1To the Overseer, on `The Hind of the Morning.` — A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why hast Thou forsaken me? Far from my salvation, The words of my roaring?
1എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, നീ എന്നെ കൈവിട്ടതെന്തു? എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കാതെയും എന്റെ ഞരക്കത്തിന്റെ വാക്കുകള് കേള്ക്കാതെയും അകന്നു നിലക്കുന്നതെന്തു?
2My God, I call by day, and Thou answerest not, And by night, and there is no silence to me.
2എന്റെ ദൈവമേ, ഞാന് പകല്സമയത്തു വിളിക്കുന്നു; എങ്കിലും നീ ഉത്തരമരുളുന്നില്ല; രാത്രികാലത്തും ഞാന് വിളിക്കുന്നു; എനിക്കു ഒട്ടും മൌനതയില്ല.
3And Thou [art] holy, Sitting — the Praise of Israel.
3യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സ്തുതികളിന്മേല് വസിക്കുന്നവനേ, നീ പരിശുദ്ധനാകുന്നുവല്ലോ.
4In Thee did our fathers trust — they trusted, And Thou dost deliver them.
4ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാര് നിങ്കല് ആശ്രയിച്ചു; അവര് ആശ്രയിക്കയും നീ അവരെ വിടുവിക്കയും ചെയ്തു.
5Unto Thee they cried, and were delivered, In Thee they trusted, and were not ashamed.
5അവര് നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു രക്ഷപ്രാപിച്ചു; അവര് നിങ്കല് ആശ്രയിച്ചു, ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോയതുമില്ല.
6And I [am] a worm, and no man, A reproach of man, and despised of the people.
6ഞാനോ മനുഷ്യനല്ല, ഒരു കൃമിയത്രേ; മനുഷ്യരുടെ ധിക്കാരവും ജനത്താല് നിന്ദിതനും തന്നേ.
7All beholding me do mock at me, They make free with the lip — shake the head,
7എന്നെ കാണുന്നവരൊക്കെയും എന്നെ പരിഹസിക്കുന്നു; അവര് അധരം മലര്ത്തി തല കുലുക്കുന്നു;
8`Roll unto Jehovah, He doth deliver him, He doth deliver him, for he delighted in him.`
8യഹോവയിങ്കല് നിന്നെത്തന്നേ സമര്പ്പിക്ക! അവന് അവനെ രക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ! അവന് അവനെ വിടുവിക്കട്ടെ! അവനില് പ്രസാദമുണ്ടല്ലോ.
9For thou [art] He bringing me forth from the womb, Causing me to trust, On the breasts of my mother.
9നീയല്ലോ എന്നെ ഉദരത്തില്നിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചവന് ; എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ മുല കുടിക്കുമ്പോള് നീ എന്നെ നിര്ഭയം വസിക്കുമാറാക്കി.
10On Thee I have been cast from the womb, From the belly of my mother Thou [art] my God.
10ഗര്ഭപാത്രത്തില്നിന്നു ഞാന് നിങ്കല് ഏല്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടു; എന്റെ അമ്മയുടെ ഉദരംമുതല് നീ എന്റെ ദൈവം.
11Be not far from me, For adversity is near, for there is no helper.
11കഷ്ടം അടുത്തിരിക്കയാല് എന്നെ വിട്ടകന്നിരിക്കരുതേ; സഹായിപ്പാന് മറ്റാരുമില്ലല്ലോ.
12Many bulls have surrounded me, Mighty ones of Bashan have compassed me,
12അനേകം കാളകള് എന്നെ വളഞ്ഞു; ബാശാന് കൂറ്റന്മാര് എന്നെ ചുറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
13They have opened against me their mouth, A lion tearing and roaring.
13ബുഭുക്ഷയോടെ അലറുന്ന സിംഹംപോലെ അവര് എന്റെ നേരെ വായ് പിളര്ക്കുംന്നു.
14As waters I have been poured out, And separated themselves have all my bones, My heart hath been like wax, It is melted in the midst of my bowels.
14ഞാന് വെള്ളംപോലെ തൂകിപ്പോകുന്നു; എന്റെ അസ്ഥികളെല്ലാം ബന്ധം വിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഹൃദയം മെഴുകുപോലെ ആയി എന്റെ കുടലിന്റെ നടുവെ ഉരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
15Dried up as an earthen vessel is my power, And my tongue is cleaving to my jaws.
15എന്റെ ശക്തി ഔട്ടുകഷണംപോലെ ഉണങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ നാവു അണ്ണാക്കോടു പറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു. നീ എന്നെ മരണത്തിന്റെ പൊടിയില് ഇട്ടുമിരിക്കുന്നു.
16And to the dust of death thou appointest me, For surrounded me have dogs, A company of evil doers have compassed me, Piercing my hands and my feet.
16നായ്ക്കള് എന്നെ വളഞ്ഞു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ കൂട്ടം എന്നെ ചുറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു; അവര് എന്റെ കൈകളെയും കാലുകളെയും തുളെച്ചു.
17I count all my bones — they look expectingly, They look upon me,
17എന്റെ അസ്ഥികളൊക്കെയും എനിക്കു എണ്ണാം; അവര് എന്നെ ഉറ്റുനോക്കുന്നു.
18They apportion my garments to themselves, And for my clothing they cause a lot to fall.
18എന്റെ വസ്ത്രം അവര് പകുത്തെടുത്തു, എന്റെ അങ്കിക്കായി അവര് ചീട്ടിടുന്നു.
19And Thou, O Jehovah, be not far off, O my strength, to help me haste.
19നീയോ, യഹോവേ, അകന്നിരിക്കരുതേ; എന്റെ തുണയായുള്ളോവേ, എന്നെ സഹായിപ്പാന് വേഗം വരേണമേ.
20Deliver from the sword my soul, From the paw of a dog mine only one.
20വാളിങ്കല്നിന്നു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെയും നായുടെ കയ്യില്നിന്നു എന്റെ ജീവനെയും വിടുവിക്കേണമേ.
21Save me from the mouth of a lion: — And — from the horns of the high places Thou hast answered me!
21സിംഹത്തിന്റെ വായില്നിന്നു എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ; കാട്ടുപോത്തുകളുടെ കൊമ്പുകള്ക്കിടയില് നീ എനിക്കു ഉത്തരമരുളുന്നു.
22I declare Thy name to my brethren, In the midst of the assembly I praise Thee.
22ഞാന് നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ എന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരോടു കീര്ത്തിക്കുംസഭാമദ്ധ്യേ ഞാന് നിന്നെ സ്തുതിക്കും.
23Ye who fear Jehovah, praise ye Him, All the seed of Jacob, honour ye Him, And be afraid of Him, all ye seed of Israel.
23യഹോവാഭക്തന്മാരേ, അവനെ സ്തുതിപ്പിന് ; യാക്കോബിന്റെ സകലസന്തതിയുമായുള്ളോരേ, അവനെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തുവിന് ; യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സര്വ്വസന്തതിയുമായുള്ളോരേ, അവനെ ഭയപ്പെടുവിന് .
24For He hath not despised, nor abominated, The affliction of the afflicted, Nor hath He hidden His face from him, And in his crying unto Him He heareth.
24അരിഷ്ടന്റെ അരിഷ്ടത അവന് നിരസിച്ചില്ല വെറുത്തതുമില്ല; തന്റെ മുഖം അവന്നു മറെച്ചതുമില്ല; തന്നേ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ചപ്പോള് കേള്ക്കയത്രേ ചെയ്തതു.
25Of Thee my praise [is] in the great assembly. My vows I complete before His fearers.
25മഹാസഭയില് എനിക്കു പ്രശംസ നിങ്കല്നിന്നു വരുന്നു. അവന്റെ ഭക്തന്മാര് കാണ്കെ ഞാന് എന്റെ നേര്ച്ചകളെ കഴിക്കും.
26The humble do eat and are satisfied, Praise Jehovah do those seeking Him, Your heart doth live for ever.
26എളിയവര് തിന്നു തൃപ്തന്മാരാകും; യഹോവയെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവര് അവനെ സ്തുതിക്കും. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഹൃദയം എന്നേക്കും സുഖത്തോടിരിക്കട്ടെ.
27Remember and return unto Jehovah, Do all ends of the earth, And before Thee bow themselves, Do all families of the nations,
27ഭൂമിയുടെ അറുതികള് ഒക്കെയും ഔര്ത്തു യഹോവയിങ്കലേക്കു തിരിയും; ജാതികളുടെ വംശങ്ങളൊക്കെയും നിന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നമസ്കരിക്കും.
28For to Jehovah [is] the kingdom, And He is ruling among nations.
28രാജത്വം യഹോവേക്കുള്ളതല്ലോ; അവന് ജാതികളെ ഭരിക്കുന്നു.
29And the fat ones of earth have eaten, And they bow themselves, Before Him bow do all going down to dust, And he [who] hath not revived his soul.
29ഭൂമിയില് പുഷ്ടിയുള്ളവരൊക്കെയും ഭക്ഷിച്ചാരാധിക്കും; പൊടിയിലേക്കു ഇറങ്ങുന്നവരെല്ലാവരും അവന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ കുമ്പിടും; തന്റെ പ്രാണനെ രക്ഷിപ്പാന് കഴിയാത്തവനും കൂടെ.
30A seed doth serve Him, It is declared of the Lord to the generation.
30ഒരു സന്തതി അവനെ സേവിക്കും; വരുന്ന തലമുറയോടു യഹോവയെക്കുറിച്ചു കീര്ത്തിക്കും.
31They come and declare His righteousness, To a people that is borne, that He hath made!
31അവര് വന്നു, ജനിപ്പാനുള്ള ജനത്തോടു അവന് നിവര്ത്തിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവന്റെ നീതിയെ വര്ണ്ണിക്കും.
