1`Verily, verily, I say to you, He who is not entering through the door to the fold of the sheep, but is going up from another side, that one is a thief and a robber;
1ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜਿਹਡ਼ਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਡ਼ੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਡ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਚੋਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
2and he who is entering through the door is shepherd of the sheep;
2ਪਰ ਉਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਿਹਡ਼ਾ ਫਾਟਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵਡ਼ਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਅਯਾਲੀ ਹੈ।
3to this one the doorkeeper doth open, and the sheep hear his voice, and his own sheep he doth call by name, and doth lead them forth;
3ਉਸਦੇ ਲਈ ਦਰਬਾਨ ਫ਼ਾਟਕ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਬੋਲ ਸੁਣਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਉਂ ਲੈ-ਲੈਕੇ ਬੁਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
4and when his own sheep he may put forth, before them he goeth on, and the sheep follow him, because they have known his voice;
4ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਢ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਤੁਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਿਛਾ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਸਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
5and a stranger they will not follow, but will flee from him, because they have not known the voice of strangers.`
5ਪਰ ਉਹ ਪਰਾਏ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਮਗਰ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਉਸਤੋਂ ਨਠ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਪਰਾਇਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਛਾਣਦੀਆਂ।”
6This similitude spake Jesus to them, and they knew not what the things were that he was speaking to them;
6ਭਾਵੇਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਤਾਂਤ ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਇਸਦਾ ਅਰਥ ਨਾ ਸਮਝ ਸਕੇ।
7Jesus said therefore again to them, `Verily, verily, I say to you — I am the door of the sheep;
7ਤਾਂ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ, ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸੱਚ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਲਈ ਦੁਆਰ ਮੈਂ ਹਾਂ।
8all, as many as came before me, are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them;
8ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਿਹਡ਼ੇ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਏ ਉਹ ਚੋਰ ਜਾਂ ਡਾਕੂ ਸਨ, ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਿਆ।
9I am the door, through me if any one may come in, he shall be saved, and he shall come in, and go out, and find pasture.
9ਮੈਂ ਦੁਆਰ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਹਡ਼ਾ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਮੇਰੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਅੰਦਰ-ਬਾਹਰ ਆਇਆ-ਜਾਇਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜੋ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਲਭ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
10`The thief doth not come, except that he may steal, and kill, and destroy; I came that they may have life, and may have [it] abundantly.
10ਚੋਰ ਚੋਰੀ, ਮਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ, ਇੱਕ ਚੋਖਾ ਜੀਵਨ।
11`I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd his life layeth down for the sheep;
11“ਮੈਂ ਚੰਗਾ ਆਜਡ਼ੀ ਹਾਂ। ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗਾ ਆਜਡ਼ੀ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
12and the hireling, and not being a shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, doth behold the wolf coming, and doth leave the sheep, and doth flee; and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep;
12ਇੱਕ ਭਾਡ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਆਜਡ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜਿਉਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਬਘਿਆਡ਼ ਨੂੰ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖਦਾ, ਉਹ ਨਠ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਘਿਆਡ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੰਡਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
13and the hireling doth flee because he is an hireling, and is not caring for the sheep.
13ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਨਠ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਖਦਾ।
14`I am the good shepherd, and I know my [sheep], and am known by mine,

15according as the Father doth know me, and I know the Father, and my life I lay down for the sheep,

16and other sheep I have that are not of this fold, these also it behoveth me to bring, and my voice they will hear, and there shall become one flock — one shepherd.
16ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਹਡ਼ੀਆਂ ਇਸ ਇੱਜਡ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਲਿਆਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣਨਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਇੱਜਡ਼ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਆਜਡ਼ੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
17`Because of this doth the Father love me, because I lay down my life, that again I may take it;
17ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਸਕਾਂ। ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੋਂਹਦਾ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਗੁਆ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
18no one doth take it from me, but I lay it down of myself; authority I have to lay it down, and authority I have again to take it; this command I received from my Father.`
18ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
19Therefore, again, there came a division among the Jews, because of these words,
19ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸੁਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਦ, ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
20and many of them said, `He hath a demon, and is mad, why do ye hear him?`
20ਬਹੁਤਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਇਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਭੂਤ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਗਲ ਆਦਮੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਬੋਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਸੁਣ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ?”
21others said, `These sayings are not those of a demoniac; is a demon able blind men`s eyes to open?`
21ਪਰ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਜਿਸ ਆਦਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੂਤ ਹੋਵੇ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬੋਲ ਸਕਦਾ। ਕੀ ਕੋਈ ਭੂਤ ਕਿਸੇ ਅੰਨ੍ਹੇ ਨੂੰ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ? ਨਹੀਂ!”
22And the dedication in Jerusalem came, and it was winter,
22ਇਹ ਸਰਦੀ ਦੀ ਰੁੱਤ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਾ ਦੇ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਆਇਆ।
23and Jesus was walking in the temple, in the porch of Solomon,
23ਯਿਸੂ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਲੇਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਡਿਉਢੀ ਤੇ ਟਹਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
24the Jews, therefore, came round about him, and said to him, `Till when our soul dost thou hold in suspense? if thou art the Christ, tell us freely.`
24ਯਹੂਦੀ ਯਿਸੂ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗੇ, “ਕਿੰਨੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਤੂੰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੁਬਿਧਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਖੇਂਗਾ? ਜੇਕਰ ਤੂੰ ਮਸੀਹ ਹੈਂ ਤਾ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਹਿ।”
25Jesus answered them, `I told you, and ye do not believe; the works that I do in the name of my Father, these testify concerning me;
25ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਚੁਕਿਆ ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਰਾਮਾਤਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਰਾਮਾਤਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਸਾਖੀ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
26but ye do not believe, for ye are not of my sheep,
26ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਇੱਜਡ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ।
27according as I said to you: My sheep my voice do hear, and I know them, and they follow me,
27ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਅਨੁਸਰਣ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
28and life age-during I give to them, and they shall not perish — to the age, and no one shall pluck them out of my hand;
28ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਰਨਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਹੀ ਕੋਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਖੋਹ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
29my Father, who hath given to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to pluck out of the hand of my Father;
29ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਹਾਨ ਹੈ।
30I and the Father are one.`
30ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੋਹ ਸਕਦਾ। ਮੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਇੱਕ ਹਾਂ।”
31Therefore, again, did the Jews take up stones that they may stone him;
31ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੱਥਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ।
32Jesus answered them, `Many good works did I shew you from my Father; because of which work of them do ye stone me?`
32ਪਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਿਤਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਚੰਗੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਖਾਈਆਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਵ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ?”
33The Jews answered him, saying, `For a good work we do not stone thee, but for evil speaking, and because thou, being a man, dost make thyself God.`
33ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਕੰਮ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁੱਟ ਰਹੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬੋਲਿਆ ਹੈਂ। ਤੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ ਇੱਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਹੈਂ ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈਂ। ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਨੋਂ ਮਾਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।”
34Jesus answered them, `Is it not having been written in your law: I said, ye are gods?
34ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸ਼ਰ੍ਹਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ‘ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਹੋ।’
35if them he did call gods unto whom the word of God came, (and the Writing is not able to be broken,)
35ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਪੋਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਸਦਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਥੀ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਝੂਠੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ।
36of him whom the Father did sanctify, and send to the world, do ye say — Thou speakest evil, because I said, Son of God I am?
36ਫਿਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਹਿ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬੋਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਭੇਜਣ ਲਈ ਚੁਣਿਆ।
37if I do not the works of my Father, do not believe me;
37ਜੇਕਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾ ਕਰਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਉਸਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ।
38and if I do, even if me ye may not believe, the works believe, that ye may know and may believe that in me [is] the Father, and I in Him.`
38ਪਰ ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ, ਪਰ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕਰੋ ਜਿਹਡ਼ੀਆਂ ਮੈਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਫੇਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣੋਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝੋਂਗੇ ਕਿ ਪਿਤਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਪਿਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਂ।”
39Therefore were they seeking again to seize him, and he went forth out of their hand,
39ਯਹੂਦੀ ਫੇਰ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਗਿਆ।
40and went away again to the other side of the Jordan, to the place where John was at first baptizing, and remained there,
40ਯਿਸੂ ਫਿਰ ਯਰਦਨ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਰ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ ਜਿਥੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਯੂਹੰਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਪਤਿਸਮਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਥੇ ਠਹਿਰਿਆ।
41and many came unto him, and said — `John, indeed, did no sign, and all things, as many as John said about this one were true;`
41ਉਥੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਭੀਡ਼ ਯਿਸੂ ਕੋਲ ਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿਣ ਲੱਗੀ, “ਯੂਹੰਨਾ ਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਕਰਿਸ਼ਮਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਪਰ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਯੂਹੰਨਾ ਨੇ ਉਸ (ਯਿਸੂ) ਬਾਰੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਉਹ ਸੱਚ ਸੀ।”
42and many did believe in him there.
42ਉਥੇ ਫਿਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ।
