1 1 I'r Cyfarwyddwr: i Ddafydd, gwas yr ARGLWYDD.0 Llefara pechod wrth y drygionus yn nyfnder ei galon; nid oes ofn Duw ar ei gyfyl.
1{To the chief Musician. [A Psalm] of the servant of Jehovah; of David.} The transgression of the wicked uttereth within my heart, There is no fear of God before his eyes.
2 Llwydda i'w dwyllo ei hun na ellir canfod ei ddrygioni i'w gasu.
2For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, [even] when his iniquity is found to be hateful.
3 Niwed a thwyll yw ei holl eiriau; peidiodd ag ymddwyn yn ddoeth ac yn dda.
3The words of his mouth are wickedness and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, to do good.
4 Cynllunia ddrygioni yn ei wely; y mae wedi ymsefydlu yn y ffordd anghywir, ac nid yw'n gwrthod y drwg.
4He deviseth wickedness up on his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good: he abhorreth not evil.
5 Ymestyn dy gariad, ARGLWYDD, hyd y nefoedd, a'th ffyddlondeb hyd y cymylau;
5Jehovah, thy loving-kindness is in the heavens, and thy faithfulness [reacheth] unto the clouds.
6 y mae dy gyfiawnder fel y mynyddoedd uchel a'th farnau fel y dyfnder mawr; cedwi ddyn ac anifail, O ARGLWYDD.
6Thy righteousness is like the high mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: thou, Jehovah, preservest man and beast.
7 Mor werthfawr yw dy gariad, O Dduw! Llochesa pobl dan gysgod dy adenydd.
7How precious is thy loving-kindness, O God! So the sons of men take refuge under the shadow of thy wings.
8 Fe'u digonir  llawnder dy du375?, a diodi hwy o afon dy gysuron;
8They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou wilt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.
9 oherwydd gyda thi y mae ffynnon bywyd, ac yn d'oleuni di y gwelwn oleuni.
9For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.
10 Parha dy gariad at y rhai sy'n d'adnabod a'th gyfiawnder at y rhai uniawn o galon.
10Continue thy loving-kindness unto them that know thee, and thy righteousness to the upright in heart;
11 Na fydded i'r troed balch fy sathru, nac i'r llaw ddrygionus fy nhroi allan.
11Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked drive me away.
12 Dyna'r gwneuthurwyr drygioni wedi cwympo, wedi eu bwrw i'r llawr a heb allu codi!
12There are the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and are not able to rise.
