1(86:1) Сынов Кореевых. Псалом. Песнь.
2Jehovah loveth the gates of Zion More than all the dwellings of Jacob.
2(86:2) Основание его на горах святых. Господь любит врата Сиона более всех селений Иакова.
3Glorious things are spoken of thee, O city of God. Selah
3(86:3) Славное возвещается о тебе, град Божий!
4I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon as among them that know me: Behold, Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia: This one was born there.
4(86:4) Упомяну знающим меня о Рааве и Вавилоне; вот Филистимляне и Тир с Ефиопиею, – скажут : „такой-то родился там".
5Yea, of Zion it shall be said, This one and that one was born in her; And the Most High himself will establish her.
5(86:5) О Сионе же будут говорить: „такой-то и такой-то мужродился в нем, и Сам Всевышний укрепил его".
6Jehovah will count, when he writeth up the peoples, This one was born there. Selah
6(86:6) Господь в переписи народов напишет: „такой-то родился там".
7They that sing as well as they that dance [shall say], All my fountains are in thee.
7(86:7) И поющие и играющие, – все источники мои в тебе.
