1A song. A Psalm of Asaph. O God, keep not thou silence: Hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God.
1(82:1) Песнь. Псалом Асафа. (82:2) Боже! Не премолчи, не безмолвствуй и не оставайся в покое, Боже,
2For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult; And they that hate thee have lifted up the head.
2(82:3) ибо вот, враги Твои шумят, и ненавидящие Тебя подняли голову;
3Thy take crafty counsel against thy people, And consult together against thy hidden ones.
3(82:4) против народа Твоего составили коварный умысел исовещаются против хранимых Тобою;
4They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; That the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.
4(82:5) сказали: „пойдем и истребим их из народов, чтобы не вспоминалось более имя Израиля."
5For they have consulted together with one consent; Against thee do they make a covenant:
5(82:6) Сговорились единодушно, заключили против Тебя союз:
6The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab, and the Hagarenes;
6(82:7) селения Едомовы и Измаильтяне, Моав и Агаряне,
7Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre:
7(82:8) Гевал и Аммон и Амалик, Филистимляне с жителями Тира.
8Assyria also is joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot. Selah
8(82:9) И Ассур пристал к ним: они стали мышцею для сынов Лотовых.
9Do thou unto them as unto Midian, As to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the river Kishon;
9(82:10) Сделай им то же, что Мадиаму, что Сисаре, что Иавину у потока Киссона,
10Who perished at Endor, Who became as dung for the earth.
10(82:11) которые истреблены в Аендоре, сделались навозом для земли.
11Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb; Yea, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna;
11(82:12) Поступи с ними, с князьями их, как с Оривом и Зивом и со всеми вождями их, как сЗевеем и Салманом,
12Who said, Let us take to ourselves in possession The habitations of God.
12(82:13) которые говорили: „возьмем себе во владение селения Божии".
13O my God, make them like the whirling dust; As stubble before the wind.
13(82:14) Боже мой! Да будут они, как пыль в вихре, как солома перед ветром.
14As the fire that burneth the forest, And as the flame that setteth the mountains on fire,
14(82:15) Как огонь сжигает лес, и как пламя опаляет горы,
15So pursue them with thy tempest, And terrify them with thy storm.
15(82:16) так погони их бурею Твоею и вихрем Твоим приведи их в смятение;
16Fill their faces with confusion, That they may seek thy name, O Jehovah.
16(82:17) исполни лица их бесчестием, чтобы они взыскали имя Твое, Господи!
17Let them be put to shame and dismayed for ever; Yea, let them be confounded and perish;
17(82:18) Да постыдятся и смятутся на веки, да посрамятся и погибнут,
18That they may know that thou alone, whose name is Jehovah, Art the Most High over all the earth.
18(82:19) и да познают, что Ты, Которого одного имя Господь, Всевышний над всею землею.
