1وكلم الرب موسى قائلا
1And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
2اوص بني اسرائيل وقل لهم. انكم داخلون الى ارض كنعان. هذه هي الارض التي تقع لكم نصيبا. ارض كنعان بتخومها.
2Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan, this shall be the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, the land of Canaan according to the borders thereof.
3تكون لكم ناحية الجنوب من برية صين على جانب ادوم. ويكون لكم تخم الجنوب من طرف بحر الملح الى الشرق
3Then your south side shall be from the wilderness of Zin alongside of Edom, and your southern border shall be from the end of the salt sea eastward;
4ويدور لكم التخم من جنوب عقبة عقربّيم ويعبر الى صين وتكون مخارجه من جنوب قادش برنيع ويخرج الى حصر ادّار ويعبر الى عصمون.
4and your border shall turn from the south of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin, and shall end southward at Kadesh-barnea, and shall go on to Hazar-Addar, and pass on to Azmon.
5ثم يدور التخم من عصمون الى وادي مصر وتكون مخارجه عند البحر.
5And the border shall turn from Azmon unto the torrent of Egypt, and shall end at the sea.
6واما تخم الغرب فيكون البحر الكبير لكم تخما. هذا يكون لكم تخم الغرب.
6And as west border ye shall have the great sea, and [its] coast. This shall be your west border.
7وهذا يكون لكم تخم الشمال. من البحر الكبير ترسمون لكم الى جبل هور.
7And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall mark out for you mount Hor;
8ومن جبل هور ترسمون الى مدخل حماة وتكون مخارج التخم الى صدد.
8from mount Hor ye shall mark out the entrance to Hamath, and the end of the border shall be toward Zedad;
9ثم يخرج التخم الى زفرون وتكون مخارجه عند حصر عينان. هذا يكون لكم تخم الشمال.
9and the border shall go to Ziphron, and shall end at Hazar-enan. This shall be your north border.
10وترسمون لكم تخما الى الشرق من حصر عينان الى شفام.
10And ye shall mark out for you as eastern border from Hazar-enan to Shepham:
11وينحدر التخم من شفام الى ربلة شرقي عين. ثم ينحدر التخم ويمسّ جانب بحر كنّارة الى الشرق.
11and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall strike upon the extremity of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;
12ثم ينحدر التخم الى الاردن وتكون مخارجه عند بحر الملح. هذه تكون لكم الارض بتخومها حواليها
12and the border shall go down to the Jordan, and shall end at the salt sea. This shall be your land according to the borders thereof round about.
13فأمر موسى بني اسرائيل قائلا هذه هي الارض التي تقتسمونها بالقرعة. التي امر الرب ان تعطى للتسعة الاسباط ونصف السبط.
13And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall take for yourselves as inheritance by lot, which Jehovah commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.
14لانه قد اخذ سبط بني رأوبين حسب بيوت آبائهم وسبط بني جاد حسب بيوت آبائهم ونصف سبط منسّى. قد اخذوا نصيبهم.
14For the tribe of the children of the Reubenites according to their fathers' houses, and the tribe of the children of the Gadites according to their fathers' houses, have received, and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance;
15السبطان ونصف السبط قد اخذوا نصيبهم في عبر اردن اريحا شرقا نحو الشروق
15the two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side the Jordan of Jericho eastward, toward the sun-rising.
16وكلم الرب موسى قائلا.
16And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
17هذان اسما الرجلين اللذين يقسمان لكم الارض. العازار الكاهن ويشوع بن نون
17These are the names of the men who shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
18ورئيسا واحدا من كل سبط تاخذون لقسمة الارض.
18And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land.
19وهذه اسماء الرجال. من سبط يهوذا كالب بن يفنّة.
19And these are the names of the men: for the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh;
20ومن سبط بني شمعون شموئيل بن عميهود.
20and for the tribe of the children of Simeon, Samuel the son of Ammihud;
21ومن سبط بنيامين أليداد بن كسلون.
21for the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon;
22ومن سبط بني دان الرئيس بقّي بن يجلي.
22and for the tribe of the children of Dan, a prince, Bukki the son of Jogli;
23ومن بني يوسف من سبط بني منسّى الرئيس حنيئيل بن ايفود.
23for the children of Joseph: for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, a prince, Hanniel the son of Ephod,
24ومن سبط بني افرايم الرئيس قموئيل بن شفطان.
24and for the tribe of the children of Ephraim, a prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan;
25ومن سبط بني زبولون الرئيس أليصافان بن فرناخ.
25and for the tribe of the children of Zebulun, a prince, Elizaphan the son of Pharnach;
26ومن سبط بني يسّاكر الرئيس فلطيئيل بن عزّان.
26and for the tribe of the children of Issachar, a prince, Phaltiel the son of Azzan;
27ومن سبط بني اشير الرئيس اخيهود بن شلومي.
27and for the tribe of the children of Asher, a prince, Ahihud the son of Shelomi;
28ومن سبط بني نفتالي الرئيس فدهئيل بن عميهود.
28and for the tribe of the children of Naphtali, a prince, Phedahel the son of Ammihud.
29هؤلاء هم الذين امرهم الرب ان يقسموا لبني اسرائيل في ارض كنعان
29These are they whom Jehovah commanded to distribute to the children of Israel their inheritance in the land of Canaan.
