1And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tent of meeting, on the first of the second month, in the second year of their going out of the land of Egypt, saying:
1इस्राएल लोक मिसर देशातून निघाल्यावर दुसऱ्या वर्षाच्या दुसऱ्या महिन्याच्या पहिल्या दिवशी सीनाय रानातील दर्शनमंडपात परमेश्वर मोशेशी बोलला; तो म्हणाला,
2`Take ye up the sum of all the company of the sons of Israel by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names — every male by their polls;
2“सर्व इस्राएल लोकांची शिरगणती कर; प्रत्येक पुरुषाचे नांव, त्याचे कूळ आणि त्याच्या वाडवडिलांचे घराणे ह्यांच्यासह त्यांच्या नावांची यादी कर.
3from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host in Israel, ye do number them by their hosts, thou and Aaron;
3वीस वर्षाचे किंवा त्याहून अधिक वयाचे जितके पुरुष युद्धास लायक असतील त्या सर्वाची त्यांच्या दलाप्रमाणे तू आणि अहरोन मिळून गणती करा.
4and with you there is a man for a tribe, each is a head to the house of his fathers.
4प्रत्येक वंशातला एकजण तुम्हाला मदत करील तो त्या वंशाचा प्रमुख असेल.
5`And these [are] the names of the men who stand with you: `For Reuben — Elizur son of Shedeur.

6`For Simeon — Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai.

7`For Judah — Nahshon son of Amminadab.
7यहुदा वंशातला अम्मीनादाबाचा मुलगा नहशोन;
8`For Issachar — Nathaneel son of Zuar.
8इस्साखार वंशातला सुवाराचा मुलगा नथनेल;
9`For Zebulun — Eliab son of Helon.
9जबुलून वंशातला हेलोनाचा मुलगा अलीयाब;
10`For the sons of Joseph — for Ephraim: Elishama son of Ammihud: for Manasseh — Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.
10योसेफ पुत्राच्या वंशात म्हणजे एफ्राइम वंशातला अम्मीहूदाचा मुलगा अलीशामा, आणि मनश्शे वंशातला पदाहसुराचा मुलगा गमलीयेल.
11`For Benjamin — Abidan son of Gideoni.
11बन्यामीन वंशातला गदोनीचा मुलगा अबीदान;
12`For Dan — Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.
12दान वंशातला आम्मीशद्दैचा मुलगा अहीएजर;
13`For Asher — Pagiel son of Ocran.
13आशेर वंशातला आक्रानाचा मुलगा पागीयेल;
14`For Gad — Eliasaph son of Deuel.
14गाद वंशातला दगुवेलाचा मुलगा एल्यासाप;
15`For Naphtali — Ahira son of Enan.`
15नफताली वंशातला एनानाचा मुलगा अहीरा;”
16These [are] those called of the company, princes of the tribes of their fathers; they [are] heads of the thousands of Israel.
161हे सर्वजण आपापल्या घराण्याचे प्रमुख होते; लोकांनीही त्यांना आपापल्या कुळाचे सरदार म्हणून निवडले.
17And Moses taketh — Aaron also — these men, who were defined by name,
17प्रमुख म्हणून निवडलेल्या ह्या सर्वांना मोशे व अहरोन ह्यांनी आपल्याबरोबर घेतले;
18and all the company they assembled on the first of the second month, and they declare their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names from a son of twenty years and upward, by their polls,
18आणि त्यांनी सर्व इस्राएल लोकांना एकत्र जमविले; मग त्यांच्या कुळांप्रमाणे व त्यांच्या घराण्यांप्रमाणे त्यांची नोंद करण्यात आली. वीस किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त वय असलेल्यांची यादी करण्यात आली.
19as Jehovah hath commanded Moses; and he numbereth them in the wilderness of Sinai.
19परमेश्वराने मोशेला आज्ञा दिली होती अगदी त्याप्रमाणे त्याने सीनाय रानात त्यांची गणती केली.
20And the sons of Reuben, Israel`s first-born — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, by their polls, every male from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
20इस्राएलाचा ज्येष्ठ पुत्र-थोरला मुलगा-रऊबेन ह्याच्या वंशाचे लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी त्यांची गणना करण्यात आली. ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्यापेक्षा अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात दाखल होण्यास लायक होते त्यांची यादी करण्यात आली; त्यांची यादी घराणी आणि कुळे ह्यांच्याप्रमाणे करण्यात आली.
21their numbered ones, for the tribe of Reuben, are six and forty thousand and five hundred.
21ती मोजदाद एकूण शेहेचाळीस हजार पाचशे भरली.
22Of the sons of Simeon — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, its numbered ones in the number of names, by their polls, every male from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
22शिमोन वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्यापेक्षा अधिक क्याचे असून सैन्यात दाखल होण्यास लायक होते त्यांची यादी करण्यात आली;
23their numbered ones, for the tribe of Simeon, [are] nine and fifty thousand and three hundred.
23ती मोजदाद एकूण एकुणसाठ हजार तीनशे भरली.
24Of the sons of Gad — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
24गाद वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्यापेक्षा अधिक क्याचे असून सैन्यात दाखल होण्यास लायक होते त्यांची यादी करण्यात आली;
25their numbered ones, for the tribe of Gad, [are] five and forty thousand and six hundred and fifty.
25ती मोजदाद एकूण पंचेचाळीसहजार सहाशे पन्नास भरली.
26Of the sons of Judah — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
26यहुदा वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्यापेक्षा अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते, त्या सर्वाची नोंद करण्यात आली;
27their numbered ones, for the tribe of Judah, [are] four and seventy thousand and six hundred.
27ती मोजदाद एकूण चौऱ्याहत्तर हजार सहाशे भरली.
28Of the sons of Issachar — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
28इस्साखार वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वाची नोंद करण्यात आली;
29their numbered ones, for the tribe of Issachar, [are] four and fifty thousand and four hundred.
29ती मोजदाद एकूण चोपन्न हजार चारशे भरली.
30Of the sons of Zebulun — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
30जबुलून वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वांची नोद करण्यात आली;
31their numbered ones, for the tribe of Zebulun, [are] seven and fifty thousand and four hundred.
31ती मोजदाद एकूण सत्तावन्न हजार चारशे भरली.
32Of the sons of Joseph — of the sons of Ephraim — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
32योसेफ पुत्रांपैकी एफ्राइम वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वांची नोंद करण्यात आली;
33their numbered ones, for the tribe of Ephraim, [are] forty thousand and five hundred.
333ती मोजदाद एकूण चाळीस हजार पाचशे भरली.
34Of the sons of Manasseh — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
34मनश्शे वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वांची नोंद करण्यात आली;
35their numbered ones, for the tribe of Manasseh, [are] two and thirty thousand and two hundred.
35ती मोजदाद एकूण बत्तीस हजार दोनशे भरली.
36Of the sons of Benjamin — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
36बन्यामीन वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वांची नोंद करण्यात आली;
37their numbered ones, for the tribe of Benjamin, [are] five and thirty thousand and four hundred.
37ती मोजदाद एकूण पस्तीस हजार चारशे भरली.
38Of the sons of Dan — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
38दान वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वांची नोंद करण्यात आली;
39their numbered ones, for the tribe of Dan, [are] two and sixty thousand and seven hundred.
39ती मोजदाद एकूण बासष्ट हजार सातशे भरली.
40Of the sons of Asher — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
40आशेर वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वांची नोंद करण्यात आली;
41their numbered ones, for the tribe of Asher, [are] one and forty thousand and five hundred.
41ती मोजदाद एकूण एकेचाळीस हजार पाचशे भरली.
42[Of] the sons of Naphtali — their births, by their families, by the house of their fathers, in the number of names, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host —
42नफताली वंशातील लोक म्हणजे त्यांची कुळे व त्यांच्या वाडवडिलांची घराणी ह्याप्रमाणे जितके पुरुष वीस वर्षाचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक होते त्या सर्वांची नोंद करण्यात आली.
43their numbered ones, for the tribe of Naphtali, [are] three and fifty thousand and four hundred.
43ती मोजदाद एकूण त्रेपन्न हजार चारशे भरली.
44These [are] those numbered, whom Moses numbered — Aaron also, and the princes of Israel, twelve men — each for the house of his fathers, they have been.
44मोशे, अहरोन आणि इस्राएलांच्या प्रत्येक घराण्यातील एक प्रमुख असे बारा नेते, ह्यांनी ही मोजदाद केली.
45And they are, all those numbered of the sons of Israel, by the house of their fathers, from a son of twenty years and upward, every one going out to the host in Israel,
45त्यांनी वीस वर्षांचे व त्याहून अधिक वयाचे असून सैन्यात सेवा करण्यास लायक असलेल्या प्रत्येक पुरुषाची त्याच्या वाडवडिलांच्या घराण्याप्रमाणे नोंद केली.
46yea, all those numbered are six hundred thousand, and three thousand, and five hundred and fifty.
46ती मोजदाद एकूण सहा लाख तीन हजार पाचशे पन्नास भरली.
47And the Levites, for the tribe of their fathers, have not numbered themselves in their midst,
47इस्राएल लोकांबरोबर लेवी कुळांच्या दलातील लोकांची करण्यात आली नाही.
48seeing Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,
48परमेश्वराने मोशेला सांगितले होते की,
49`Only, the tribe of Levi thou dost not number, and their sum thou dost not take up in the midst of the sons of Israel;
49“लेवी कुळांच्या दलातील लोकांची गणती करु नको किंवा इतर इस्राएल लोकांच्या गणतीत त्यांचा समावेश करुं नको;
50and thou, appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony, and over all its vessels, and over all that it hath; they bear the tabernacle, and all its vessels, and they serve it; and round about the tabernacle they encamp.
50लेवी लोकांना सांग की आज्ञापटाच्या पवित्र निवास मंडपाबद्दल ते जबाबदार आहेत; पवित्र निवासमंडप व त्याबरोबर त्यातील सर्व सामानाची त्यांनी काळजी घ्यावी. पवित्रनिवास मंडप व त्यातील सर्व सामान त्यांनी वाहून न्यावे. त्यांनी आपले तंबू पवित्र निवास मंडपाभोवती ठोकावेत आणि त्याची निगा राखावी.
51`And in the journeying of the tabernacle, the Levites take it down, and in the encamping of the tabernacle, the Levites raise it up; and the stranger who is coming near is put to death.`
51जेव्हा जेव्हा पवित्र निवास मंडप हलवावयाचा असेल तेव्हा तेव्हा तो लेवी लोकांनीच उतरावा व तो उभारताना लेवी लोकांनीच तो उभा करावा; त्याची निगा राखणे हे त्यांचेच काम आहे; लेवी कुळापैकी नसलेला कोणी जर पवित्रनिवास मंडपाच्या सेवेचा प्रयत्न करु लागलां तर त्याला जिवे मारावे.
52And the sons of Israel have encamped, each by his camp, and each by his standard, by their hosts;
52इस्राएल लोकांपैकी प्रत्येकाने आपापले तंबू आपापल्या दलाप्रमाणे आपापल्या छावणीत आपापल्या कुळाच्या निशाणाजवळ ठोकावेत.
53and the Levites encamp round about the tabernacle of the testimony; and there is no wrath on the company of the sons of Israel, and the Levites have kept the charge of the tabernacle of the testimony.
53परंतु लेवी लोकांनी आपले तंबू पवित्रनिवास मंडपाच्या सभोंवती ठोकावेत; त्यांनी आज्ञापट असलेल्या पवित्र निवासमंडपाचे रक्षण करावे म्हणजे इस्राएल लोकांवर संकट येणार नाही.”
54And the sons of Israel do according to all that Jehovah hath commanded Moses; so they have done.
54परमेशवराने मोशेला आज्ञा दिल्याप्रमाणे इस्राएल लोकांनी सर्व काही केले.
