¹So then, my brethren, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand ye in the Lord, beloved.

¹ထိုကြောင့် ငါဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းအကြောင်း၊ ငါ့ဦးရစ်သရဖူတည်းဟူသော၊ ငါချစ်၍ အလွန်လွမ်းသော ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ ငါဆိုခဲ့ပြီးသည်အတိုင်း သခင်ဘုရား၌ တည်နေကြလော့၊ ငါ့ချစ်သူတို့။

²Euodia I exhort, and Syntyche I exhort, to be of the same mind in the Lord;

²ဧဝေါဒိနှင့်သုန္တုတ်တို့သည် သခင်ဘုရား၌ သဘော တညီတညွတ်တည်း ဖြစ်ရကြမည်အကြောင်းကို ငါတောင်းပန် သွေးဆောင်ပါ၏။

³and I ask also thee, genuine yoke-fellow, be assisting those women who in the good news did strive along with me, with Clement also, and the others, my fellow-workers, whose names [are] in the book of life.

³အချင်း ငါ့လုပ်ဘော်ဆောင်ဘက်စစ်၊ သင်တို့ကိုလည်း ငါတောင်းပန်၏။ ငါနှင့်ကလေမင်မှစ၍ အသက်စာရင်းဝင်သော အခြားသောငါ၏လုပ်ဘော်ဆောင်ဘက်တို့နှင့်အတူ၊ ဧဝံဂေလိတရားကို ဟောပြောသောအမှု၌ ကူညီ၍ ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်သော မိန်းမတို့ကို မစ ထောက်ပံ့ပါလော့။

⁴Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice;

⁴သခင်ဘုရား၌ အစဉ်မပြတ် ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်း ရှိကြလော့။ တဖန် ငါဆိုသည်ကား ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြလော့။

⁵let your forbearance be known to all men; the Lord [is] near;

⁵လူအပေါင်းတို့ရှေ့၌ သင်တို့၏ ဖြည့်ညှင်းခြင်း သဘောကို ထင်ရှားစေကြလော့။ သခင်ဘုရားသည် အနီးအပါး၌ ရှိတော်မူ၏။

⁶for nothing be anxious, but in everything by prayer, and by supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God;

⁶အဘယ်အမှုကိုမျှ စိုးရိမ်ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ အရာရာ၌ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းနှင့်တကွ ဆုတောင်းပဌနာ ပြုသောအားဖြင့်၊ သင်တို့တောင်း ပန်လိုသောအရာများတို့ကို ဘုရားသခင်အား ကြားလျှောက်ကြလော့။

⁷and the peace of God, that is surpassing all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

⁷ထိုသို့ပြုလျှင် အဘယ်သူမျှကြုံ၍ မမှီနိုင်သော ဘုရားသခင်၏ ငြိမ်သက်ခြင်းသည် ယေရှုခရစ်အားဖြင့် သင်တို့၏စိတ်နှလုံးတို့ကို စောင့်မလိမ့်မည်။

⁸As to the rest, brethren, as many things as are true, as many as [are] grave, as many as [are] righteous, as many as [are] pure, as many as [are] lovely, as many as [are] of good report, if any worthiness, and if any praise, these things think upon;

⁸ကြွင်းသေးသော စကားဟူမူကား၊ ညီအစ်ကိုတို့၊ သမ္မာတရားနှင့် ဆိုင်သောအကျင့်၊ လျောက်ပတ်သော အကျင့်၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောအကျင့်၊ စင်ကြယ်သောအကျင့်၊ သူတပါးနှစ်သက်ဘွယ်သောအကျင့်၊ ချီးမွမ်းဘွယ်သောအကျင့် ရှိသမျှတို့ကို၎င်း၊ ပါရမီတပါးပါး၊ ကောင်းသော သိတင်းတပါးပါးနှင့် ဆိုင်သောအကျင့်တို့ကို၎င်း၊ နှလုံးသွင်းကြလော့။

⁹the things that also ye did learn, and receive, and hear, and saw in me, those do, and the God of the peace shall be with you.

⁹သင်တို့သည် အထက်ကသင်ယူ၍ ငါ၌ကြားမြင် ခဲ့ပြီးသမျှတို့ကို ကျင့်ကြလော့။ ထိုသို့ကျင့်လျှင်၊ ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်း၏ အရှင်ဘုရားသခင်သည် သင်တို့နှင့်အတူ ရှိတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။

¹⁰And I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at length ye flourished again in caring for me, for which also ye were caring, and lacked opportunity;

¹⁰ယခု၌လည်း သင်တို့သည် ငါ့ကို ကြည့်ရှုပြုစုချင်သော စေတနာစိတ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံပြန်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ ငါသည် သခင်ဘုရား၌ အလွန်ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းရှိ၏။ ထိုစေတနာစိတ်သည် အထက်ကရှိသော်လည်း ပြုစုရသောအခွင့် မရှိပြီ။

¹¹not that in respect of want I say [it], for I did learn in the things in which I am — to be content;

¹¹ထိုသို့ငါဆိုသော်၊ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဆင်းရဲခြင်းကို ရည်မှတ်၍ ဆိုသည်မဟုတ်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါသည် တွေ့ကြုံသမျှသော အခြင်းအရာတို့၌ ရောင့်ရဲသောစိတ် ရှိအံ့သောငှါ သင်မိပြီ။

¹²I have known both to be abased, and I have known to abound; in everything and in all things I have been initiated, both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in want.

¹²ရှုတ်ချခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ ကြွယ်ဝခြင်းကို၎င်း၊ ခံတတ်၏။ ဝစွာစားခြင်း၊ မွတ်သိပ်ခြင်း၊ စည်းစိမ်ရှိခြင်း၊ ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းတို့ကို ခံရအံ့သောငှါ၊ အရပ်ရပ်တို့တွင် အရာရာ၌ သင်မိပြီ။

¹³For all things I have strength, in Christ`s strengthening me;

¹³ငါ့ကို ခွန်အားနှင့်ပြည့်စုံစေတော်မူသော ခရစ်တော်အားဖြင့် ခပ်သိမ်းသောအမှုတို့ကို ငါတတ်စွမ်း နိုင်၏။

¹⁴but ye did well, having communicated with my tribulation;

¹⁴သို့သော်လည်း ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကိုငါ ခံရစဉ်အခါ၊ သင်တို့သည် ငါနှင့်ဆက်ဆံသောအားဖြင့် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပြုကြပြီ။

¹⁵and ye have known, even ye Philippians, that in the beginning of the good news when I went forth from Macedonia, no assembly did communicate with me in regard to giving and receiving except ye only;

¹⁵အချင်းဖိလိပ္ပိမြို့သားတို့၊ ဧဝံဂေလိတရားကို ဟောစပြု၍၊ မာကေဒေါနိပြည်မှ ငါထွက်ဆဲရှိသောအခါ အလှူလှူခြင်း၊ အလှူခံခြင်းအမှု၌၊ သင်တို့မှတပါး အဘယ်အသင်းတော်မျှငါနှင့်မဆက်ဆံကြ။

¹⁶because also in Thessalonica, both once and again to my need ye sent;

¹⁶သက်သာလောနိတ်မြို့၌ ငါရှိစဉ်ပင်၊ ငါလိုသောအရာကို သင်တို့သည် နှစ်ကြိမ်တိုင်အောင် ပေးလိုက် ကြ၏။

¹⁷not that I seek after the gift, but I seek after the fruit that is overflowing to your account;

¹⁷ထိုသို့ငါဆိုသော်၊ အလှူကို ရှာသည်မဟုတ်၊ သင်တို့၌ ကြွယ်ဝသောအကျိုးကို ရှာ၏။

¹⁸and I have all things, and abound; I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things from you — an odour of a sweet smell — a sacrifice acceptable, well-pleasing to God:

¹⁸ယခုအခါ အရာရာ၌ငါရတတ်၏။ ဥစ္စာကြွယ်ဝ၏။ မွှေးကြိုင်သောအနံ့နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ၍၊ ဘုရားသခင် နှစ်သက်အားရတော်မူသော ယဇ်တည်းဟူသော သင်တို့ ပေးလိုက်သောအရာတို့ကို ဧပဖြောဒိတ်လက်မှ ငါခံရ သည်ဖြစ်၍ ကြွယ်ဝလျက်ရှိ၏။

¹⁹and my God shall supply all your need, according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus;

¹⁹ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်သည် ဘုန်းအာနုဘော်၌ စံပယ်တော်မူသော စည်းစိမ်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း၊ သင်တို့အလို ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ယေရှုခရစ်အားဖြင့် ပြည့်စုံစေတော်မူလိမ့် မည်။

²⁰and to God, even our Father, [is] the glory — to the ages of the ages. Amen.

²⁰ငါတို့အဘတည်းဟူသော ဘုရားသခင်သည် ကမ္ဘာအဆက်ဆက် ဘုန်းကြီးတော်မူစေသတည်း။ အာမင်။

²¹Salute ye every saint in Christ Jesus; there salute you the brethren with me;

²¹ယေရှုခရစ်၌ရှိသော သန့်ရှင်းသူအပေါင်းတို့ကို နှုတ်ဆက်ကြလော့။

²²there salute you all the saints, and specially those of Caesar`s house;

²²ငါနှင့်အတူရှိသော ညီအစ်ကိုမှစ၍ သန့်ရှင်းသော သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် သင်တို့ကို နှုတ်ဆက်ကြ၏။ ကဲသာဘုရင်၏ နန်းတော်၌နေသော သန့်ရှင်းသူတို့သည် အထူးသဖြင့် နှုတ်ဆက်ကြ၏။

²³the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [is] with you all. Amen.

²³ငါတို့သခင်ယေရှုခရစ်၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်သည် သင်တို့အပေါင်း၌ရှိစေသတည်း။ အာမင်။
