1Now the feast of unleavened bread drew nigh, which is called the Passover.
1Приближался праздник опресноков, называемый Пасхою,
2And the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might put him to death; for they feared the people.
2и искали первосвященники и книжники, как бы погубитьЕго, потому что боялись народа.
3And Satan entered into Judas who was called Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.
3Вошел же сатана в Иуду, прозванного Искариотом, одного из числа двенадцати,
4And he went away, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might deliver him unto them.
4и он пошел, и говорил с первосвященниками и начальниками, как Его предать им.
5And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money.
5Они обрадовались и согласились дать ему денег;
6And he consented, and sought opportunity to deliver him unto them in the absence of the multitude.
6и он обещал, и искал удобного времени,чтобы предать Его им не при народе.
7And the day of unleavened bread came, on which the passover must be sacrificed.
7Настал же день опресноков, в который надлежало заколать пасхального агнца ,
8And he sent Peter and John, saying, Go and make ready for us the passover, that we may eat.
8и послал Иисус Петра и Иоанна, сказав: пойдите, приготовьте нам есть пасху.
9And they said unto him, Where wilt thou that we make ready?
9Они же сказали Ему: где велишь нам приготовить?
10And he said unto them, Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house whereinto he goeth.
10Он сказал им: вот, при входе вашем в город, встретится с вами человек, несущий кувшин воды; последуйте за ним в дом, в который войдет он,
11And ye shall say unto the master of the house, The Teacher saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?
11и скажите хозяину дома: Учитель говорит тебе: где комната, в которой бы Мне есть пасху с учениками Моими?
12And he will show you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.
12И он покажет вам горницу большую устланную; там приготовьте.
13And they went, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.
13Они пошли, и нашли, как сказал им, и приготовили пасху.
14And when the hour was come, he sat down, and the apostles with him.
14И когда настал час, Он возлег, и двенадцать Апостолов с Ним,
15And he said unto them, With desire I have desired to eat this passover with you before I suffer:
15и сказал им: очень желал Я есть с вами сию пасху прежде Моего страдания,
16for I say unto you, I shall not eat it, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.
16ибо сказываю вам, что уже не будуесть ее, пока она не совершится в ЦарствииБожием.
17And he received a cup, and when he had given thanks, he said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves:
17И, взяв чашу и благодарив, сказал: приимите ее и разделите между собою,
18for I say unto you, I shall not drink from henceforth of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come.
18ибо сказываю вам, что не буду пить от плода виноградного, доколе не придет Царствие Божие.
19And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he brake it, and gave to them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
19И, взяв хлеб и благодарив, преломил и подал им, говоря: сие есть тело Мое, которое за вас предается; сие творите в Мое воспоминание.
20And the cup in like manner after supper, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, [even] that which is poured out for you.
20Также и чашу после вечери, говоря: сия чаша есть Новый Завет в Моей крови, которая за вас проливается.
21But behold, the hand of him that betrayeth me is with me on the table.
21И вот, рука предающего Меня со Мною за столом;
22For the Son of man indeed goeth, as it hath been determined: but woe unto that man through whom he is betrayed!
22впрочем, Сын Человеческий идет по предназначению, но горе тому человеку, которым Он предается.
23And they began to question among themselves, which of them it was that should do this thing.
23И они начали спрашивать друг друга, кто бы из них был, который это сделает.
24And there arose also a contention among them, which of them was accounted to be greatest.
24Был же и спор между ними, кто из них должен почитаться большим.
25And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles have lordship over them; and they that have authority over them are called Benefactors.
25Он же сказал им: цари господствуют над народами, и владеющие ими благодетелями называются,
26But ye [shall] not [be] so: but he that is the greater among you, let him become as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
26а вы не так: но кто из вас больше, будь как меньший, и начальствующий – как служащий.
27For which is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am in the midst of you as he that serveth.
27Ибо кто больше: возлежащий, или служащий? не возлежащий ли? А Я посреди вас, как служащий.
28But ye are they that have continued with me in my temptations;
28Но вы пребыли со Мною в напастях Моих,
29and I appoint unto you a kingdom, even as my Father appointed unto me,
29и Я завещаваю вам, как завещал Мне Отец Мой, Царство,
30that ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom; and ye shall sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
30да ядите и пиете за трапезою Моею в Царстве Моем, и сядете на престолах судить двенадцатьколен Израилевых.
31Simon, Simon, behold, Satan asked to have you, that he might sift you as wheat:
31И сказал Господь: Симон! Симон! се, сатана просил, чтобы сеять вас как пшеницу,
32but I made supplication for thee, that thy faith fail not; and do thou, when once thou hast turned again, establish thy brethren.
32но Я молился о тебе, чтобы не оскудела вера твоя; и ты некогда, обратившись, утверди братьев твоих.
33And he said unto him, Lord, with thee I am ready to go both to prison and to death.
33Он отвечал Ему: Господи! с Тобою я готов и в темницу и на смерть идти.
34And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, until thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
34Но Он сказал: говорю тебе, Петр, не пропоет петух сегодня, как ты трижды отречешься, что не знаешь Меня.
35And he said unto them, When I sent you forth without purse, and wallet, and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, Nothing.
35И сказал им: когда Я посылал вас без мешка и без сумы и без обуви, имели ли вы в чем недостаток? Они отвечали: ни в чем.
36And he said unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise a wallet; and he that hath none, let him sell his cloak, and buy a sword.
36Тогда Он сказал им: но теперь, кто имеет мешок, тотвозьми его, также и суму; а у кого нет, продай одежду свою и купи меч;
37For I say unto you, that this which is written must be fulfilled in me, And he was reckoned with transgressors: for that which concerneth me hath fulfilment.
37ибо сказываю вам, что должно исполниться на Мне и сему написанному: и к злодеям причтен.Ибо то, что о Мне, приходит к концу.
38And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.
38Они сказали: Господи! вот, здесь два меча. Он сказал им: довольно.
39And he came out, and went, as his custom was, unto the mount of Olives; and the disciples also followed him.
39И, выйдя, пошел по обыкновению на гору Елеонскую, за Ним последовали и ученики Его.
40And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.
40Придя же на место, сказал им: молитесь, чтобы не впасть в искушение.
41And he was parted from them about a stone's cast; and he kneeled down and prayed,
41И Сам отошел от них на вержение камня, и, преклонив колени, молился,
42saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
42говоря: Отче! о, если бы Ты благоволил пронести чашу сию мимо Меня! впрочем не Моя воля, но Твоя да будет.
43And there appeared unto him an angel from heaven, strengthening him.
43Явился же Ему Ангел с небес и укреплял Его.
44And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly; and his sweat became as it were great drops of blood falling down upon the ground.
44И, находясь в борении, прилежнее молился, и был пот Его, как капли крови, падающие на землю.
45And when he rose up from his prayer, he came unto the disciples, and found them sleeping for sorrow,
45Встав от молитвы, Он пришел к ученикам, и нашел их спящими от печали
46and said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, that ye enter not into temptation.
46и сказал им: что вы спите? встаньте и молитесь, чтобы не впасть в искушение.
47While he yet spake, behold, a multitude, and he that was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them; and he drew near unto Jesus to kiss him.
47Когда Он еще говорил это, появился народ, а впереди его шел один из двенадцати, называемый Иуда, и он подошел к Иисусу, чтобы поцеловать Его. Ибо он такой им дал знак: Кого я поцелую, Тот и есть.
48But Jesus said unto him, Judas, betrayest thou the Son of man with a kiss?
48Иисус же сказал ему: Иуда! целованием ли предаешь Сына Человеческого?
49And when they that were about him saw what would follow, they said, Lord, shall we smite with the sword?
49Бывшие же с Ним, видя, к чему идет дело, сказали Ему: Господи! не ударить ли нам мечом?
50And a certain one of them smote the servant of the high priest, and struck off his right ear.
50И один из них ударил раба первосвященникова, и отсек ему правое ухо.
51But Jesus answered and said, Suffer ye [them] thus far. And he touched his ear, and healed him.
51Тогда Иисус сказал: оставьте, довольно. И, коснувшись уха его, исцелил его.
52And Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and elders, that were come against him, Are ye come out, as against a robber, with swords and staves?
52Первосвященникам же и начальникам храма и старейшинам, собравшимся против Него, сказал Иисус: как будто на разбойника вышли вы с мечами и кольями, чтобы взять Меня?
53When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched not forth your hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.
53Каждый день бывал Я с вами в храме, и вы не поднимали на Меня рук, но теперь ваше время и власть тьмы.
54And they seized him, and led him [away], and brought him into the high priest's house. But Peter followed afar off.
54Взяв Его, повели и привели в домпервосвященника. Петр же следовал издали.
55And when they had kindled a fire in the midst of the court, and had sat down together, Peter sat in the midst of them.
55Когда они развели огонь среди двора и сели вместе, сел и Петр между ними.
56And a certain maid seeing him as he sat in the light [of the fire], and looking stedfastly upon him, said, This man also was with him.
56Одна служанка, увидев его сидящего у огня и всмотревшись в него, сказала: и этот был с Ним.
57But he denied, saying, Woman, I know him not.
57Но он отрекся от Него, сказав женщине: я не знаю Его.
58And after a little while another saw him, and said, Thou also art [one] of them. But Peter said, Man, I am not.
58Вскоре потом другой, увидев его, сказал: и ты из них. Но Петр сказал этому человеку: нет!
59And after the space of about one hour another confidently affirmed, saying, Of a truth this man also was with him; for he is a Galilaean.
59Прошло с час времени, еще некто настоятельно говорил: точно и этот был с Ним, ибо он Галилеянин.
60But Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the cock crew.
60Но Петр сказал тому человеку: не знаю, что ты говоришь. И тотчас, когда еще говорил он, запел петух.
61And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how that he said unto him, Before the cock crow this day thou shalt deny me thrice.
61Тогда Господь, обратившись, взглянул на Петра, и Петр вспомнил слово Господа, как Он сказал ему: прежде нежели пропоет петух, отречешься от Меня трижды.
62And he went out, and wept bitterly.
62И, выйдя вон, горько заплакал.
63And the men that held [Jesus] mocked him, and beat him.
63Люди, державшие Иисуса, ругались над Ним и били Его;
64And they blindfolded him, and asked him, saying, Prophesy: who is he that struck thee?
64и, закрыв Его, ударяли Его по лицу и спрашивали Его: прореки, кто ударил Тебя?
65And many other things spake they against him, reviling him.
65И много иных хулений произносили против Него.
66And as soon as it was day, the assembly of the elders of the people was gathered together, both chief priests and scribes; and they led him away into their council, saying,
66И как настал день, собрались старейшины народа,первосвященники и книжники, и ввели Его в свой синедрион
67If thou art the Christ, tell us. But he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:
67и сказали: Ты ли Христос? скажи нам. Он сказал им: если скажу вам, вы не поверите;
68and if I ask [you], ye will not answer.
68если же и спрошу вас, не будете отвечать Мне и не отпустите Меня ;
69But from henceforth shall the Son of man be seated at the right hand of the power of God.
69отныне Сын Человеческий воссядет одесную силы Божией.
70And they all said, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am.
70И сказали все: итак, Ты Сын Божий? Он отвечал им: вы говорите, что Я.
71And they said, What further need have we of witness? for we ourselves have heard from his own mouth.
71Они же сказали: какое еще нужно нам свидетельство?ибо мы сами слышали из уст Его.
