1{A Song of degrees.} Blessed is every one that feareth Jehovah, that walketh in his ways.
2 Cei fwyta o ffrwyth dy lafur; byddi'n hapus ac yn wyn dy fyd.
2For thou shalt eat the labour of thy hands; happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
3 Bydd dy wraig yng nghanol dy du375? fel gwinwydden ffrwythlon, a'th blant o amgylch dy fwrdd fel blagur olewydd.
3Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine in the inner part of thy house; thy children like olive-plants round about thy table.
4 Wele, fel hyn y bendithir y sawl sy'n ofni'r ARGLWYDD.
4Behold, thus shall the man be blessed that feareth Jehovah.
5 Bydded i'r ARGLWYDD dy fendithio o Seion, iti gael gweld llwyddiant Jerwsalem holl ddyddiau dy fywyd,
5Jehovah will bless thee out of Zion; and mayest thou see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life,
6 ac iti gael gweld plant dy blant. Bydded heddwch ar Israel!
6And see thy children's children. Peace be upon Israel!
