¹And the second lot came out for Simeon, even for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was in the midst of the inheritance of the children of Judah.

¹La seconde part échut par le sort à Siméon, à la tribu des fils de Siméon, selon leurs familles. Leur héritage était au milieu de l'héritage des fils de Juda.

¹ויצא הגורל השני לשמעון למטה בני שמעון למשפחותם ויהי נחלתם בתוך נחלת בני יהודה׃

²And they had for their inheritance Beer-sheba, or Sheba, and Moladah,

²Ils eurent dans leur héritage: Beer-Schéba, Schéba, Molada,

²ויהי להם בנחלתם באר שבע ושבע ומולדה׃

³and Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Ezem,

³Hatsar-Schual, Bala, Atsem,

³וחצר שועל ובלה ועצם׃

⁴and Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,

⁴Eltholad, Bethul, Horma,

⁴ואלתולד ובתול וחרמה׃

⁵and Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,

⁵Tsiklag, Beth-Marcaboth, Hatsar-Susa,

⁵וצקלג ובית המרכבות וחצר סוסה׃

⁶and Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities with their villages:

⁶Beth-Lebaoth et Scharuchen, treize villes, et leurs villages;

⁶ובית לבאות ושרוחן ערים שלש עשרה וחצריהן׃

⁷Ain, Rimmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities with their villages:

⁷Aïn, Rimmon, Ether, et Aschan, quatre villes, et leurs villages;

⁷עין רמון ועתר ועשן ערים ארבע וחצריהן׃

⁸and all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath-beer, Ramah of the South. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.

⁸et tous les villages aux environs de ces villes, jusqu'à Baalath-Beer, qui est Ramath du midi. Tel fut l'héritage de la tribu des fils de Siméon, selon leurs familles.

⁸וכל החצרים אשר סביבות הערים האלה עד בעלת באר ראמת נגב זאת נחלת מטה בני שמעון למשפחתם׃

⁹Out of the part of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon; for the portion of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had inheritance in the midst of their inheritance.

⁹L'héritage des fils de Siméon fut pris sur la portion des fils de Juda; car la portion des fils de Juda était trop grande pour eux, et c'est au milieu de leur héritage que les fils de Siméon reçurent le leur.

⁹מחבל בני יהודה נחלת בני שמעון כי היה חלק בני יהודה רב מהם וינחלו בני שמעון בתוך נחלתם׃

¹⁰And the third lot came up for the children of Zebulun according to their families; and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid;

¹⁰La troisième part échut par le sort aux fils de Zabulon, selon leurs familles. La limite de leur héritage s'étendait jusqu'à Sarid.

¹⁰ויעל הגורל השלישי לבני זבולן למשפחתם ויהי גבול נחלתם עד שריד׃

¹¹and their border went up westward, even to Maralah, and reached to Dabbesheth; and it reached to the brook that is before Jokneam;

¹¹Elle montait à l'occident vers Mareala, et touchait à Dabbéscheth, puis au torrent qui coule devant Jokneam.

¹¹ועלה גבולם לימה ומרעלה ופגע בדבשת ופגע אל הנחל אשר על פני יקנעם׃

¹²and it turned from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border of Chisloth-tabor; and it went out to Daberath, and went up to Japhia;

¹²De Sarid elle tournait à l'orient, vers le soleil levant, jusqu'à la frontière de Kisloth-Thabor, continuait à Dabrath, et montait à Japhia.

¹²ושב משריד קדמה מזרח השמש על גבול כסלת תבר ויצא אל הדברת ועלה יפיע׃

¹³and from thence it passed along eastward to Gath-hepher, to Eth-kazin; and it went out at Rimmon which stretcheth unto Neah;

¹³De là elle passait à l'orient par Guittha-Hépher, par Ittha-Katsin, continuait à Rimmon, et se prolongeait jusqu'à Néa.

¹³ומשם עבר קדמה מזרחה גתה חפר עתה קצין ויצא רמון המתאר הנעה׃

¹⁴and the border turned about it on the north to Hannathon; and the goings out thereof were at the valley of Iphtah-el;

¹⁴ונסב אתו הגבול מצפון חנתן והיו תצאתיו גי יפתח אל׃

¹⁵and Kattath, and Nahalal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Bethlehem: twelve cities with their villages.

¹⁵De plus, Katthath, Nahalal, Schimron, Jideala, Bethléhem. Douze villes, et leurs villages.

¹⁵וקטת ונהלל ושמרון וידאלה ובית לחם ערים שתים עשרה וחצריהן׃

¹⁶This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.

¹⁶זאת נחלת בני זבולן למשפחותם הערים האלה וחצריהן׃

¹⁷The fourth lot came out for Issachar, even for the children of Issachar according to their families.

¹⁷La quatrième part échut par le sort à Issacar, aux fils d'Issacar, selon leurs familles.

¹⁷ליששכר יצא הגורל הרביעי לבני יששכר למשפחותם׃

¹⁸And their border was unto Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,

¹⁸Leur limite passait par Jizreel, Kesulloth, Sunem,

¹⁸ויהי גבולם יזרעאלה והכסולת ושונם׃

¹⁹and Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,

¹⁹Hapharaïm, Schion, Anacharath,

¹⁹וחפרים ושיאן ואנחרת׃

²⁰and Rabbith, and Kishion, and Ebez,

²⁰Rabbith, Kischjon, Abets,

²⁰והרבית וקשיון ואבץ׃

²¹and Remeth, and Engannim, and En-haddah, and Beth-pazzez,

²¹Rémeth, En-Gannim, En-Hadda, et Beth-Patsets;

²¹ורמת ועין גנים ועין חדה ובית פצץ׃

²²and the border reached to Tabor, and Shahazumah, and Beth-shemesh; and the goings out of their border were at the Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.

²²elle touchait à Thabor, à Schachatsima, à Beth-Schémesch, et aboutissait au Jourdain. Seize villes, et leurs villages.

²²ופגע הגבול בתבור ושחצומה ובית שמש והיו תצאות גבולם הירדן ערים שש עשרה וחצריהן׃

²³This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities with their villages.

²⁴And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.

²⁴La cinquième part échut par le sort à la tribu des fils d'Aser, selon leurs familles.

²⁴ויצא הגורל החמישי למטה בני אשר למשפחותם׃

²⁵And their border was Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,

²⁵Leur limite passait par Helkath, Hali, Béthen, Acschaph,

²⁵ויהי גבולם חלקת וחלי ובטן ואכשף׃

²⁶and Allammelech, and Amad, and Mishal; and it reached to Carmel westward, and to Shihor-libnath;

²⁶Allammélec, Amead et Mischeal; elle touchait, vers l'occident, au Carmel et au Schichor-Libnath;

²⁶ואלמלך ועמעד ומשאל ופגע בכרמל הימה ובשיחור לבנת׃

²⁷and it turned toward the sunrising to Beth-dagon, and reached to Zebulun, and to the valley of Iphtah-el northward to Beth-emek and Neiel; and it went out to Cabul on the left hand,

²⁷puis elle tournait du côté de l'orient à Beth-Dagon, atteignait Zabulon et la vallée de Jiphthach-El au nord de Beth-Emek et de Neïel, et se prolongeait vers Cabul, à gauche,

²⁷ושב מזרח השמש בית דגן ופגע בזבלון ובגי יפתח אל צפונה בית העמק ונעיאל ויצא אל כבול משמאל׃

²⁸and Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, even unto great Sidon;

²⁸et vers Ebron, Rehob, Hammon et Kana, jusqu'à Sidon la grande.

²⁸ועברן ורחב וחמון וקנה עד צידון רבה׃

²⁹and the border turned to Ramah, and to the fortified city of Tyre; and the border turned to Hosah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea by the region of Achzib;

²⁹Elle tournait ensuite vers Rama jusqu'à la ville forte de Tyr, et vers Hosa, pour aboutir à la mer, par la contrée d'Aczib.

²⁹ושב הגבול הרמה ועד עיר מבצר צר ושב הגבול חסה ויהיו תצאתיו הימה מחבל אכזיבה׃

³⁰Ummah also, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty and two cities with their villages.

³⁰De plus, Umma, Aphek et Rehob. Vingt-deux villes, et leurs villages.

³⁰ועמה ואפק ורחב ערים עשרים ושתים וחצריהן׃

³¹This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.

³¹זאת נחלת מטה בני אשר למשפחתם הערים האלה וחצריהן׃

³²The sixth lot came out for the children of Naphtali, even for the children of Naphtali according to their families.

³²La sixième part échut par le sort aux fils de Nephthali, selon leurs familles.

³²לבני נפתלי יצא הגורל הששי לבני נפתלי למשפחתם׃

³³And their border was from Heleph, from the oak in Zaanannim, and Adaminekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakkum; and the goings out thereof were at the Jordan;

³³Leur limite s'étendait depuis Héleph, depuis Allon, par Tsaanannim, Adami-Nékeb et Jabneel, jusqu'à Lakkum, et elle aboutissait au Jourdain.

³³ויהי גבולם מחלף מאלון בצעננים ואדמי הנקב ויבנאל עד לקום ויהי תצאתיו הירדן׃

³⁴and the border turned westward to Aznoth-tabor, and went out from thence to Hukkok; and it reached to Zebulun on the south, and reached to Asher on the west, and to Judah at the Jordan toward the sunrising.

³⁴Elle tournait vers l'occident à Aznoth-Thabor, et de là continuait à Hukkok; elle touchait à Zabulon du côté du midi, à Aser du côté de l'occident, et à Juda; le Jourdain était du côté de l'orient.

³⁴ושב הגבול ימה אזנות תבור ויצא משם חוקקה ופגע בזבלון מנגב ובאשר פגע מים וביהודה הירדן מזרח השמש׃

³⁵And the fortified cities were Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,

³⁵Les villes fortes étaient: Tsiddim, Tser, Hammath, Rakkath, Kinnéreth,

³⁵וערי מבצר הצדים צר וחמת רקת וכנרת׃

³⁶and Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,

³⁶Adama, Rama, Hatsor,

³⁶ואדמה והרמה וחצור׃

³⁷and Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,

³⁷Kédesch, Edréï, En-Hatsor,

³⁷וקדש ואדרעי ועין חצור׃

³⁸And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.

³⁸Jireon, Migdal-El, Horem, Beth-Anath et Beth-Schémesch. Dix-neuf villes, et leurs villages.

³⁸ויראון ומגדל אל חרם ובית ענת ובית שמש ערים תשע עשרה וחצריהן׃

³⁹This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities with their villages.

⁴⁰The seventh lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.

⁴⁰La septième part échut par le sort à la tribu des fils de Dan, selon leurs familles.

⁴⁰למטה בני דן למשפחתם יצא הגורל השביעי׃

⁴¹And the border of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,

⁴¹La limite de leur héritage comprenait Tsorea, Eschthaol, Ir-Schémesch,

⁴¹ויהי גבול נחלתם צרעה ואשתאול ועיר שמש׃

⁴²and Shaalabbin, and Aijalon, and Ithlah,

⁴²Schaalabbin, Ajalon, Jithla,

⁴²ושעלבין ואילון ויתלה׃

⁴³and Elon, and Timnah, and Ekron,

⁴³Elon, Thimnatha, Ekron,

⁴³ואילון ותמנתה ועקרון׃

⁴⁴and Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,

⁴⁴Eltheké, Guibbethon, Baalath,

⁴⁴ואלתקה וגבתון ובעלת׃

⁴⁵and Jehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,

⁴⁵Jehud, Bené-Berak, Gath-Rimmon,

⁴⁵ויהד ובני ברק וגת רמון׃

⁴⁶and Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border over against Joppa.

⁴⁶Mé-Jarkon et Rakkon, avec le territoire vis-à-vis de Japho.

⁴⁶ומי הירקון והרקון עם הגבול מול יפו׃

⁴⁷And the border of the children of Dan went out beyond them; for the children of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.

⁴⁷Le territoire des fils de Dan s'étendait hors de chez eux. Les fils de Dan montèrent et combattirent contre Léschem; ils s'en emparèrent et la frappèrent du tranchant de l'épée; ils en prirent possession, s'y établirent, et l'appelèrent Dan, du nom de Dan, leur père.

⁴⁷ויצא גבול בני דן מהם ויעלו בני דן וילחמו עם לשם וילכדו אותה ויכו אותה לפי חרב וירשו אותה וישבו בה ויקראו ללשם דן כשם דן אביהם׃

⁴⁸זאת נחלת מטה בני דן למשפחתם הערים האלה וחצריהן׃

⁴⁹So they made an end of distributing the land for inheritance by the borders thereof; and the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun in the midst of them:

⁴⁹Lorsqu'ils eurent achevé de faire le partage du pays, d'après ses limites, les enfants d'Israël donnèrent à Josué, fils de Nun, une possession au milieu d'eux.

⁴⁹ויכלו לנחל את הארץ לגבולתיה ויתנו בני ישראל נחלה ליהושע בן נון בתוכם׃

⁵⁰according to the commandment of Jehovah they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah in the hill-country of Ephraim; and he built the city, and dwelt therein.

⁵⁰Selon l'ordre de l'Eternel, ils lui donnèrent la ville qu'il demanda, Thimnath-Sérach, dans la montagne d'Ephraïm. Il rebâtit la ville, et y fit sa demeure.

⁵⁰על פי יהוה נתנו לו את העיר אשר שאל את תמנת סרח בהר אפרים ויבנה את העיר וישב בה׃

⁵¹These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers' [houses] of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed for inheritance by lot in Shiloh before Jehovah, at the door of the tent of meeting. So they made an end of dividing the land.

⁵¹Tels sont les héritages que le sacrificateur Eléazar, Josué, fils de Nun, et les chefs de famille des tribus des enfants d'Israël, distribuèrent par le sort devant l'Eternel à Silo, à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation. Ils achevèrent ainsi le partage du pays.

⁵¹אלה הנחלת אשר נחלו אלעזר הכהן ויהושע בן נון וראשי האבות למטות בני ישראל בגורל בשלה לפני יהוה פתח אהל מועד ויכלו מחלק את הארץ׃
