereunto this would grow.

²⁴Чун саркоҳнн ва сардори посбонони маъбад ва саркоҳинони дигар ин суханонро шуниданд, дар ҳайрат афтоданд, ки ин чӣ окибате дошта бошад.

²⁵Then came one and told them, saying, Behold, the men whom ye put in prison are standing in the temple, and teaching the people.

²⁵Дар ҳамин вакт касе омада, ба онҳо хабар дод ва гуфт: «Инак, он шахсоне ки дар зиндон андоҳта будед, дар маъбад истода, қавмро таълим медиҳанд».

²⁶Then went the captain with the officers, and brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned.

²⁶Он гоҳ сардори посбонон бо мулозимонаш рафта, онҳоро овард, лекин на бо зӯрӣ, зеро аз қавм тарсиданд, ки мабодо онҳоро сангсор кунанд;

²⁷And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them,

²⁷Чун онҳоро оварда, назди шӯрои пирон ба по хезонданд, саркоҳин ба онҳо савол дода, гуфт:

²⁸Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.

²⁸«Оё шуморо ба таври қатъӣ амр нафармудаем, ки ба ин исм таълим надиҳед? Ва инак, шумо Ерусалимро бо таълимоти худ пур кардаед ва мехоҳед хуни Он Одамро ба гардани мо бор кунед».

²⁹Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

²⁹Петрус ва ҳаввориён ба ҷавоб гуфтанд: «Ба Худо бояд итоат кард, на ба одамизод;

³⁰The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.

³⁰«Худои падарони мо Исоро эҳьё кард, ки шумо Ӯро ба дарахг овехта, кушта будед:

³¹Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

³¹«Худо Ӯро ба ямини Худ боло бардошта, Сарвар ва Наҷотдиҳанда гардонд, то ки ба Исроил тавба ва омурзиши гуноҳҳоро ато фармояд;

³²And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.

³²«Мо шоҳидони Ӯ дар ин бобат ҳастем ва ҳамчунин Рӯҳулкудс аст, ки Онро Худо ба фармонбардорони Худ бахшидааст».

³³When they heard that, they were cut to the heart, and took counsel to slay them.

³³Чун шуниданд, чунон дарғазаб шуданд, ки қасд карданд онҳоро ба қатл расонанд.

³⁴Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put the apostles forth a little space;

³⁴Аммо яке аз фарисиён, ки Ҷамлиил ном дошт ва муаллими шариат буд, ва тамоми қавм ӯро мӯҳтарам медоштанд, дар шӯрои пирон бархоста, амр дод, ки ҳаввориёнро ба муддати кӯтоҳе берун баранд,

³⁵And said unto them, Ye men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what ye intend to do as touching these men.

³⁵Ва ба ҳозирон гуфт: «Эй мардони Исроил! Эҳтиёт кунед аз он чи мехоҳед бо ин одамон бикунед:

³⁶For before these days rose up Theudas, boasting himself to be somebody; to whom a number of men, about four hundred, joined themselves: who was slain; and all, as many as obeyed him, were scattered, and brought to nought.

³⁶«Зеро ки чанде пеш аз ин айём шахсе Тавдо ном бархоста, худро чун шахси бузурге вонамуд кард, ва тақрибан чорсад нафар ба вай ҳамроҳ шуданд; вале вай кушта шуд, ва ҳамаи пайравонаш пароканда ва нест шуданд;

³⁷After this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing, and drew away much people after him: he also perished; and all, even as many as obeyed him, were dispersed.

³⁷«Баъд аз вай Яҳудои Ҷалилй дар замони саршуморӣ бархост ва мардуми бисьёреро аз ақиби худ кашид; вай низ кушта шуд, ва ҳамаи пайравонаш пароканда шуданд;

³⁸And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought:

³⁸«Ва алҳол ба шумо мегӯям, ки аз ин одамон даст кашед ва онҳоро ба ҳоли худ бигузоред, зеро ки агар ин раъй ва амал аз одамизод бошад, худ аз худ барҳам хоҳад хӯрд,

³⁹But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.

³⁹«Вале агар аз Худо бошад, шумо онро наметавонед барҳам диҳед, мабодо маълум шавад, ки бо Худо ситеза мекунед».

⁴⁰And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.

⁴⁰Ба гапи вай даромаданд ва ҳаввориёнро ҷеғ зада оварда, қамчинкорӣ карданд ва минбаъд ба исми Исо ҳарф заданро ба онҳо манъ карда, онҳоро озод намуданд.

⁴¹And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name.

⁴¹Онҳо аз шӯрои пирон баромада, хурсанд шуданд, ки ба хотири исми Ӯ сазовори беҳурматӣ гардидаанд,

⁴²And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

⁴²Ва ҳар рӯз дар маъбад ва дар хонаҳо дар бораи Исои Масеҳ таълим ва башорат медоданд.
