¹Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.

¹ФАРИСИЁН ва баъзе китобдонон, ки аз Ерусалим омада буданд, назди Ӯ ҷамъ шуданд;

²And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.

²Ва чун диданд, ки баъзе шогирдони Ӯ бо дастҳои нопок, яъне ношуста, нон мехӯранд, сарзаниш карданд.

³For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.

³Зеро ки фарисиён ва ҳамаи яҳудиён ба ривоятҳои муршидон пайравй намуда, то дастҳои худро бодиққат нашӯянд, хӯрок намехӯранд;

⁴And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.

⁴Ва чун аз бозорҳо оянд, то нашӯянд, чизе намехӯранд. Ва бисьёр расмҳои дигар ҳаст, ки нигоҳ медоранд: монанди шустани пиёлаҳо, кӯзаҳо ва курсиҳо.

⁵Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?

⁵Пас фарисиён ва китобдонон аз Ӯ пурсиданд: «Чаро шогирдони Ту ба ривоятҳои муршидон пайравӣ намекунанд, балки бо дастҳои ношуста нон мехӯранд?»

⁶He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

⁶Ӯ ба онҳо ҷавоб дода гуфт: «Ишаъё дар бораи шумо, эй риёкорон, некӯ пайғом додааст, чунон ки навишта шудааст: "Ин мардум бо лабони худ Маро парастиш мекунанд, лекин дилашон аз Ман дур аст;

⁷Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

⁷«Пас Маро бар абас парастиш мекунанд, зеро ки таълимоту аҳкоми инсониро таълим медиҳанд".

⁸For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

⁸«Зеро шумо ҳукми Худоро як сӯ гузошта, ривоятҳои инсониро, монанди шустани кӯзаҳо ва пиёлаҳо, нигоҳ медоред ва бисьёр расмҳои дигарро ба ҷо меоваред».

⁹And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

⁹Ва ба онҳо гуфт: «Оё хуб аст, ки шумо ҳукми Худоро ботил мекунед, то ки ривояти худро риоя намоед?

¹⁰For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:

¹⁰«Зеро Мусо гуфтааст: "Падару модари худро иззат намо"; ва: "Ҳар кӣ падар ё модари худро дашном диҳад, албатта ҳалок гардад".

¹¹But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.

¹¹«Лекин шумо мегӯед: "Ҳар гоҳ касе ба падар ё модари худ гӯяд: «Он чи аз ман нафъ ёбӣ, курбон, яъне ҳадия барои Ҳудост»", -

¹²And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;

¹²«Ва баъд аз ин намегузоред, ки вай ба падар ё модари худ ягон чиз кунад,

¹³Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

¹³«Дар айни ҳол каломи Худоро бо ривояти худ, ки ҷорӣ сохтаед, бартараф менамоед; ва бисьёр расмҳои монанди инро ба ҷо меоваред».

¹⁴And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:

¹⁴Ва он ҷамоатро назди худ даъват намуда, гуфт: «Ҳама ба Ман гӯш диҳед ва бифаҳмед.

¹⁵There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

¹⁵«Чизе нест, ки аз берун ба даруни одам даромада, вайро палид карда тавонад; балки чизе ки аз дарунаш баромада бошад, одамро палид мекунад.

¹⁶If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

¹⁶«Ҳар кӣ гӯши шунаво дорад, бишнавад!»

¹⁷And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.

¹⁷Ва чун аз назди ҷамоат ба хона даромад, шогирдонаш маънии ин масалро аз Ӯ пурсиданд.

¹⁸And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

¹⁸Ӯ ба онҳо гуфт: «Оё шумо низ ч>'нин бефаҳм ҳастед? Оё намедонед, ки ҳар чизе аз берун ба даруни одам дарояд, наметавонад вайро нопок кунад?

¹⁹Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

¹⁹«Зеро ба даруни дилаш намедарояд, балки ба шикамаш меравад ва аз он хориҷ мешавад, ва ба ин сурат ҳар хӯрок пок мегардад».

²⁰And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

²⁰Баъд гуфт: «Он чи аз одам берун ояд, одамро нопок месозад;

²¹For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

²¹«Зеро ки аз даруни дили одам хаёлоти бад, зино, фисқ, катл,

²²Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

²²«Дуздӣ, тамаъ, кина, макр, ҳирс, чашми бад, куфр, ғурур ва ҷаҳолат пайдо мешавад.

²³All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

²³«Тамоми ин чизҳои бад аз дарун паидо шуда, одамро палид мекунад».

²⁴And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.

²⁴Ва аз он ҷо равона шуда, ба худуди Сӯр ва Сидӯн расид; ва ба хонае даромада, нахост, ки касе Ӯро шиносад; лекин натавонист пинҳон монад.

²⁵For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:

²⁵Зеро зане ки духтараш рӯҳи палид дошт, хабари Ӯро шунид ва ҳамон дам омада, пеши пои Ӯ афтод;

²⁶The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.

²⁶Ва он зан юнонӣ, аз аҳли Финиқияи Сурия буд, ва аз Ӯ илтимос намуд, ки девро аз духтараш берун кунад.

²⁷But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.

²⁷Лекин Исо ба вай гуфт: «Бигзор аввал бачагон сер шаванд; зеро нони бачагонро гирифта, пеши сагон партофтан хуб нест».

²⁸And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

²⁸Зан ҷавоб дода гуфт: «Оре, Худовандо; лекин сагон низ пасмондаҳои бачагонро зери суфра мехӯранд».

²⁹And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.

²⁹Ба вай гуфт: «Аз барои ин сухан бирав, ки дев аз духтарат берун шуд».

³⁰And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.

³⁰Чун зан ба хонаи худ омад, девро беруншуда ва духтарро бар бистар хуфта ёфт.

³¹And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.

³¹Боз аз ҳудуди Сӯр ва Сидӯн баромада, Ӯ ба воситаи ҳудуди Декаполис сӯи баҳри Ҷалил равона шуд.

³²And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.

³²Назди Ӯ якеро оварданд, ки гӯши кар ва лакнати забон дошт, ва илтимос карданд, ки даст бар вай гузорад.

³³And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;

³³Вайро аз миёни ҷамоат ба хилват бурда, ангушти Худро дар гӯшҳои вай ниҳод ва туф карда, забонашро ламс кард;

³⁴And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

³⁴Ва ба осмон нигариста, оҳе кашид ва ба вай гуфт: «Ифатаҳ», яъне: «Воз шав».

³⁵And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.

³⁵Дарҳол гушҳояш кушода ва гиреҳи забонаш яла шуда, ба дурустй суҳан гуфт.

³⁶And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;

³⁶Ва ба онҳо таъин кард, ки ба касе хабар надиҳанд. Лекин ҳар чанд ба онҳо манъ мекард, онҳо бештар овоза мекарданд.

³⁷And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.

³⁷Ва бағоят ҳайрон монда, мегуфтанд: «Ҳар корро нагз мекунад: карҳоро шунаво ва гунгҳоро гӯё мегардонад».
