1 "Y mae teyrnas nefoedd yn debyg i berchen tu375? a aeth allan gyda'r bore bach i gyflogi gweithwyr i'w winllan.
1For the kingdom of the heavens is like a householder who went out with the early morn to hire workmen for his vineyard.
2 Cytunodd 'r gweithwyr am dl o un darn arian y dydd ac anfonodd hwy i'w winllan.
2And having agreed with the workmen for a denarius the day, he sent them into his vineyard.
3 Aeth allan eilwaith tua naw o'r gloch y bore, a gwelodd eraill yn sefyll yn segur yn y farchnad.
3And having gone out about [the] third hour, he saw others standing in the market-place idle;
4 Dywedodd wrthynt hwythau, 'Ewch chwi hefyd i'r winllan, ac fe dalaf i chwi beth bynnag fydd yn deg';
4and to them he said, Go also ye into the vineyard, and whatsoever may be just I will give you. And they went their way.
5 ac aethant yno. Yna fe aeth allan eto tua chanol dydd, a thua thri o'r gloch y prynhawn, a gwneud fel o'r blaen.
5Again, having gone out about the sixth and ninth hour, he did likewise.
6 Tua phump o'r gloch aeth allan a dod o hyd i eraill yn sefyll yno, ac meddai wrthynt, 'Pam yr ydych yn sefyll yma drwy'r dydd yn segur?'
6But about the eleventh [hour], having gone out, he found others standing, and says to them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?
7 'Am na chyflogodd neb ni,' oedd eu hateb. 'Ewch chwi hefyd i'r winllan,' meddai ef.
7They say to him, Because no man has hired us. He says to them, Go also ye into the vineyard [and whatsoever may be just ye shall receive].
8 Gyda'r nos dyma berchen y winllan yn dweud wrth ei oruchwyliwr, 'Galw'r gweithwyr, a thl eu cyflog iddynt, gan ddechrau gyda'r rhai diwethaf a dibennu gyda'r cyntaf.'
8But when the evening was come, the lord of the vineyard says to his steward, Call the workmen and pay [them] their wages, beginning from the last even to the first.
9 Daeth y rhai a gyflogwyd tua phump o'r gloch, a derbyniasant un darn arian yr un.
9And when they [who came to work] about the eleventh hour came, they received each a denarius.
10 A phan ddaeth y rhai a gyflogwyd gyntaf, tybiasant y caent fwy, ond un darn arian yr un a gawsant hwythau hefyd.
10And when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more, and they received also themselves each a denarius.
11 Ac wedi eu cael dechreusant rwgnach yn erbyn y perchen tu375?
11And on receiving it they murmured against the master of the house,
12 gan ddweud, 'Dim ond un awr y gweithiodd y rhai diwethaf yma, a gwnaethost hwy'n gyfartal ni, sydd wedi llafurio drwy'r dydd yn y gwres tanbaid.'
12saying, These last have worked one hour, and thou hast made them equal to us, who have borne the burden of the day and the heat.
13 Ond atebodd y meistr: 'Gyfaill,' meddai wrth un ohonynt, 'nid wyf yn gwneud cam thi. Onid am un darn arian y cytunaist mi?
13But he answering said to one of them, [My] friend, I do not wrong thee. Didst thou not agree with me for a denarius?
14 Cymer yr hyn sydd i ti a dos ymaith. 'Rwy'n dewis rhoi i'r olaf yma fel i tithau.
14Take what is thine and go. But it is my will to give to this last even as to thee:
15 Onid yw'n gyfreithlon imi wneud fel 'rwy'n dewis 'm heiddo fy hun? Neu ai cenfigen yw dy ymateb i'm haelioni?
15is it not lawful for me to do what I will in my own affairs? Is thine eye evil because *I* am good?
16 Felly bydd y rhai olaf yn flaenaf a'r rhai blaenaf yn olaf.'"
16Thus shall the last be first, and the first last; for many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
17 Wrth fynd i fyny i Jerwsalem cymerodd Iesu'r deuddeg disgybl ar wahn, ac ar y ffordd dywedodd wrthynt,
17And Jesus, going up to Jerusalem, took the twelve disciples with [him] apart in the way, and said to them,
18 "Dyma ni'n mynd i fyny i Jerwsalem; fe gaiff Mab y Dyn ei draddodi i'r prif offeiriaid a'r ysgrifenyddion; condemniant ef i farwolaeth,
18Behold we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of man will be delivered up to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn him to death;
19 a'i drosglwyddo i'r Cenhedloedd i'w watwar a'i fflangellu a'i groeshoelio; ac ar y trydydd dydd fe'i cyfodir."
19and they will deliver him up to the nations to mock and to scourge and to crucify, and the third day he shall rise again.
20 Yna daeth mam meibion Sebedeus ato gyda'i meibion, gan ymgrymu a gofyn ffafr ganddo.
20Then came to him the mother of the sons of Zebedee, with her sons, doing homage, and asking something of him.
21 Meddai ef wrthi, "Beth a fynni?" Atebodd, "Gorchymyn fod i'm dau fab hyn gael eistedd, un ar dy law dde ac un ar dy law chwith yn dy deyrnas."
21And he said to her, What wilt thou? She says to him, Speak [the word] that these my two sons may sit, one on thy right hand and one on thy left in thy kingdom.
22 Atebodd Iesu, "Ni wyddoch beth yr ydych yn ei ofyn. A allwch chwi yfed y cwpan yr wyf fi i'w yfed?" "Gallwn," meddent.
22And Jesus answering said, Ye know not what ye ask. Can ye drink the cup which *I* am about to drink? They say to him, We are able.
23 Dywedodd wrthynt, "Cewch yfed fy nghwpan i, ond eistedd ar fy llaw dde ac ar fy llaw chwith, nid gennyf fi y mae'r hawl i roi hynny; y mae'n perthyn i'r rhai y mae wedi ei ddarparu ar eu cyfer gan fy Nhad."
23[And] he says to them, Ye shall drink indeed my cup, but to sit on my right hand and on [my] left, is not mine to give, but to those for whom it is prepared of my Father.
24 Pan glywodd y deg, aethant yn ddig wrth y ddau frawd.
24And the ten, having heard [of it], were indignant about the two brothers.
25 Galwodd Iesu hwy ato ac meddai, "Gwyddoch fod llywodraethwyr y Cenhedloedd yn arglwyddiaethu arnynt, a'u gwu375?r mawr yn dangos eu hawdurdod drostynt.
25But Jesus having called them to [him], said, Ye know that the rulers of the nations exercise lordship over them, and the great exercise authority over them.
26 Ond nid felly y mae i fod yn eich plith chwi; yn hytrach, pwy bynnag sydd am fod yn fawr yn eich plith, rhaid iddo fod yn was i chwi,
26It shall not be thus amongst you, but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your servant;
27 a phwy bynnag sydd am fod yn flaenaf yn eich plith, rhaid iddo fod yn gaethwas i chwi,
27and whosoever will be first among you, let him be your bondman;
28 fel Mab y Dyn, na ddaeth i gael ei wasanaethu ond i wasanaethu, ac i roi ei einioes yn bridwerth dros lawer."
28as indeed the Son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.
29 Fel yr oeddent yn mynd allan o Jericho, dilynodd tyrfa fawr ef.
29And as they went out from Jericho a great crowd followed him.
30 Yr oedd dau ddyn dall yn eistedd ar fin y ffordd, a phan glywsant fod Iesu yn mynd heibio, gwaeddasant, "Syr, trugarha wrthym, Fab Dafydd."
30And lo, two blind men, sitting by the wayside, having heard that Jesus was passing by, cried out saying, Have mercy on us, Lord, Son of David.
31 Ceryddodd y dyrfa hwy a dweud wrthynt am dewi, ond gweiddi'n fwy byth a wnaethant, "Syr, trugarha wrthym, Fab Dafydd."
31But the crowd rebuked them, that they might be silent. But they cried out the more, saying, Have mercy on us, Lord, Son of David.
32 Safodd Iesu, a'u galw a dweud, "Beth yr ydych am i mi ei wneud i chwi?"
32And Jesus, having stopped, called them and said, What will ye that I shall do to you?
33 Meddent hwy wrtho, "Syr, mae arnom eisiau i'n llygaid gael eu hagor."
33They say to him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened.
34 Tosturiodd Iesu wrthynt a chyffyrddodd 'u llygaid, a chawsant eu golwg yn l yn y fan, a chanlynasant ef.
34And Jesus, moved with compassion, touched their eyes; and immediately their eyes had sight restored to them, and they followed him.
