¹ Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses,

¹And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

² "Gorchymyn bobl Israel, a dywed wrthynt, 'Pan fyddwch yn mynd i mewn i wlad Canaan, bydd terfynau'r wlad a gewch yn etifeddiaeth fel a ganlyn:

²Command the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land of Canaan, this shall be the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, the land of Canaan according to the borders thereof.

³ i'r de bydd yn ymestyn o anialwch Sin a heibio i Edom, ac yn y dwyrain bydd eich terfyn deheuol yn ymestyn o ben draw M�r yr Heli,

³Then your south side shall be from the wilderness of Zin alongside of Edom, and your southern border shall be from the end of the salt sea eastward;

⁴ ac yn troi o lethrau Acrabbim a throsodd i Sin, ac yna i'r de o Cades-barnea; oddi yno � ymlaen i Hasar-adar a throsodd i Asmon;

⁴and your border shall turn from the south of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass on to Zin, and shall end southward at Kadesh-barnea, and shall go on to Hazar-Addar, and pass on to Azmon.

⁵ yna fe dry'r terfyn o Asmon at nant yr Aifft, a gorffen wrth y m�r.

⁵And the border shall turn from Azmon unto the torrent of Egypt, and shall end at the sea.

⁶ "'I'r gorllewin, y terfyn fydd y M�r Mawr a'r arfordir; hwn fydd eich terfyn gorllewinol.

⁶And as west border ye shall have the great sea, and [its] coast. This shall be your west border.

⁷ "'Dyma fydd eich terfyn i'r gogledd: tynnwch linell o'r M�r Mawr i Fynydd Hor,

⁷And this shall be your north border: from the great sea ye shall mark out for you mount Hor;

⁸ ac o Fynydd Hor i Lebo-hamath; bydd y terfyn yn cyrraedd hyd Sedad,

⁸from mount Hor ye shall mark out the entrance to Hamath, and the end of the border shall be toward Zedad;

⁹ yna'n ymestyn i Siffron, a gorffen yn Hasar-enan; dyma fydd eich terfyn gogleddol.

⁹and the border shall go to Ziphron, and shall end at Hazar-enan. This shall be your north border.

¹⁰ "'Ar ochr y dwyrain, tynnwch linell o Hasar-enan i Seffan;

¹⁰And ye shall mark out for you as eastern border from Hazar-enan to Shepham:

¹¹ fe �'r terfyn i lawr o Seffan i Ribla, i'r dwyrain o Ain, ac yna i lawr ymhellach ar hyd y llechweddau i'r dwyrain o F�r Cinnereth;

¹¹and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain; and the border shall descend, and shall strike upon the extremity of the sea of Chinnereth eastward;

¹² yna fe �'r terfyn i lawr ar hyd yr Iorddonen, a gorffen wrth F�r yr Heli. Hon fydd eich gwlad, a'r rhain fydd ei therfynau oddi amgylch.'"

¹²and the border shall go down to the Jordan, and shall end at the salt sea. This shall be your land according to the borders thereof round about.

¹³ Rhoddodd Moses orchymyn i bobl Israel, a dweud, "Dyma'r wlad yr ydych i'w rhannu'n etifeddiaeth trwy goelbren, a'i rhoi i'r naw llwyth a hanner, fel y gorchmynnodd yr ARGLWYDD;

¹³And Moses commanded the children of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall take for yourselves as inheritance by lot, which Jehovah commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half tribe.

¹⁴ y mae llwythau teuluoedd meibion Reuben a Gad a hanner llwyth Manasse eisoes wedi derbyn eu hetifeddiaeth;

¹⁴For the tribe of the children of the Reubenites according to their fathers' houses, and the tribe of the children of the Gadites according to their fathers' houses, have received, and half the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance;

¹⁵ derbyniodd y ddau lwyth a hanner eu hetifeddiaeth hwy yr ochr draw i'r Iorddonen, i'r dwyrain o Jericho, tua chodiad haul."

¹⁵the two tribes and the half tribe have received their inheritance on this side the Jordan of Jericho eastward, toward the sun-rising.

¹⁶ Dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth Moses,

¹⁶And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

¹⁷ "Dyma enwau'r dynion sydd i rannu'r wlad yn etifeddiaeth i chwi: Eleasar yr offeiriad, a Josua fab Nun.

¹⁷These are the names of the men who shall divide the land unto you: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.

¹⁸ Cymerwch hefyd un pennaeth o bob llwyth i rannu'r wlad yn etifeddiaeth.

¹⁸And ye shall take one prince of every tribe, to divide the land.

¹⁹ Dyma eu henwau: o lwyth Jwda, Caleb fab Jeffunne;

¹⁹And these are the names of the men: for the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh;

²⁰ o lwyth meibion Simeon, Semuel fab Ammihud;

²⁰and for the tribe of the children of Simeon, Samuel the son of Ammihud;

²¹ o lwyth Benjamin, Elidad fab Cislon;

²¹for the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon;

²² o lwyth meibion Dan, y pennaeth fydd Bucci fab Jogli;

²²and for the tribe of the children of Dan, a prince, Bukki the son of Jogli;

²³ o feibion Joseff: o lwyth meibion Manasse, y pennaeth fydd Haniel fab Effad;

²³for the children of Joseph: for the tribe of the children of Manasseh, a prince, Hanniel the son of Ephod,

²⁴ o lwyth meibion Effraim, y pennaeth fydd Cemuel fab Sifftan;

²⁴and for the tribe of the children of Ephraim, a prince, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan;

²⁵ o lwyth meibion Sabulon, y pennaeth fydd Elisaffan fab Parnach;

²⁵and for the tribe of the children of Zebulun, a prince, Elizaphan the son of Pharnach;

²⁶ o lwyth meibion Issachar, y pennaeth fydd Paltiel fab Assan;

²⁶and for the tribe of the children of Issachar, a prince, Phaltiel the son of Azzan;

²⁷ o lwyth meibion Aser, y pennaeth fydd Ahihud fab Salomi;

²⁷and for the tribe of the children of Asher, a prince, Ahihud the son of Shelomi;

²⁸ o lwyth meibion Nafftali, y pennaeth fydd Pedahel fab Ammihud.

²⁸and for the tribe of the children of Naphtali, a prince, Phedahel the son of Ammihud.

²⁹ Dyma'r dynion y gorchmynnodd yr ARGLWYDD iddynt rannu'r etifeddiaeth i bobl Israel yng ngwlad Canaan."

²⁹These are they whom Jehovah commanded to distribute to the children of Israel their inheritance in the land of Canaan.
