1وهذه مواليد عيسو الذي هو ادوم.
1And these are the generations of Esau, that is Edom.
2اخذ عيسو نساءه من بنات كنعان. عدا بنت إيلون الحثّي وأهوليبامة بنت عنى بنت صبعون الحوّي.
2Esau took his wives of the daughters of Canaan: Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, daughter of Zibeon the Hivite,
3وبسمة بنت اسماعيل اخت نبايوت.
3and Basmath Ishmael's daughter, the sister of Nebaioth.
4فولدت عدا لعيسو أليفاز. وولدت بسمة رعوئيل.
4And Adah bore to Esau Eliphaz; and Basmath bore Reuel.
5وولدت أهوليبامة يعوش ويعلام وقورح. هؤلاء بنو عيسو الذين ولدوا له في ارض كنعان
5And Oholibamah bore Jeush and Jaalam and Korah. These are the sons of Esau that were born to him in the land of Canaan.
6ثم اخذ عيسو نساءه وبنيه وبناته وجميع نفوس بيته ومواشيه وكل بهائمه وكل مقتناه الذي اقتنى في ارض كنعان ومضى الى ارض اخرى من وجه يعقوب اخيه.
6And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the souls of his house, and his cattle, and all his beasts, and all his possessions, that he had acquired in the land of Canaan, and went into a country away from his brother Jacob.
7لان املاكهما كانت كثيرة على السكنى معا ولم تستطع ارض غربتهما ان تحملهما من اجل مواشيهما.
7For their property was too great for them to dwell together, and the land where they were sojourners could not bear them, because of their cattle.
8فسكن عيسو في جبل سعير. وعيسو هو ادوم
8Thus Esau dwelt in mount Seir; Esau is Edom.
9وهذه مواليد عيسو ابي ادوم في جبل سعير.
9And these are the generations of Esau, the father of Edom, in mount Seir.
10هذه اسماء بني عيسو. أليفاز ابن عدا امرأة عيسو ورعوئيل ابن بسمة امرأة عيسو.
10These are the names of Esau's sons: Eliphaz, the son of Adah the wife of Esau; Reuel, the son of Basmath the wife of Esau.
11وكان بنو أليفاز تيمان واومار وصفوا وجعثام وقناز.
11-- And the sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz.
12وكانت تمناع سرية لاليفاز بن عيسو فولدت لاليفاز عماليق. هؤلاء بنو عدا امرأة عيسو.
12And Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esau's son, and she bore Amalek to Eliphaz. These are the sons of Adah Esau's wife.
13وهؤلاء بنو رعوئيل. نحث وزارح وشمّة ومزّة. هؤلاء كانوا بني بسمة امرأة عيسو.
13-- And these are the sons of Reuel: Nahath and Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah. These are the sons of Basmath Esau's wife.
14وهؤلاء كانوا بني أهوليبامة بنت عنى بنت صبعون امرأة عيسو. ولدت لعيسو يعوش ويعلام وقورح
14-- And these are the sons of Oholibamah, the daughter of Anah, daughter of Zibeon, Esau's wife: and she bore to Esau Jeush and Jaalam and Korah.
15هؤلاء امراء بني عيسو. بنو اليفاز بكر عيسو امير تيمان وامير اومار وامير صفو وامير قناز
15These are the chiefs of the sons of Esau. The sons of Eliphaz, the firstborn of Esau: chief Teman, chief Omar, chief Zepho, chief Kenaz,
16وامير قورح وامير جعثام وامير عماليق. هؤلاء امراء أليفاز في ارض ادوم. هؤلاء بنو عدا.
16chief Korah, chief Gatam, chief Amalek. These are the chiefs of Eliphaz in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Adah.
17وهؤلاء بنو رعوئيل بن عيسو. امير نحث وامير زارح وامير شمّة وامير مزّة. هؤلاء امراء رعوئيل في ارض ادوم. هؤلاء بنو بسمة امرأة عيسو.
17And these are the sons of Reuel Esau's son: chief Nahath, chief Zerah, chief Shammah, chief Mizzah: these are the chiefs of Reuel in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Basmath Esau's wife.
18وهؤلاء بنو أهوليبامة امرأة عيسو. امير يعوش وامير يعلام وامير قورح. هؤلاء امراء أهوليبامة بنت عنى امرأة عيسو.
18-- And these are the sons of Oholibamah Esau's wife: chief Jeush, chief Jaalam, chief Korah; these are the chiefs of Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, Esau's wife.
19هؤلاء بنو عيسو الذي هو ادوم وهؤلاء امراؤهم
19These are the sons of Esau, and these their chiefs: he is Edom.
20هؤلاء بنو سعير الحوريّ سكان الارض. لوطان وشوبان وصبعون وعنى
20These are the sons of Seir the Horite, the inhabitant of the land: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah,
21وديشون وإيصر وديشان. هؤلاء امراء الحوريين بنو سعير في ارض ادوم.
21and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan. These are the chiefs of the Horites, the sons of Seir in the land of Edom.
22وكان ابنا لوطان حوري وهيمام. وكانت تمناع اخت لوطان.
22-- And the sons of Lotan were Hori and Hemam; and Lotan's sister was Timna.
23وهؤلاء بنو شوبال علوان ومناحة وعيبال وشفو وأونام.
23-- And these are the sons of Shobal: Alvan, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shepho and Onam.
24وهذان ابنا صبعون أيّة وعنى. هذا هو عنى الذي وجد الحمائم في البرية اذ كان يرعى حمير صبعون ابيه.
24-- And these are the sons of Zibeon: both Ajah and Anah. This is the Anah that found the warm springs in the wilderness as he fed the asses of Zibeon his father.
25وهذا ابن عنى ديشون. وأهوليبامة هي بنت عنى.
25-- And these are the sons of Anah: Dishon, and Oholibamah the daughter of Anah.
26وهؤلاء بنو ديشان حمدان واشبان ويثران وكران.
26-- And these are the sons of Dishon: Hemdan, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
27هؤلاء بنو إيصر بلهان وزعوان وعقان.
27-- These are the sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zaavan, and Akan.
28هذان ابنا ديشان عوص وأران.
28-- These are the sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.
29هؤلاء امراء الحوريين. امير لوطان وامير شوبال وامير صبعون وامير عنى
29These are the chiefs of the Horites: chief Lotan, chief Shobal, chief Zibeon, chief Anah,
30وامير ديشون وامير إيصر وامير ديشان. هؤلاء امراء الحوريين بامرائهم في ارض سعير
30chief Dishon, chief Ezer, chief Dishan. These are the chiefs of the Horites, according to their chiefs in the land of Seir.
31وهؤلاء هم الملوك الذين ملكوا في ارض ادوم قبلما ملك ملك لبني اسرائيل.
31And these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before there reigned a king over the children of Israel.
32ملك في ادوم بالع بن بعور. وكان اسم مدينته دنهابة.
32And Bela the son of Beor reigned in Edom; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
33ومات بالع فملك مكانه يوباب بن زارح من بصرة.
33And Bela died; and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
34ومات يوباب فملك مكانه حوشام من ارض التيماني.
34And Jobab died; and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
35ومات حوشام فملك مكانه هداد بن بداد الذي كسر مديان في بلاد موآب. وكان اسم مدينته عويت.
35And Husham died; and Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the fields of Moab, reigned in his stead. And the name of his city was Avith.
36ومات هداد فملك مكانه سملة من مسريقة.
36And Hadad died; and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
37ومات سملة فملك مكانه شاول من رحوبوت النهر.
37And Samlah died; and Saul of Rehoboth on the river reigned in his stead.
38ومات شاول فملك مكانه بعل حانان بن عكبور.
38And Saul died; and Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.
39ومات بعل حانان بن عكبور فملك مكانه هدار. وكان اسم مدينته فاعو. واسم امرأته مهيطبئيل بنت مطرد بنت ماء ذهب
39And Baal-hanan the son of Achbor died; and Hadar reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Pau; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred daughter of Mezahab.
40وهذه اسماء امراء عيسو حسب قبائلهم واماكنهم باسمائهم. امير تمناع وامير علوة وامير يتيت
40And these are the names of the chiefs of Esau, according to their families, after their places, with their names: chief Timna, chief Alvah, chief Jetheth,
41وامير اهوليبامة وامير ايلة وامير فينون
41chief Oholibamah, chief Elah, chief Pinon,
42وامير قناز وامير تيمان وامير مبصار
42chief Kenaz, chief Teman, chief Mibzar,
43وامير مجديئيل وامير عيرام. هؤلاء امراء ادوم حسب مساكنهم في ارض ملكهم. هذا هو عيسو ابو ادوم
43chief Magdiel, chief Iram. These are the chiefs of Edom, according to their dwelling-places in the land of their possession. This is Esau, the father of Edom.
