¹O god, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.

² Deffro di, nabl a thelyn. Fe ddeffroaf ar doriad gwawr.

²Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.

³ Rhof ddiolch i ti, O ARGLWYDD, ymysg y bobloedd, a chanmolaf di ymysg y cenhedloedd,

³I will praise thee, O LORD, among the people: and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations.

⁴ oherwydd y mae dy gariad yn ymestyn hyd y nefoedd, a'th wirionedd hyd y cymylau.

⁴For thy mercy is great above the heavens: and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds.

⁵ Dyrchafa'n uwch na'r nefoedd, O Dduw, a bydded dy ogoniant dros yr holl ddaear.

⁵Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens: and thy glory above all the earth;

⁶ Er mwyn gwaredu dy anwyliaid, achub �'th ddeheulaw, ac ateb ni.

⁶That thy beloved may be delivered: save with thy right hand, and answer me.

⁷ Llefarodd Duw yn ei gysegr, "Yr wyf yn gorfoleddu wrth rannu Sichem, a mesur dyffryn Succoth yn rhannau;

⁷God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

⁸ eiddof fi yw Gilead a Manasse; Effraim yw fy helm, a Jwda yw fy nheyrnwialen;

⁸Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of mine head; Judah is my lawgiver;

⁹ Moab yw fy nysgl ymolchi, ac at Edom y taflaf fy esgid; ac yn erbyn Philistia y gorfoleddaf."

⁹Moab is my washpot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph.

¹⁰ Pwy a'm dwg i'r ddinas gaerog? Pwy a'm harwain i Edom?

¹⁰Who will bring me into the strong city? who will lead me into Edom?

¹¹ Onid ti, O Dduw, er iti'n gwrthod, a pheidio � mynd allan gyda'n byddinoedd?

¹¹Wilt not thou, O God, who hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?

¹² Rho inni gymorth rhag y gelyn, oherwydd ofer yw ymwared dynol.

¹²Give us help from trouble: for vain is the help of man.

¹³ Gyda Duw fe wnawn wrhydri; ef fydd yn sathru ein gelynion.

¹³Through God we shall do valiantly: for he it is that shall tread down our enemies.
