1And I commend you to Phebe our sister — being a ministrant of the assembly that [is] in Cenchrea —
2 Derbyniwch hi yn enw'r Arglwydd, mewn modd teilwng o'r saint, a byddwch yn gefn iddi ym mhob peth y gall fod arni angen eich cymorth, oherwydd y mae hithau wedi bod yn gefn i lawer, ac i mi yn bersonol.
2that ye may receive her in the Lord, as doth become saints, and may assist her in whatever matter she may have need of you — for she also became a leader of many, and of myself.
3 Rhowch fy nghyfarchion i Prisca ac Acwila, fy nghydweithwyr yng Nghrist Iesu,
3Salute Priscilla and Aquilas, my fellow-workmen in Christ Jesus —
4 deuddyn a fentrodd eu heinioes i arbed fy mywyd i. Nid myfi yn unig sydd yn diolch iddynt, ond holl eglwysi'r Cenhedloedd.
4who for my life their own neck did lay down, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the assemblies of the nations —
5 Fy nghyfarchion hefyd i'r eglwys sy'n ymgynnull yn eu tu375?. Cyflwynwch fy nghyfarchion i'm cyfaill annwyl, Epainetus, y cyntaf yn Asia i ddod at Grist.
5and the assembly at their house; salute Epaenetus, my beloved, who is first-fruit of Achaia to Christ.
6 Cyfarchion i Fair, a fu'n ddiflin ei llafur ar eich rhan.
6Salute Mary, who did labour much for us;
7 Cyfarchion i Andronicus a Jwnia, sydd o'r un genedl � mi, ac a fu'n gydgarcharorion � mi, yn amlwg ymhlith yr apostolion ac yn Gristionogion o'm blaen i.
7salute Andronicus and Junias, my kindred, and my fellow-captives, who are of note among the apostles, who also have been in Christ before me.

10 Cyfarchwch Apeles, sy'n Gristion profedig. Cyfarchwch y rhai sydd o du375? Aristobwlus.
10salute Apelles, the approved in Christ; salute those of the [household] of Aristobulus;
11 Cyfarchwch Herodion, sydd o'r un genedl � mi. Cyfarchwch y Cristionogion sydd o du375? Narcisus.
11salute Herodion, my kinsman; salute those of the [household] of Narcissus, who are in the Lord;
12 Cyfarchwch Tryffena a Tryffosa, chwiorydd sy'n llafurio yng ngwasanaeth yr Arglwydd. Cyfarchwch Persis, chwaer annwyl sydd wedi llafurio cymaint yn ei wasanaeth.
12salute Tryphaena, and Tryphosa, who are labouring in the Lord; salute Persis, the beloved, who did labour much in the Lord.
13 Cyfarchwch Rwffus, sy'n Gristion dethol, a'i fam, sy'n fam i minnau.
13Salute Rufus, the choice one in the Lord, and his mother and mine,
14 Cyfarchwch Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas, a'r cyfeillion sydd gyda hwy.
14salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren with them;
15 Cyfarchwch Philologus a Jwlia, Nereus a'i chwaer, Olympas a'r holl saint sydd gyda hwy.
15salute Philologus, and Julias, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints with them;
16 Cyfarchwch eich gilydd � chusan sanctaidd. Y mae holl eglwysi Crist yn eich cyfarch.
16salute one another in a holy kiss; the assemblies of Christ do salute you.
17 Yr wyf yn ymbil arnoch, gyfeillion, gwyliwch y rhai sydd yn peri rhwyg ac yn codi rhwystrau, yn groes i'r athrawiaeth a ddysgasoch chwi. Gochelwch rhagddynt,
17And I call upon you, brethren, to mark those who the divisions and the stumbling-blocks, contrary to the teaching that ye did learn, are causing, and turn ye away from them;
18 oherwydd nid gwas-anaethu Crist ein Harglwydd y mae rhai fel hyn, ond eu chwantau eu hunain; pobl ydynt sydd, trwy eiriau teg a gweniaith, yn hudo meddyliau'r diniwed ar gyfeiliorn.
18for such our Lord Jesus Christ do not serve, but their own belly; and through the good word and fair speech they deceive the hearts of the harmless,
19 Ond y mae eich ufudd-dod chwi yn hysbys i bawb. Dyna pam yr wyf yn llawenhau o'ch plegid; ac eto yr wyf am i chwi barhau i fod yn ddoeth mewn daioni ond yn ddiniwed mewn drygioni.
19for your obedience did reach to all; I rejoice, therefore, as regards you, and I wish you to be wise, indeed, as to the good, and harmless as to the evil;
20 Ac felly, buan y bydd Duw yr heddwch yn malu Satan dan eich traed. Gras ein Harglwydd Iesu fyddo gyda chwi!
20and the God of the peace shall bruise the Adversary under your feet quickly; the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you. Amen!
21 Y mae Timotheus, fy nghydweithiwr, yn eich cyfarch, a hefyd Lwcius a Jason a Sosipater, gwu375?r o'r un genedl � mi.
21Salute you do Timotheus, my fellow-workman, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kindred;

22I Tertius salute you (who wrote the letter) in the Lord;
23 Y mae Gaius, a roes ei gartref yn llety i mi ac i'r holl eglwys, yn eich cyfarch. Y mae Erastus, trysorydd y ddinas, yn eich cyfarch, a hefyd y brawd Cwartus.
23salute you doth Gaius, my host, and of the whole assembly; salute you doth Erastus, the steward of the city, and Quartus the brother,
24 [{cf15i Gras ein Harglwydd Iesu Grist fyddo gyda chwi oll! Amen.}]
24the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you all. Amen.
25 Iddo ef sy'n abl i'ch gwneud yn gadarn, yn �l yr Efengyl yr wyf fi'n ei phregethu, a'r genadwri am Iesu Grist, yn �l y datguddiad o'r dirgelwch a fu'n guddiedig ers oesoedd maith,
25And to Him who is able to establish you, according to my good news, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the secret, in the times of the ages having been kept silent,
26 ond sydd yn awr wedi ei amlygu trwy'r ysgrythurau proffwydol, ac wedi ei hysbysu ar orchymyn y Duw tragwyddol i'r holl Genhedloedd, i'w hennill i ffydd ac ufudd-dod;
26and now having been made manifest, also, through prophetic writings, according to a command of the age-during God, having been made known to all the nations for obedience of faith —
27 i'r unig ddoeth Dduw, trwy Iesu Grist � iddo ef y bo'r gogoniant am byth! Amen.
27to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, to him [be] glory to the ages. Amen.
