1ദാവീദിന്റെ ഒരു സങ്കീര്ത്തനം.
2Bless, O my soul, Jehovah, And forget not all His benefits,
2എന് മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; എന്റെ സര്വ്വാന്തരംഗവുമേ, അവന്റെ വിശുദ്ധനാമത്തെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.
3Who is forgiving all thine iniquities, Who is healing all thy diseases,
3എന് മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക; അവന്റെ ഉപകാരങ്ങള് ഒന്നും മറക്കരുതു.
4Who is redeeming from destruction thy life, Who is crowning thee — kindness and mercies,
4അവന് നിന്റെ അകൃത്യം ഒക്കെയും മോചിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ സകലരോഗങ്ങളെയും സൌഖ്യമാക്കുന്നു;
5Who is satisfying with good thy desire, Renew itself as an eagle doth thy youth.
5അവന് നിന്റെ ജീവനെ നാശത്തില്നിന്നു വീണ്ടെടുക്കുന്നു; അവന് ദയയും കരുണയും നിന്നെ അണിയിക്കുന്നു.
6Jehovah is doing righteousness and judgments For all the oppressed.
6നിന്റെ യൌവനം കഴുകനെപ്പോലെ പുതുകിവരത്തക്കവണ്ണം അവന് നിന്റെ വായക്കു നന്മകൊണ്ടു തൃപ്തിവരുത്തുന്നു.
7He maketh known His ways to Moses, To the sons of Israel His acts.
7യഹോവ സകലപീഡിതന്മാര്ക്കും വേണ്ടി നീതിയും ന്യായവും നടത്തുന്നു.
8Merciful and gracious [is] Jehovah, Slow to anger, and abundant in mercy.
8അവന് തന്റെ വഴികളെ മോശെയെയും തന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തികളെ യിസ്രായേല്മക്കളെയും അറിയിച്ചു.
9Not for ever doth He strive, Nor to the age doth He watch.
9യഹോവ കരുണയും കൃപയും നിറഞ്ഞവന് ആകുന്നു; ദീര്ഘക്ഷമയും മഹാദയയും ഉള്ളവന് തന്നേ.
10Not according to our sins hath He done to us, Nor according to our iniquities Hath He conferred benefits upon us.
10അവന് എല്ലായ്പോഴും ഭര്ത്സിക്കയില്ല; എന്നേക്കും കോപം സംഗ്രഹിക്കയുമില്ല.
11For, as the height of the heavens [is] above the earth, His kindness hath been mighty over those fearing Him.
11അവന് നമ്മുടെ പാപങ്ങള്ക്കു ഒത്തവണ്ണം നമ്മോടു ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല; നമ്മുടെ അകൃത്യങ്ങള്ക്കു ഒത്തവണ്ണം നമ്മോടു പകരം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമില്ല.
12As the distance of east from west He hath put far from us our transgressions.
12ആകാശം ഭൂമിക്കുമീതെ ഉയര്ന്നിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവന്റെ ദയ അവന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരോടു വലുതായിരിക്കുന്നു.
13As a father hath mercy on sons, Jehovah hath mercy on those fearing Him.
13ഉദയം അസ്തമയത്തോടു അകന്നിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവന് നമ്മുടെ ലംഘനങ്ങളെ നമ്മോടു അകറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
14For He hath known our frame, Remembering that we [are] dust.
14അപ്പന്നു മക്കളോടു കരുണ തോന്നുന്നതുപോലെ യഹോവേക്കു തന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാരോടു കരുണ തോന്നുന്നു.
15Mortal man! as grass [are] his days, As a flower of the field so he flourisheth;
15അവന് നമ്മുടെ പ്രകൃതി അറിയുന്നുവല്ലോ; നാം പൊടി എന്നു അവന് ഔര്ക്കുംന്നു.
16For a wind hath passed over it, and it is not, And its place doth not discern it any more.
16മനുഷ്യന്റെ ആയുസ്സു പുല്ലുപോലെയാകുന്നു; വയലിലെ പൂപോലെ അവന് പൂക്കുന്നു.
17And the kindness of Jehovah [Is] from age even unto age on those fearing Him, And His righteousness to sons` sons,
17കാറ്റു അതിന്മേല് അടിക്കുമ്പോള് അതു ഇല്ലാതെപോകുന്നു; അതിന്റെ സ്ഥലം പിന്നെ അതിനെ അറികയുമില്ല.
18To those keeping His covenant, And to those remembering His precepts to do them.
18യഹോവയുടെ ദയയോ എന്നും എന്നേക്കും അവന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാര്ക്കും അവന്റെ നീതി മക്കളുടെ മക്കള്ക്കും ഉണ്ടാകും.
19Jehovah in the heavens Hath established His throne, And His kingdom over all hath ruled.
19അവന്റെ നിയമത്തെ പ്രാണിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കും അവന്റെ കല്പനകളെ ഔര്ത്തു ആചരിക്കുന്നവര്ക്കും തന്നേ.
20Bless Jehovah, ye His messengers, Mighty in power — doing His word, To hearken to the voice of His Word.
20യഹോവ തന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തെ സ്വര്ഗ്ഗത്തില് സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ രാജത്വം സകലത്തെയും ഭരിക്കുന്നു.
21Bless Jehovah, all ye His hosts, His ministers — doing His pleasure.
21അവന്റെ വചനത്തിന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേട്ടു അവന്റെ ആജ്ഞ അനുസരിക്കുന്ന വീരന്മാരായി അവന്റെ ദൂതന്മാരായുള്ളോരേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന് .
22Bless Jehovah, all ye His works, In all places of His dominion. Bless, O my soul, Jehovah!
22അവന്റെ ഇഷ്ടം ചെയ്യുന്ന ശുശ്രൂഷക്കാരായി അവന്റെ സകലസൈന്യങ്ങളുമായുള്ളോരേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന് ;
23അവന്റെ ആധിപത്യത്തിലെ സകലസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലുമുള്ള അവന്റെ സകലപ്രവൃത്തികളുമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുവിന് ; എന് മനമേ, യഹോവയെ വാഴ്ത്തുക.
