1And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
1परमेश्वर मोशेला म्हणाला,
2`Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When a man maketh a wonderful vow, by thy valuation the persons [are] Jehovah`s.
2“इस्राएल लोकांना सांग: एखाद्या माणसाने परमेश्वराला मानवाचा विशेष नवस केला तर त्या माणसाचे मोल याजकाने येणेप्रमाणे ठरवावे:
3When thy valuation hath been of the male from a son of twenty years even unto a son of sixty years, then hath been thy valuation fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the sanctuary.
3वीस ते साठ वर्षे वयाच्या आतील पुरुषाचे मोल पवित्रस्थानातील शेकेलाच्या चलनाप्रमाणे पन्नास शेकेल रुपे आसावे,
4And if it [is] a female — then hath thy valuation been thirty shekels;
4आणि त्याच वयाच्या स्त्रीचे मोल तीस शेकेल रुपे असावे;
5and if from a son of five years even unto a son of twenty years — then hath thy valuation been of the male twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels;
5मुलगा पांच वर्षे ते वीस वर्षांच्या आतील वयाचा असेल तर त्याचे मोल वीस शेकेल रुपे व मुलीचे दहा शेकेल रुपे असावे.
6and if from a son of a month even unto a son of five years — then hath thy valuation been of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy valuation [is] three shekels of silver;
6मुलगा एक महिन्याहून मोठा व पांचवर्षाहून लहान असला तर त्याचे मोल पांच शेकेल रुपे व मुलीचे तीन शेकेल रुपे असावे.
7and if from a son of sixty years and above — if a male, then hath thy valuation been fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten shekels.
7साठ वर्षे वा साठ वर्षाहून अधिक वर्षे वयाच्या पुरुषाचे मोल पंधरा शेकेल रुपे व स्त्रीचे दहा शेकेल रुपे असावे.
8`And if he is poorer than thy valuation, then he hath presented himself before the priest, and the priest hath valued him; according to that which the hand of him who is vowing doth reach doth the priest value him.
8“परंतु तू ठरविलेले मोल न देण्याइतका कोणी गरीब असेल तर त्याला याजकापुढे आणावे; आणि याजकाने नवस करणाऱ्याच्या ऐपतीप्रमाणे नवसाच्या मानवाचे मोल ठरवावे.
9`And if [it is] a beast of which they bring near an offering to Jehovah, all that [one] giveth of it to Jehovah is holy;
9“काही पशू परमेश्वराला अर्पण करता येतात त्यापैकी कोणी एखाद्या पशूचा नवस केला तर परमेश्वराला अर्पावयाचा असा प्रत्येक प्राणी पवित्र समजावा.
10he doth not change it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he really change beast for beast, — then it hath been — it and its exchange is holy.
10त्याने तो बदलू नये किंवा त्याच्या ऐवजी दुसरे काही देण्याचा प्रयत्न करु नये. त्याने वाईट पशू ऐवजी चांगला किंवा चांगल्याबद्दल वाईट असा बद्दल करूं नये त्याने जर तसा बदल करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला तर मग ते दोन्ही पवित्र होतील व दोन्ही परमेश्वराच्या मालकीचे होतील.
11`And if [it is] any unclean beast of which they do not bring near an offering to Jehovah, then he hath presented the beast before the priest,
11“काही पशू परमेश्वराला अर्पण करावयास योग्य नसतात-ते अशुद्ध असतात-कोणी अशुद्ध पशूंपैकी एखादा परमेश्वराला अर्पण करावयास आणला तर त्याने तो याजकाकडे आणावा.
12and the priest hath valued it; whether good or bad, according to thy valuation, O priest, so it is;
12तो पशू चांगला असो किंवा वाईट असो याजकाने त्याचे मोल ठरवावे; याजक ठरवील ते त्याचे मोल समजावे.
13and if he really redeem it, then he hath added its fifth to thy valuation.
13पण नवस करणाऱ्याला तो पशू सोडवावयाचा असला तर त्या किंमतीत आणखी एकपंचमांश भर घालून त्याने तो सोडवावा.
14`And when a man sanctifieth his house, a holy thing to Jehovah, then hath the priest valued it, whether good or bad; as the priest doth value it so it standeth;
14“एखाद्याने आपले घर परमेश्वराला वाहिले तर ते चांगले असो किंवा वाईट असो याजकाने त्या घराचे मोल ठरवावे; याजक ठरवील ते त्याचे मोल समजावे.
15and if he who is sanctifying doth redeem his house, then he hath added a fifth of the money of thy valuation to it, and it hath become his.
15परंतु घर वाहणाऱ्याला ते सोडवून परत घ्यावयाचे असेल तर त्याने, याजकाने ठरविलेल्या किंमतीत एकपंचमांश भर घालून ते सोडवावे; मग ते घर त्याचे होईल.
16`And if of the field of his possession a man sanctify to Jehovah, then hath thy valuation been according to its seed; a homer of barley-seed at fifty shekels of silver;
16“एखाद्याने आपल्या शेतीचा काही भाग परमेश्वराला वाहिला तर त्यात किती बियाणे पेरले जाते त्यावरुन त्याचे मोल ठरेल; एक होमर सुमारे सहा बुशेल जवासाठी पन्नास शेकेल रुपे अशी किमत असावी.
17if from the year of the jubilee he sanctify his field, according to thy valuation it standeth;
17योबेल वर्षापासून त्याने आपले शेत देवाला वाहिले तर याजक ठरविल त्याप्रमाणे त्याचे मोल होईल.
18and if after the jubilee he sanctify his field, then hath the priest reckoned to him the money according to the years which are left, unto the year of the jubilee, and it hath been abated from thy valuation.
18परंतु योबेल वर्षानंतर जर एखाद्याने आपले शेत परमेश्वराला वाहिले तर पुढच्या योबेल वर्षापर्यंत जितकी वर्षे उरली असतील तितक्या वर्षाचा हिशोब करुन याजकाने त्याचे नक्की मोल ठरवावे.
19`And if he really redeem the field — he who is sanctifying it — then he hath added a fifth of the money of thy valuation to it, and it hath been established to him;
19शेत वाहणाऱ्याला, मोल देऊन आपले शेत सोडवून परत घ्यावयाचे असले तर त्याच्या ठरविलेल्या किंमतीत एकपंचमांश भर घालून त्याने ते सोडवावे. मग ते शेत परत त्याच्या मालकीचे होईल.
20and if he do not redeem the field, or if he hath sold the field to another man, it is not redeemed any more;
20त्याने ते शेत सोडविले नसेल किंवा दुसऱ्या कोणाला ते विकले असेल तर त्या पहिल्या मालकाला ते सोडवून घेता येणार नाही;
21and the field hath been, in its going out in the jubilee, holy to Jehovah as a field which is devoted; to the priest is its possession.
21पण योबेल वर्षी ते शेत परत विकत घेतले नाही तेव्हा पूर्णपणे समर्पित केलेल्या शेताप्रमाणे परमेश्वराकरिता ते पवित्र ठरेल, अर्थात ते याजकाचे कायमचे वतन होईल!
22`And if the field of his purchase (which [is] not of the fields of his possession) [one] sanctify to Jehovah —
22“स्वत:च्या कुळाचे नसलेले म्हणजे एखाद्याने स्वत: खरेदी केलेले शेत त्याला परमेश्वराकरिता अर्पण करावयाचे असेल.
23then hath the priest reckoned to him the amount of thy valuation unto the year of jubilee, and he hath given thy valuation in that day — a holy thing to Jehovah;
23तर याजकाने योबेल वर्षापर्यंत त्याचा हिशोब करावा व जितके मोल ठरेल तितके परमेश्वराकरिता पवित्र समजून त्याने त्याच दिवशी ते देऊन टाकावे.
24in the year of the jubilee the field returneth to him from whom he bought it, to him whose [is] the possession of the land.
24ज्याच्याकडून त्याने ते शेत पहिल्यांदा खरेदी केलेले असेल म्हणजे ज्याच्या वतनाचे ते असेल त्याच्या ताब्यात ते योबेल वर्षी परत जावे.
25And all thy valuation is by the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs is the shekel.
25“मोल देताना ते पवित्रस्थानातील चलनाप्रमाणे ठरविलेले असावे. शेकेल म्हणजे वीस गेरा.
26`Only, a firstling which is Jehovah`s firstling among beasts — no man doth sanctify it, whether ox or sheep; it [is] Jehovah`s.
26“लोकांना गुरेढोरे, शेरडेमेढंरे विशेष देणग्या म्हणून अर्पण करता येतील परंतु त्यापैकी प्रथम जन्मलेला नर परमेश्वराचा ठरलेला आहेच; त्याला, ते विशेष भेट म्हणून वाहू शकणार नाहीत.
27And if among the unclean beasts, then he hath ransomed [it] at thy valuation, and he hath added its fifth to it; and if it is not redeemed, then it hath been sold at thy valuation.
27तो प्रथम जन्मलेला नर अशुद्ध पशूंपैकी असला तर याजकाने ठरविलेल्या मोलात एकपंचमांश भर घालून अर्पण करणाऱ्याने तो सोडवावा; पण तो सोडवीत नसला तर याजकाने ठरविलेल्या किंमतीला तो विकून टाकावा.
28`Only, no devoted thing which a man devoteth to Jehovah, of all that he hath, of man, and beast, and of the field of his possession, is sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to Jehovah.
28“लोक परमेश्वराला काही विशेष देणगी देतात, ती देणगी माणसे, पशू किंवा वतनांची शेते ह्या प्रकारची असेल; ती देणगी परमेश्वराचीच आहे; ती सोडवून परत घेता येणार नाही किंवा विकता येणार नाही.
29`No devoted thing, which is devoted of man, is ransomed, it is surely put to death.
29“ती वाहिलेली विशेष देणगी मानव प्राण्यांपैकी असेल तर त्या मानवाला सोडवून घेता येणार नाही; त्याचा अवश्य वध करावा.
30And all tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, is Jehovah`s — holy to Jehovah.
30“भूमीच्या सर्व उत्पन्नाचा एकदशांश भाग म्हणजे शेतातील सर्व उपज आणि झाडे वेली ह्यांची फळे ह्यांचा एकदशांश भाग परमेश्वराकरिता आहे.
31`And if a man really redeem [any] of his tithe, its fifth he addeth to it.
31म्हणून एखाद्याला आपला एकदशांश भाग सोडवून घ्यावयाचा असला तर त्याच्या किंमतीत एकपंचमांशाची भर घालून त्याने तो सोडवावा.
32`And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock — all that passeth by under the rod — the tenth is holy to Jehovah;
32“गुरेढोर किंवा शेरडेमेंढरे अशा प्रत्येक दहांपैकी एक पशू याजक घेईल. प्रत्येक दहावे जनावर परमेश्वराचे असेल.
33he enquireth not between good and bad, nor doth he change it; and if he really change it — then it hath been — it and its exchange is holy; it is not redeemed.`
33निवडलेला पशू चांगला आहे किंवा वाईट आहे ह्या विषयी त्याच्या धन्याने चिंता करु नये किंवा त्याला बदलू नये; त्याने बदल करावयाचे ठरविले तर मग तो पशू व त्याच्या बदलीचा पशू असे दोन्ही पशू परमेश्वराकरिता पवित्र होतील; किंमत देऊन ते सोडविता येणार नाहीत.”
34These [are] the commands which Jehovah hath commanded Moses for the sons of Israel, in mount Sinai.
34परमेश्वराने इस्राएल लोकांकरिता सीनायपर्वतावर मोशेला दिलेल्या आज्ञा ह्याच होत.
