1هذه رحلات بني اسرائيل الذين خرجوا من ارض مصر بجنودهم عن يد موسى وهرون.
1These [are] journeys of the sons of Israel who have come out of the land of Egypt, by their hosts, by the hand of Moses and Aaron;
2وكتب موسى مخارجهم برحلاتهم حسب قول الرب. وهذه رحلاتهم بمخارجهم.
2and Moses writeth their outgoings, by their journeys, by the command of Jehovah; and these [are] their journeys, by their outgoings:
3ارتحلوا من رعمسيس في الشهر الاول في اليوم الخامس عشر من الشهر الاول في غد الفصح خرج بنو اسرائيل بيد رفيعة امام اعين جميع المصريين
3And they journey from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month, on the morrow of the passover have the sons of Israel gone out with a high hand, before the eyes of all the Egyptians —
4اذ كان المصريون يدفنون الذين ضرب منهم الرب من كل بكر. والرب قد صنع بآلهتهم احكاما
4and the Egyptians are burying those whom Jehovah hath smitten among them, every first-born, and on their gods hath Jehovah done judgments —
5فارتحل بنو اسرائيل من رعمسيس ونزلوا في سكّوت.
5and the sons of Israel journey from Rameses, and encamp in Succoth.
6ثم ارتحلوا من سكّوت ونزلوا في ايثام التي في طرف البرية.
6And they journey from Succoth, and encamp in Etham, which [is] in the extremity of the wilderness;
7ثم ارتحلوا من ايثام ورجعوا على فم الحيروث التي قبالة بعل صفون ونزلوا امام مجدل.
7and they journey from Etham, and turn back on Pi-Hahiroth, which [is] on the front of Baal-Zephon, and they encamp before Migdol.
8ثم ارتحلوا من امام الحيروث وعبروا في وسط البحر الى البرية وساروا مسيرة ثلاثة ايام في برية ايثام ونزلوا في مارّة.
8And they journey from Pi-Hahiroth, and pass over through the midst of the sea, into the wilderness, and go a journey of three days in the wilderness of Etham, and encamp in Marah.
9ثم ارتحلوا من مارّة واتوا الى إيليم. وكان في ايليم اثنتا عشرة عين ماء وسبعون نخلة. فنزلوا هناك.
9And they journey from Marah, and come in to Elim, and in Elim [are] twelve fountains of waters, and seventy palm trees, and they encamp there;
10ثم ارتحلوا من ايليم ونزلوا على بحر سوف.
10and they journey from Elim, and encamp by the Red Sea.
11ثم ارتحلوا من بحر سوف ونزلوا في برية سين.
11And they journey from the Red Sea, and encamp in the wilderness of Sin;
12ثم ارتحلوا من برية سين ونزلوا في دفقة.
12and they journey from the wilderness of Sin, and encamp in Dophkah.
13ثم ارتحلوا من دفقة ونزلوا في الوش.
13And they journey from Dophkah, and encamp in Alush;
14ثم ارتحلوا من ألوش ونزلوا في رفيديم. ولم يكن هناك ماء للشعب ليشرب.
14and they journey from Alush, and encamp in Rephidim; and there was there no water for the people to drink.
15ثم ارتحلوا من رفيديم ونزلوا في برية سيناء.
15And they journey from Rephidim, and encamp in the wilderness of Sinai;
16ثم ارتحلوا من برية سيناء ونزلوا في قبروت هتّأوة.
16and they journey from the wilderness of Sinai, and encamp in Kibroth-Hattaavah.
17ثم ارتحلوا من قبروت هتّأوة ونزلوا في حضيروت.
17And they journey from Kibroth-Hattaavah, and encamp in Hazeroth;
18ثم ارتحلوا من حضيروت ونزلوا في رثمة.
18and they journey from Hazeroth, and encamp in Rithmah.
19ثم ارتحلوا من رثمة ونزلوا في رمّون فارص.
19And they journey from Rithmah, and encamp in Rimmon-Parez;
20ثم ارتحلوا من رمّون فارص ونزلوا في لبنة.
20and they journey from Rimmon-Parez, and encamp in Libnah.
21ثم ارتحلوا من لبنة ونزلوا في رسّة.
21And they journey from Libnah, and encamp in Rissah;
22ثم ارتحلوا من رسّة ونزلوا في قهيلاتة.
22and they journey from Rissah, and encamp in Kehelathah.
23ثم ارتحلوا من قهيلاتة ونزلوا في جبل شافر.
23And they journey from Kehelathah, and encamp in mount Shapher;
24ثم ارتحلوا من جبل شافر ونزلوا في حرادة.
24and they journey from mount Shapher, and encamp in Haradah.
25ثم ارتحلوا من حرادة ونزلوا في مقهيلوت.
25And they journey from Haradah, and encamp in Makheloth;
26ثم ارتحلوا من مقهيلوت ونزلوا في تاحت.
26and they journey from Makheloth, and encamp in Tahath.
27ثم ارتحلوا من تاحت ونزلوا في تارح.
27And they journey from Tahath, and encamp in Tarah;
28ثم ارتحلوا من تارح ونزلوا في مثقة.
28and they journey from Tarah, and encamp in Mithcah.
29ثم ارتحلوا من مثقة ونزلوا في حشمونة.
29And they journey from Mithcah, and encamp in Hashmonah;
30ثم ارتحلوا من حشمونة ونزلوا في مسيروت.
30and they journey from Hashmonah, and encamp in Moseroth.
31ثم ارتحلوا من مسيروت ونزلوا في بني يعقان.
31And they journey from Moseroth, and encamp in Bene-Jaakan;
32ثم ارتحلوا من بني يعقان ونزلوا في حور الجدجاد.
32and they journey from Bene-Jaakan, and encamp at Hor-Hagidgad.
33ثم ارتحلوا من حور الجدجاد ونزلوا في يطبات.
33And they journey from Hor-Hagidgad, and encamp in Jotbathah;
34ثم ارتحلوا من يطبات ونزلوا في عبرونة.
34and they journey from Jotbathah, and encamp in Ebronah.
35ثم ارتحلوا من عبرونة ونزلوا في عصيون جابر.
35And they journey from Ebronah, and encamp in Ezion-Gaber;
36ثم ارتحلوا من عصيون جابر ونزلوا في برية صين وهي قادش.
36and they journey from Ezion-Gaber, and encamp in the wilderness of Zin, which [is] Kadesh.
37ثم ارتحلوا من قادش ونزلوا في جبل هور في طرف ارض ادوم
37And they journey from Kadesh, and encamp in mount Hor, in the extremity of the land of Edom.
38فصعد هرون الكاهن الى جبل هور حسب قول الرب ومات هناك في السنة الاربعين لخروج بني اسرائيل من ارض مصر في الشهر الخامس في الاول من الشهر.
38And Aaron the priest goeth up unto mount Hor, by the command of Jehovah, and dieth there, in the fortieth year of the going out of the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first of the month;
39وكان هرون ابن مئة وثلاث وعشرين سنة حين مات في جبل هور.
39and Aaron [is] a son of a hundred and twenty and three years in his dying in mount Hor.
40وسمع الكنعاني ملك عراد وهو ساكن في الجنوب في ارض كنعان بمجيء بني اسرائيل
40And the Canaanite — king Arad — who is dwelling in the south, in the land of Canaan, heareth of the coming of the sons of Israel.
41ثم ارتحلوا من جبل هور ونزلوا في صلمونة.
41And they journey from mount Hor, and encamp in Zalmonah;
42ثم ارتحلوا من صلمونة ونزلوا في فونون.
42and they journey from Zalmonah, and encamp in Punon.
43ثم ارتحلوا من فونون ونزلوا في اوبوت.
43And they journey from Punon, and encamp in Oboth;
44ثم ارتحلوا من اوبوت ونزلوا في عيّي عباريم في تخم موآب.
44and they journey from Oboth, and encamp in Ije-Abarim, in the border of Moab.
45ثم ارتحلوا من عيّيم ونزلوا في ديبون جاد.
45And they journey from Iim, and encamp in Dibon-Gad;
46ثم ارتحلوا من ديبون جاد ونزلوا في علمون دبلاتايم.
46and they journey from Dibon-Gad, and encamp in Almon-Diblathaim.
47ثم ارتحلوا من علمون دبلاتايم ونزلوا في جبال عباريم اما نبو.
47And they journey from Almon-Diblathaim, and encamp in the mountains of Abarim, before Nebo;
48ثم ارتحلوا من جبال عباريم ونزلوا في عربات موآب على اردن اريحا.
48and they journey from the mountains of Abarim, and encamp in the plains of Moab, by Jordan, [near] Jericho.
49نزلوا على الاردن من بيت يشيموت الى آبل شطّيم في عربات موآب
49And they encamp by the Jordan from Beth-Jeshimoth, unto Abel-Shittim, in the plains of Moab.
50وكلم الرب موسى في عربات موآب على اردن اريحا قائلا
50And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, in the plains of Moab, by Jordan, [near] Jericho, saying,
51كلم بني اسرائيل وقل لهم انكم عابرون الاردن الى ارض كنعان
51`Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When ye are passing over the Jordan unto the land of Canaan,
52فتطردون كل سكان الارض من امامكم وتمحون جميع تصاويرهم وتبيدون كل اصنامهم المسبوكة وتخربون جميع مرتفعاتهم.
52then ye have dispossessed all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and have destroyed all their imagery, yea, all their molten images ye destroy, and all their high places ye lay waste,
53تملكون الارض وتسكنون فيها لاني قد اعطيتكم الارض لكي تملكوها
53and ye have possessed the land, and dwelt in it, for to you I have given the land — to possess it.
54وتقتسمون الارض بالقرعة حسب عشائركم. الكثير تكثرون له نصيبه والقليل تقلّلون له نصيبه. حيث خرجت له القرعة فهناك يكون له. حسب اسباط آبائكم تقتسمون.
54`And ye have inherited the land by lot, by your families; to the many ye increase their inheritance, and to the few ye diminish their inheritance; whither the lot goeth out to him, it is his; by the tribes of your fathers ye inherit.
55وان لم تطردوا سكان الارض من امامكم يكون الذين تستبقون منهم اشواكا في اعينكم ومناخس في جوانبكم ويضايقونكم على الارض التي انتم ساكنون فيها.
55`And if ye do not dispossess the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it hath been, those whom ye let remain of them, [are] for pricks in your eyes, and for thorns in your sides, and they have distressed you on the land in which ye are dwelling,
56فيكون اني افعل بكم كما هممت ان افعل بهم
56and it hath come to pass, as I thought to do to them — I do to you.`
