Darby's Translation

Hebrews

13

1 Bydded i frawdgarwch barhau.
1Let brotherly love abide.
2 Peidiwch ag anghofio lletygarwch, oherwydd trwyddo y mae rhai, heb wybod hynny, wedi rhoi llety i angylion.
2Be not forgetful of hospitality; for by it some have unawares entertained angels.
3 Cofiwch y carcharorion, fel pe byddech yn y carchar gyda hwy; a'r rhai a gamdrinnir, fel pobl sydd chyrff gennych eich hunain.
3Remember prisoners, as bound with [them]; those that are evil-treated, as being yourselves also in [the] body.
4 Bydded priodas mewn parch gan bawb, a'r gwely yn ddihalog; oherwydd bydd Duw yn barnu puteinwyr a godinebwyr.
4[Let] marriage [be held] every way in honour, and the bed [be] undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers will God judge.
5 Byddwch yn ddiariangar yn eich dull o fyw; byddwch yn fodlon ar yr hyn sydd gennych. Oherwydd y mae ef wedi dweud, "Ni'th adawaf fyth, ac ni chefnaf arnat ddim."
5[Let your] conversation [be] without love of money, satisfied with [your] present circumstances; for *he* has said, I will not leave thee, neither will I forsake thee.
6 Am hynny dywedwn ninnau'n hyderus: "Yr Arglwydd yw fy nghynorthwywr, ac nid ofnaf; beth a wna pobl i mi?"
6So that, taking courage, we may say, The Lord [is] my helper, and I will not be afraid: what will man do unto me?
7 Cadwch mewn cof eich arweinwyr, y rhai a lefarodd air Duw wrthych; myfyriwch ar ganlyniad eu buchedd, ac efelychwch eu ffydd.
7Remember your leaders who have spoken to you the word of God; and considering the issue of their conversation, imitate their faith.
8 Iesu Grist, yr un ydyw ddoe a heddiw ac am byth.
8Jesus Christ [is] the same yesterday, and to-day, and to the ages [to come].
9 Peidiwch chymryd eich camarwain gan athrawiaethau amrywiol a dieithr; oherwydd da yw i'r galon gael ei chadarnhau gan ras, ac nid gan fwydydd na fuont o unrhyw les i'r rhai oedd yn ymwneud hwy.
9Be not carried away with various and strange doctrines; for [it is] good that the heart be confirmed with grace, not meats; those who have walked in which have not been profited by [them].
10 Y mae gennym ni allor nad oes gan wasanaethwyr y tabernacl ddim hawl i fwyta ohoni.
10We have an altar of which they have no right to eat who serve the tabernacle;
11 Y mae cyrff yr anifeiliaid hynny, y dygir eu gwaed dros bechod i'r cysegr gan yr archoffeiriad, yn cael eu llosgi y tu allan i'r gwersyll.
11for of those beasts whose blood is carried [as sacrifices for sin] into the [holy of] holies by the high priest, of these the bodies are burned outside the camp.
12 Felly Iesu hefyd, dioddef y tu allan i'r porth a wnaeth ef, er mwyn sancteiddio'r bobl trwy ei waed ei hun.
12Wherefore also Jesus, that he might sanctify the people by his own blood, suffered without the gate:
13 Am hynny, gadewch inni fynd ato ef y tu allan i'r gwersyll, gan oddef y gwaradwydd a oddefodd ef.
13therefore let us go forth to him without the camp, bearing his reproach:
14 Oherwydd nid oes dinas barhaus gennym yma; ceisio yr ydym, yn hytrach, y ddinas sydd i ddod.
14for we have not here an abiding city, but we seek the coming one.
15 Gadewch inni, felly, drwyddo ef offrymu aberth moliant yn wastadol i Dduw; hynny yw, ffrwyth gwefusau sy'n cyffesu ei enw.
15By him therefore let us offer [the] sacrifice of praise continually to God, that is, [the] fruit of [the] lips confessing his name.
16 Peidiwch ag anghofio gwneud daioni a rhannu ag eraill; oherwydd ag aberthau fel hyn y rhyngir bodd Duw.
16But of doing good and communicating [of your substance] be not forgetful, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
17 Ufuddhewch i'ch arweinwyr, ac ildiwch iddynt, oherwydd y maent hwy'n gwylio'n ddiorffwys dros eich eneidiau, fel rhai sydd i roi cyfrif. Gadewch iddynt allu gwneud hynny'n llawen, ac nid yn ofidus, oherwydd di-fudd i chwi fyddai hynny.
17Obey your leaders, and be submissive; for *they* watch over your souls as those that shall give account; that they may do this with joy, and not groaning, for this [would be] unprofitable for you.
18 Gweddwch drosom ni; oherwydd yr ydym yn sicr fod gennym gydwybod ln, am ein bod yn dymuno ymddwyn yn iawn ym mhob peth.
18Pray for us: for we persuade ourselves that we have a good conscience, in all things desirous to walk rightly.
19 Yr wyf yn erfyn yn daerach arnoch i wneud hyn, er mwyn imi gael fy adfer i chwi yn gynt.
19But I much more beseech [you] to do this, that I may the more quickly be restored to you.
20 Bydded i Dduw tangnefedd, yr hwn a ddug yn l oddi wrth y meirw ein Harglwydd Iesu, Bugail mawr y defaid, trwy waed y cyfamod tragwyddol,
20But the God of peace, who brought again from among [the] dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, in [the power of the] blood of [the] eternal covenant,
21 eich cymhwyso phob daioni, er mwyn ichwi wneud ei ewyllys ef; a bydded iddo lunio ynom yr hyn sydd gymeradwy ganddo, trwy Iesu Grist, i'r hwn y byddo'r gogoniant byth bythoedd! Amen.
21perfect you in every good work to the doing of his will, doing in you what is pleasing before him through Jesus Christ; to whom [be] glory for the ages of ages. Amen.
22 Yr wyf yn deisyf arnoch chwi, gyfeillion, oddef y gair hwn o anogaeth, oblegid yn fyr yr ysgrifennais atoch.
22But I beseech you, brethren, bear the word of exhortation, for it is but in few words that I have written to you.
23 Y newydd yw fod ein brawd Timotheus wedi ei ryddhau, ac os daw mewn pryd, caf eich gweld gydag ef.
23Know that our brother Timotheus is set at liberty; with whom, if he should come soon, I will see you.
24 Cyfarchwch eich holl arweinwyr, a'r holl saint. Y mae'r cyfeillion o'r Eidal yn eich cyfarch.
24Salute all your leaders, and all the saints. They from Italy salute you.
25 Gras fyddo gyda chwi oll!
25Grace [be] with you all. Amen.
