1Magapasalamat kami kanimo, Oh Dios; Magapasalamat kami, tungod kay haduol ang imong ngalan: Ang mga tawo nanagsugilon mahitungod sa imong mga katingalahang buhat.
2When I shall find the set time, I will judge uprightly.
2Sa diha nga hipalgan ko ang natudlong panahon, Magahukom ako sa katul-id gayud.
3The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I have set up the pillars of it. Selah
3Gilaglag ang yuta ug ang iyang mga pumoluyo didto: Ginapatindog ko na ang mga haligi niini. (Selah)
4I said unto the arrogant, Deal not arrogantly; And to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
4Miingon ako sa mga mapahitason: Dili kamo magbuhat sa palabilabi; Ug sa tawong dautan: Dili mo pagpatindogon ang sungay:
5Lift not up your horn on high; Speak not with a stiff neck.
5Dili ninyo pagpatindogon sa itaas ang inyong sungay; Dili kamo managsulti nga pinagahi ang liog.
6For neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor yet from the south, [cometh] lifting up.
6Kay dili gikan sa silangan, ni sa kasadpan, Ni gikan pa sa habagatan, magagikan ang pagbayaw sa itaas.
7But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and lifteth up another.
7Apan ang Dios mao ang maghuhukom: Pagapaubson niya ang usa, ug pagabayawon niya ang usa.
8For in the hand of Jehovah there is a cup, and the wine foameth; It is full of mixture, and he poureth out of the same: Surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.
8Kay diha sa kamot ni Jehova adunay usa ka copa, ug ang vino nagabula; Kini napuno sa mapait nga simbog, ug gikan niini magahowad siya: Sa pagkamatuod ang mga nalug niana, pagati-tion sa tanang mga tawong dautan sa yuta, ug pagaimnon nila.
9But I will declare for ever, I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
9Apan ako magamantala sa walay katapusan, Magaawit ako ug mga pagdayeg sa Dios ni Jacob.
10All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; But the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
10Pagabunggoon ko ang tanang mga sungay sa mga tawong dautan; Apan ang mga sungay sa mga matarung pagabayawon sa itaas.
