¹ओकरे बाद ईसू गलील क झील यानी कि तिबिरियास क दूसरे पार चला गवा।

¹After these things, Jesus went away to the other side of the sea of Galilee, which is also called the Sea of Tiberias.

²अउर ओकरे पाछे पाछे बहुत बड़ी बड़ी भीड़ चल दिहेस, काहेकि उ सब तमाम मरीजन क नीक होत समइ तमाम अचरज भरा चीन्हन देखे रहेन्ह।

²A great multitude followed him, because they saw his signs which he did on those who were sick.

³ईसू पहाड़ प चला गवा अउर हुँवा अपने चेलन क साथ बइठ गवा।

³Jesus went up into the mountain, and he sat there with his disciples.

⁴यहूदियन क फसह क त्यौहार निचके रहा।

⁴Now the Passover, the feast of the Jews, was at hand.

⁵जबहीं ईसू आँख उठाइके देखेस कि एक बहुत बड़ी भीड़ ओकरी तरफ चली आवत अहइ तउ उ फिलिप्पुस स पूछेस, “इ सब लोगन्हे क खइया खियावइ क बरे रोटी कहाँ स खरीदी जाइ सकत ह”

⁵Jesus therefore lifting up his eyes, and seeing that a great multitude was coming to him, said to Philip, “Where are we to buy bread, that these may eat?”

⁶(ईसू इ बात ओकर परीच्छा लेइ क बरे पूछेस, उ तउ जानत रहा कि उ क करइ जात अहइ।)

⁶This he said to test him, for he himself knew what he would do.

⁷फिलिप्पुस जवाब दिहेस, “दुई सौ चाँदी क सिक्कन स ऍतनी रोटी न मिली कि सब मनई क एक टुकड़े स तनिकउ जियादा मिल सकइ।”

⁷Philip answered him, “Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not sufficient for them, that everyone of them may receive a little.”

⁸ईसू क एक दूसर चेला समौन पतरस क भाई अन्द्रियास कहेस,

⁸One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, said to him,

⁹“हियाँ एक नान्ह क लरिका क लगे पाँच ठु जौ क रोटी अउर दुइ ठु मछरी अहइँ, मुला खाइवाले तउ बहुत जियादा मनई अहइँ ओनके बरे इ बहुत कम अहइ।”

⁹“There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish, but what are these among so many?”

¹⁰ईसू जवाब दिहेस, “सब लोगन्ह क बैठावा” (उ जगह प अच्छी खासी घास रही) सब मनई हुवाँ बइठ गएन उ सब कुल मिलाइके करीब पांच हजार मनई रहेन्ह)।

¹⁰Jesus said, “Have the people sit down.” Now there was much grass in that place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.

¹¹फिन ईसू रोटी लिहेस, अउर हुवाँ बइठे भए मनइयन क आवस्यकतानुसार सुक्रिया दइके रोटी परोस दिहेस। इहइ तरह जेतना उ सब जेतना चाहत रहेन, ओतनी मछलियन ओनका दइ दिहेस।

¹¹Jesus took the loaves; and having given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were sitting down; likewise also of the fish as much as they desired.

¹²जब ओनके सबके पेट भरि गएन तउ ईसू अपने चेलन स कहेस, “जउऩ टुकड़ा बचा अहइँ, ओनका बटोर ल्या जइसे उ बेकार स बरबाद न होइँ।”

¹²When they were filled, he said to his disciples, “Gather up the broken pieces which are left over, that nothing be lost.”

¹³फिन चेलन लोगन क परोसी गइ जो क पांच रोटियन क बचे भएन टुकड़न स बारह टोकरी भरि दिहसे

¹³So they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with broken pieces from the five barley loaves, which were left over by those who had eaten.

¹⁴ईसू क ऍतना अद्भुत कराज क देखिके सब मनइयन कहइ लागेन, “जरूर इ मनई उहइ नबी अहइ जेका इ दुनियाँ मँ आवइ क रहा।”

¹⁴When therefore the people saw the sign which Jesus did, they said, “This is truly the prophet who comes into the world.”

¹⁵ईसु जब इ जानेस कि लोग आवइवाला अहइँ अउर ओनका लइ जाइके राजा बऩावा चाहत अहइँ, तउ उ अकेलेही पहाड़ प चला गवा।

¹⁵Jesus therefore, perceiving that they were about to come and take him by force, to make him king, withdrew again to the mountain by himself.

¹⁶जब साँझ क बेला भइ अउर ओनके सब चेलन झील प चला गएन

¹⁶When evening came, his disciples went down to the sea,

¹⁷अउर एक ठु नाव प बइठके वापस झील क पार कफरनहूम क तरफ चला गएन। मजे क अंधेसा होइ ग रहा, मुला ईसू अबहीं तलक लौटिके ओनके सबन क पास नाहीं आवा रहा।

¹⁷and they entered into the boat, and were going over the sea to Capernaum. It was now dark, and Jesus had not come to them.

¹⁸तूफानी हवा बहत रही जेकरे कारण झील मँ लहर खूब तेज होत रहिन्ह।

¹⁸The sea was tossed by a great wind blowing.

¹⁹जब उ पचे करीब पांच-छ: किलोमीटर आगे चला गएन तउ देखेन कि ईसू झील प चलत अहइ अउर नाव क पास आवत रहा। इ देखिके उ पचे डेराइ गएन।

¹⁹When therefore they had rowed about twenty-five or thirty stadia, 25 to 30 stadia is about 5 to 6 kilometers or about 3 to 4 miles they saw Jesus walking on the sea, see Job 9:8 and drawing near to the boat; and they were afraid.

²⁰मुला ईसू ओन सबसे कहेस, “इ मइँ अहउ, डेरा जिन।”

²⁰But he said to them, “It is I or, I AM . Don’t be afraid.”

²¹फिन उ पचे ओका जल्दी स नाव प चढ़ाइ लिएन्ह अउर नाव जल्दी स हुवाँ पहुँच गइ जहाँ ओका जाइ क रहा।

²¹They were willing therefore to receive him into the boat. Immediately the boat was at the land where they were going.

²²दूसरे दिन सब मनइयन क भीड़ जउन झील क पार बच गइ रही, इ देखेस कि हुवाँ एक ठु नाव अकेले रही अउर अपने चेलन क साथ ईसू उ नाव प नाहीं सवार भवा बल्कि ओकर चेलन अकेल्ले ही रवाना भएन।

²²On the next day, the multitude that stood on the other side of the sea saw that there was no other boat there, except the one in which his disciples had embarked, and that Jesus hadn’t entered with his disciples into the boat, but his disciples had gone away alone.

²³तिबिरियास क कई ठु नाव उ जगह प आइके रूकिन जउने जगह प उ पचे पर्भू क धन्यबाद दिहे क बाद रोटी खाए रहेन।

²³However boats from Tiberias came near to the place where they ate the bread after the Lord had given thanks.

²⁴इ तरह जब उ भीड़ देखेस कि न तउ हुवाँ ईसू अहइ अउर न तउ ओनकइ चेलन अहइँ, तउ उ पचे नाव प चढ़िके अउर ईसू क दूँढ़त कफ़रनहूम क तरफ चल पड़ेन।

²⁴When the multitude therefore saw that Jesus wasn’t there, nor his disciples, they themselves got into the boats, and came to Capernaum, seeking Jesus.

²⁵जब उ पचे ईसू क झील क दूसरे पार पाएन तउ ओसे कहेन, “हे गुरू, तू हियाँ कब आया?”

²⁵When they found him on the other side of the sea, they asked him, “Rabbi, when did you come here?”

²⁶ऍकरे जावब मँ ईसू ओनसे कहेस, “मइँ तोहका सच्ची बात बतावत अहउँ, तू पचे मोका इ बरे नाहीं खोजत अहा कि तू सब अदभुत कारजन देखे अहा, मुला तू पचे इ बरे मोका दूँढ़त अहा, काहेकि तू सब पेट भरिके रोटी खाए अहा।

²⁶Jesus answered them, “Most certainly I tell you, you seek me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate of the loaves, and were filled.

²⁷उ खाना क बरे मेहनत न करइ चाही जउन खराब होइ जाइ मुला ओकरे बरे जतन करइ चाही जउन हमेसा उत्तिम बना रहत ह अउर अनन्त जीवन देत ह, जउन तोहका सबक मनई क पूत देई। काहेकि परमपिता ओका मानके आपन मोहर ओह पइ लगाइ दिहे अहइ।”

²⁷ Don’t work for the food which perishes, but for the food which remains to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has sealed him.”

²⁸मनइयन ईसू स पूछेन, “परमेस्सर क कारज क बरे हम सब का करी?”

²⁸They said therefore to him, “What must we do, that we may work the works of God?”

²⁹ईसू ओनका इ जवाब दिहेस, “जउन परमेस्सर चाहत ह कारज इ अहइ कि तू पचे ओह पइ बिसवास करा जेहिका उ भेजे अहइ।”

²⁹Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”

³⁰तउ उ पचे ओसे कहेन, “फिन तू कउन स अद्भुत कारज देखॉवत अहा जेहिका देखिके हम तोह पर बिसवास करी? तू कउन स कारज देखॉवत अहा?”

³⁰They said therefore to him, “What then do you do for a sign, that we may see, and believe you? What work do you do?

³¹हमाक पूर्वजन रेगिस्तान मँ मन्ना खाएन, जइसे कि पवित्तर सास्तरन मँ लिखा बा, ‘परमेस्सर ओनका खाइ क बरे सरग स रोटी दिहेस।’“

³¹Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness. As it is written, ‘He gave them bread out of heaven Greek and Hebrew use the same word for “heaven”, “the heavens”, “the sky”, and “the air”. to eat.’” Exodus 16:4; Nehemiah 9:15; Psalm 78:24-25

³²एह पइ ईसू ओनसे कहेस, “मइँ तोहका सच बतावत अहउँ कि मूसा नाहीं, मुला मोर परमपिता तोहका सरग स सच्ची रोटी देत ह।

³²Jesus therefore said to them, “Most certainly, I tell you, it wasn’t Moses who gave you the bread out of heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread out of heaven.

³³उ रोटी जउन परमेस्सर देत ह, उ सरग स उतरी अहइ, अउर इ संसार क जीवन देत ह।”

³³ For the bread of God is that which comes down out of heaven, and gives life to the world.”

³⁴तउ उ पचे ओसे कहेन, “हे पर्भू, अब हम पचे क उ रोटी द्या अउर हमेसा देत रहा।”

³⁴They said therefore to him, “Lord, always give us this bread.”

³⁵ईसू ओनसे कहेस, “मइँ उ रोटी अहउँ जीवन देत ह। जउन मनई मोरे पास आवत ह, उ कबहूँ भूखा नाहीं रहत अउर जउन मोरे मँ बिसवास करत ह, उ कबहूँ पियासा नाहीं रहत।

³⁵Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will not be hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.

³⁶मइँ तोह सबन क पहले स बताइ चुका अहउँ कि तू मोका देख लिए अहा, तबहूँ मोहमाँ बिसवास नाहीं कर त्या।

³⁶ But I told you that you have seen me, and yet you don’t believe.

³⁷एक एक मनई जेहिका परमपिता मोका सौंपे अहइ, मोरे पास आई जउन मोरे पास आवत ह, मइँ ओका कबहूँ न लौटाउब।

³⁷ All those whom the Father gives me will come to me. He who comes to me I will in no way throw out.

³⁸मइँ सरग स अपनी मर्जी स काम करइ नाहीं आइ अहउँ, मइँ तउ ओकर मरजी क पूरा करइ आइ बाटेउँ, जउन मोका हिआँ भेजे अहइ।

³⁸ For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will, but the will of him who sent me.

³⁹अउर उ भेजइवाले क इच्छा इ बाटइ कि जेका जेका उ मोका सौपे अहइ, ओहमाँ म एकउ क न खोइ देउँ अउर आखिरी दिन ओनका सबका जिन्दा कइ देउँ।

³⁹ This is the will of my Father who sent me, that of all he has given to me I should lose nothing, but should raise him up at the last day.

⁴⁰इहइ मोरे परमपिता क इच्छा अहइ कि हर एक मनई जउन पूत क देखत ह अउर ओहमाँ बिसवास करत ह, अनन्त जीवन पाई अउर आखिरी दिन मइँ ओका जियाइ देइ।”

⁴⁰ This is the will of the one who sent me, that everyone who sees the Son, and believes in him, should have eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

⁴¹इ सुनिके यहूदियन ईसू प बड़बड़ाय लागेन, काहेकि उ कहत रहा, “मइँ उ रोटी अहउँ जउन सरग स उतरी अहउँ।”

⁴¹The Jews therefore murmured concerning him, because he said, “I am the bread which came down out of heaven.”

⁴²अउर उ पचे कहेन, “का इ यूसुफ क पूत ईसू न अहइ का हम एनके महतारी बाप क नाहीं जानित? फिन इ कइसे कहत बा कि ‘मइँ सरग स उतरा हउँ?”

⁴²They said, “Isn’t this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How then does he say, ‘I have come down out of heaven?’”

⁴³एकरे जवाब मँ ईसू ओनसे कहेस, “एक दूसरे प बड़बड़ाब छोड़ द्या,

⁴³Therefore Jesus answered them, “Don’t murmur among yourselves.

⁴⁴मोरे लगे तब तलक कउनो नाहीं आइ सकत जब तक मोका भेजइवाला परमपिता ओका मोरे तरफ न खींचइ। मइँ आखिरी दिन ओका फिन जियाइ देब।

⁴⁴ No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up in the last day.

⁴⁵नबियन लिखे अहइँ, ‘अउर उ सब परमेस्सर दवारा सिखावा भए होइहीं।’

⁴⁵ It is written in the prophets, ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Isaiah 54:13 Therefore everyone who hears from the Father, and has learned, comes to me.

⁴⁶जउन मनई परमपिता क सुनत ह, अउर ओसे सीखत ह, मोरे पास आवत ह। मुला सच-सच जेहिका परमपिता भेजे अहइ, ओका छाँड़िके कउनो नाहीं लखे अहइ। परमपिता क बस उहइ लखे अहइ।

⁴⁶ Not that anyone has seen the Father, except he who is from God. He has seen the Father.

⁴⁷मइँ तोहसे सच-सच कहत बाटेउँ कि जउन मनई बिसवास करत ह उ अनन्त जीवन पावत ह।

⁴⁷ Most certainly, I tell you, he who believes in me has eternal life.

⁴⁸मइँ उ रोटी अहउँ जउऩ जीवन देत ह।

⁴⁸ I am the bread of life.

⁴⁹तोहार पचेन्क पूर्वजन रेगिस्तान मँ मन्ना खाए रहेन्ह तबहूँ उ पचे मरि गएन।

⁴⁹ Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died.

⁵⁰इ उ रोटी अहइ जउन सरग स उतरत ह जउने कि मनई ओहमाँ स खात ह उ न मरी।

⁵⁰ This is the bread which comes down out of heaven, that anyone may eat of it and not die.

⁵¹जीवन क रोटी जउन सरग स उतरी अहइ, उ मइँ अहउँ। जउऩ मनई इ रोटी खाई, उ हमेसा जीवित रही, अउर जउऩ रोटी मइँ दुनिया क जिन्नगी क बरे देब, उ मोर माँस अहइ। इहइ संसार जिअत रही।”

⁵¹ I am the living bread which came down out of heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. Yes, the bread which I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”

⁵²इ सुनिके यहूदियन आपस मँ झगड़ा करइ लागेन कि “कइसे इ मनई हम पचेन्क आपन माँस खाइ क बरे देत ह”

⁵²The Jews therefore contended with one another, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?”

⁵³ईसू ओनसे कहेस, “मइँ तोहसे सच-सच कहत अहउँ, जब तक तू पचे मनई क पूत क माँस न खाब्या अउर ओकर लहू न पीब्या, तब तक तोहरे मँ असली जीवन नाहीं आई।

⁵³Jesus therefore said to them, “Most certainly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you don’t have life in yourselves.

⁵⁴जउन मोर माँस खात ह अउर हमार लहू पियत ह, अनन्त जीवन उहइ पावत ह अउर आखिरी दिन ओका मइँ फिन जीवित करि देब।

⁵⁴ He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.

⁵⁵काहेकि मोर माँस सब खाइवाली चीज अहइ अउर मोर लहू सच-सच पियइवाली चीज अहइ।

⁵⁵ For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.

⁵⁶जउन मोर माँस खात ह अउर मोर लहू पियत ह, उ मोरे मँ रहत ह अउर मइँ ओहमाँ समाइ जाइत हउँ।

⁵⁶ He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood lives in me, and I in him.

⁵⁷इ बात बिल्कुल उहइ तरह अहइ कि जइसे जिअत-पिता मोका भेजे अहइ, अउर उहइ परमपिता क कारण मइँ जीवित अहउँ ठीक उहइ तरह जउन मनई खात रही, उ मोरे कारण जीवित रही।

⁵⁷ As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father; so he who feeds on me, he will also live because of me.

⁵⁸इ उहइ रोटी अहइ जउन सरग स उतरी अहइ। इ रोटी वइसे नाहीं अहइ जइसे मोरे पचे क पूर्वजन खाए रहेन। अउर बाद मँ उ सब मरि गएन। जउन मनई इ रोटी क खात रही, उ हमेसा जिन्दा रही।”

⁵⁸ This is the bread which came down out of heaven—not as our fathers ate the manna, and died. He who eats this bread will live forever.”

⁵⁹ईसू इ सब बात कफरनहूम आराधनालय मँ सिच्छा देत कहे रहा।

⁵⁹He said these things in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum.

⁶⁰जब ईसू क चेलन क इ बात पता चली तउ उ कहेन्ह, “इ सिच्छा बहुतइ कठिन अहइ, एका कउन सुनि सकत ह”

⁶⁰Therefore many of his disciples, when they heard this, said, “This is a hard saying! Who can listen to it?”

⁶¹ईसू क खुदइ पता चलि गवा रहा कि ओनके चेलन क उपदेस क बारे मँ सिकायत रही। एह बरे उ ओनसे कहेस, “का इ उपदेस तोहका ठेस पहुँचावत ह

⁶¹But Jesus knowing in himself that his disciples murmured at this, said to them, “Does this cause you to stumble?

⁶²अइसी बात अहइ कि तउ तोहका अगर मनई क पूत क जहाँ उ पहिले रहा, हुवाँ फिन लौटत देखइ क पड़इ तउ का होई?

⁶² Then what if you would see the Son of Man ascending to where he was before?

⁶³आतिमा उहइ अहइ जउन जीवन देत ह। सरीर क कउनो उपयोग नाहिं बाटइ। जउन बात मइँ तोहसे कहे बाटेउँ, उहइ आतिमा अहइ अउर उहइ जीवन देत ह।

⁶³ It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

⁶⁴मुला तोहरे पचे क बीच मँ कछू मनई अइसे अहइँ, जउन ओहमाँ बिसवास नाहीं करतेन।” (ईसू तउ सुरू मँ इ जानत रहा कि उ पचे कउन मनई अहइँ, जउन बिसवास नाहीं करत अहइँ अउर उ मनई कउन बा जउन ओका धोखा देइ।)

⁶⁴ But there are some of you who don’t believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who didn’t believe, and who it was who would betray him.

⁶⁵ईसू फिन कहेस, “इहइ बरे मइँ तोहसे कहे अहउँ, ‘मोरे पास तब तलक कउनो नाहीं आइ सकत जब तलक कि परमपिता ओका मोरे पास आवइ क इजाजत न देइ।”

⁶⁵He said, “For this cause have I said to you that no one can come to me, unless it is given to him by my Father.”

⁶⁶इहइ कारण रहा कि ईसू क ढेर चेलन लौट गएऩ। अउर फिन कबहूँ ओकरे पाछे नाहीं चलेन।

⁶⁶At this, many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

⁶⁷फिन ईसू अपने बारहु प्रेरितन स कहेस, “का तू पचे भी जाइ चाहत अहा?”

⁶⁷Jesus said therefore to the twelve, “You don’t also want to go away, do you?”

⁶⁸समौन परतस जवाब दिहेस, “पर्भू हम पचे केहिके लगे जाइ? उ सब्दन तउ तोहरे लगे अहइँ जउन अनन्त जीवन देत ही।

⁶⁸Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom would we go? You have the words of eternal life.

⁶⁹अब हम पचे तोह पर बिसवास करित ह अउर हम जानित ह कि तू सबसे पवित्तर अहा जेहिका परमेस्सर भेजे अहइ।”

⁶⁹We have come to believe and know that you are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

⁷⁰ईसू ओनका इ जवाब दिहेस, “का तोहका बारहु प्रेरितन का मइँ नाहीं चुने अहउँ। मुला तोहरे बीचे मँ एक ठु सइतान अहइ।”

⁷⁰Jesus answered them, “Didn’t I choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?”

⁷¹उ समौन इस्करियोती क बेटवा यहूदा क बारे मँ कहत रहा, जउन ईसू क धोखा देइवाला रहा। बारह प्रेरितन मँ उहइ एक रहा।

⁷¹Now he spoke of Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, for it was he who would betray him, being one of the twelve.
