¹I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.

² Yn nydd fy nghyfyngder ceisiais yr Arglwydd, ac yn y nos estyn fy nwylo'n ddiflino; nid oedd cysuro ar fy enaid.

²In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.

³ Pan feddyliaf am Dduw, yr wyf yn cwyno; pan fyfyriaf, fe balla f'ysbryd. Sela.

³I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.

⁴ Cedwaist fy llygaid rhag cau; fe'm syfrdanwyd, ac ni allaf siarad.

⁴Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.

⁵ Af yn �l i'r dyddiau gynt a chofio am y blynyddoedd a fu;

⁵I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.

⁶ meddyliaf ynof fy hun yn y nos, myfyriaf, a'm holi fy hunan,

⁶I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.

⁷ "A wrthyd yr Arglwydd am byth, a pheidio � gwneud ffafr mwyach?

⁷Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?

⁸ A yw ei ffyddlondeb wedi darfod yn llwyr, a'i addewid wedi ei hatal am genedlaethau?

⁸Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore?

⁹ A yw Duw wedi anghofio trugarhau? A yw yn ei lid wedi cloi ei dosturi?" Sela.

⁹Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.

¹⁰ Yna dywedais, "Hyn yw fy ngofid: A yw deheulaw'r Goruchaf wedi pallu?

¹⁰And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.

¹¹ Galwaf i gof weithredoedd yr ARGLWYDD, a chofio am dy ryfeddodau gynt.

¹¹I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.

¹² Meddyliaf am dy holl waith, a myfyriaf am dy weithredoedd.

¹²I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.

¹³ O Dduw, sanctaidd yw dy ffordd; pa dduw sydd fawr fel ein Duw ni?

¹³Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?

¹⁴ Ti yw'r Duw sy'n gwneud pethau rhyfeddol; dangosaist dy rym ymhlith y bobloedd.

¹⁴Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.

¹⁵ �'th fraich gwaredaist dy bobl, disgynyddion Jacob a Joseff. Sela.

¹⁵Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

¹⁶ Gwelodd y dyfroedd di, O Dduw, gwelodd y dyfroedd di ac arswydo; yn wir, yr oedd y dyfnder yn crynu.

¹⁶The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.

¹⁷ Tywalltodd y cymylau ddu373?r, ac yr oedd y ffurfafen yn taranu; fflachiodd dy saethau ar bob llaw.

¹⁷The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad.

¹⁸ Yr oedd su373?n dy daranau yn y corwynt, goleuodd dy fellt y byd; ysgydwodd y ddaear a chrynu.

¹⁸The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.

¹⁹ Aeth dy ffordd drwy'r m�r, a'th lwybr trwy ddyfroedd nerthol; ond ni welwyd �l dy gamau.

¹⁹Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.

²⁰ Arweiniaist dy bobl fel praidd, trwy law Moses ac Aaron.

²⁰Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
