1 Yna gwelais nef newydd a daear newydd; oherwydd yr oedd y nef gyntaf a'r ddaear gyntaf wedi mynd heibio, ac nid oedd mr mwyach.
1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea exists no more.
2 A gwelais y ddinas sanctaidd, Jerwsalem newydd, yn disgyn o'r nef oddi wrth Dduw, wedi ei pharatoi fel priodferch wedi ei thecu i'w gu373?r.
2And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of the heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 Clywais lais uchel o'r orsedd yn dweud, "Wele, y mae preswylfa Duw gyda'r ddynoliaeth; bydd ef yn preswylio gyda hwy, byddant hwy yn bobloedd iddo ef, a bydd Duw ei hun gyda hwy, yn Dduw iddynt.
3And I heard a loud voice out of the heaven, saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God [is] with men, and he shall tabernacle with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, their God.
4 Fe sych bob deigryn o'u llygaid hwy, ac ni bydd marwolaeth mwyach, na galar na llefain na phoen. Y mae'r pethau cyntaf wedi mynd heibio."
4And he shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall not exist any more, nor grief, nor cry, nor distress shall exist any more, for the former things have passed away.
5 Yna dywedodd yr hwn oedd yn eistedd ar yr orsedd, "Wele, yr wyf yn gwneud pob peth yn newydd." Dywedodd hefyd, "Ysgrifenna, oherwydd dyma eiriau ffyddlon a gwir."
5And he that sat on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he says [to me], Write, for these words are true and faithful.
6 A dywedodd wrthyf, "Y mae'r cwbl ar ben! Myfi yw Alffa ac Omega, y dechrau a'r diwedd. Rhoddaf fi i'r sychedig ddiod yn rhodd o ffynnon du373?r y bywyd.
6And he said to me, It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to him that thirsts of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 Caiff y rhai sy'n gorchfygu etifeddu'r pethau hyn; byddaf yn Dduw iddynt, a byddant hwythau'n blant i mi.
7He that overcomes shall inherit these things, and I will be to him God, and he shall be to me son.
8 Ond y llwfr, y di-gred, y ffiaidd, y llofruddion, y puteinwyr, y dewiniaid, yr eilunaddolwyr, a phawb celwyddog, eu rhan hwy fydd y llyn sy'n llosgi gan dn a brwmstan, hynny yw yr ail farwolaeth."
8But to the fearful and unbelieving, [and sinners], and those who make themselves abominable, and murderers, and fornicators, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part [is] in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone; which is the second death.
9 Daeth un o'r saith angel oedd 'r saith ffiol ganddynt yn llawn o'r saith bla diwethaf, a siaradodd mi. "Tyrd," meddai, "dangosaf iti'r briodferch, gwraig yr Oen."
9And there came one of the seven angels which had had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues, and spoke with me, saying, Come here, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10 Ac aeth mi ymaith yn yr Ysbryd i fynydd mawr ac uchel, a dangosodd imi'r ddinas sanctaidd, Jerwsalem, yn disgyn o'r nef oddi wrth Dduw,
10And he carried me away in [the] Spirit, [and set me] on a great and high mountain, and shewed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of the heaven from God,
11 a gogoniant Duw ganddi. Yr oedd ei llewyrch fel llewyrch gem dra gwerthfawr, fel maen iasbis, yn disgleirio fel grisial.
11having the glory of God. Her shining [was] like a most precious stone, as a crystal-like jasper stone;
12 Yr oedd iddi fur mawr ac uchel a deuddeg porth, ac wrth y pyrth ddeuddeg angel, ac enwau deuddeg llwyth plant Israel yn ysgrifenedig ar y pyrth.
12having a great and high wall; having twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names inscribed, which are those of the twelve tribes of [the] sons of Israel.
13 Yr oedd tri phorth o du'r dwyrain, tri o du'r gogledd, tri o du'r de, a thri o du'r gorllewin.
13On [the] east three gates; and on [the] north three gates; and on [the] south three gates; and on [the] west three gates.
14 I fur y ddinas yr oedd deuddeg carreg sylfaen, ac arnynt enwau deuddeg apostol yr Oen.
14And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 Yr oedd gan yr angel oedd yn siarad mi ffon fesur o aur, i fesur y ddinas a'i phyrth a'i mur.
15And he that spoke with me had a golden reed [as] a measure, that he might measure the city, and its gates, and its wall.
16 Yr oedd y ddinas wedi ei llunio'n betryal, ei hyd yn gyfartal 'i lled. Mesurodd ef y ddinas 'r ffon. Yr oedd yn ddwy fil, dau gant ac ugain o gilomedrau, a'i hyd a'i lled a'i huchder yn gyfartal.
16And the city lies four-square, and its length [is] as much as the breadth. And he measured the city with the reed -- twelve thousand stadia: the length and the breadth and height of it are equal.
17 A mesurodd ei mur. Yr oedd yn gant pedwar deg a phedwar cufydd, yn l y mesur dynol yr oedd yr angel yn mesur wrtho.
17And he measured its wall, a hundred [and] forty-four cubits, [a] man's measure, that is, [the] angel's.
18 Iasbis oedd defnydd y mur, a'r ddinas ei hun yn aur pur, gloyw fel gwydr.
18And the building of its wall [was] jasper; and the city pure gold, like pure glass:
19 Yr oedd sylfeini mur y ddinas wedi eu haddurno phob math o emau gwerthfawr: iasbis oedd y garreg sylfaen gyntaf, saffir yr ail, chalcedon y drydedd, emrallt y bedwaredd,
19the foundations of the wall of the city [were] adorned with every precious stone: the first foundation, jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, chalcedony; the fourth, emerald;
20 sardonyx y bumed, sardion y chweched, eurfaen y seithfed, beryl yr wythfed, topas y nawfed, chrysoprasos y ddegfed, hyacinth yr unfed ar ddeg, amethyst y ddeuddegfed.
20the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, sardius; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprasus; the eleventh, jacinth; the twelfth, amethyst.
21 A deuddeg perl oedd y deuddeg porth; pob porth wedi ei wneud o un perl. Ac yr oedd heol y ddinas yn aur pur, fel gwydr tryloyw.
21And the twelve gates, twelve pearls; each one of the gates, respectively, was of one pearl; and the street of the city pure gold, as transparent glass.
22 A theml ni welais ynddi, oherwydd ei theml hi yw'r Arglwydd Dduw, yr Hollalluog, a'r Oen.
22And I saw no temple in it; for the Lord God Almighty is its temple, and the Lamb.
23 Nid oes ar y ddinas angen na'r haul na'r lleuad i dywynnu arni, oherwydd gogoniant Duw sy'n ei goleuo, a'i lamp hi yw'r Oen.
23And the city has no need of the sun nor of the moon, that they should shine for it; for the glory of God has enlightened it, and the lamp thereof [is] the Lamb.
24 A bydd y cenhedloedd yn rhodio yn ei goleuni hi, a brenhinoedd y ddaear yn dwyn eu gogoniant i mewn iddi.
24And the nations shall walk by its light; and the kings of the earth bring their glory to it.
25 Byth ni chaeir ei phyrth y dydd, ac ni bydd nos yno.
25And its gates shall not be shut at all by day, for night shall not be there.
26 A byddant yn dwyn i mewn iddi ogoniant ac anrhydedd y cenhedloedd.
26And they shall bring the glory and the honour of the nations to it.
27 Ni chaiff dim halogedig, na neb sy'n ymddwyn yn ffiaidd neu'n gelwyddog, fynd i mewn iddi hi, neb ond y rhai sydd 'u henwau'n ysgrifenedig yn llyfr bywyd yr Oen.
27And nothing common, nor that maketh an abomination and a lie, shall at all enter into it; but those only who [are] written in the book of life of the Lamb.
