1 Wrth imi edrych, gwelais yn y ffurfafen uwchben y cerwbiaid rywbeth tebyg i orsedd o faen saffir, yn ymddangos uwchlaw iddynt.
1Then I looked, and see, in the expanse that was over the head of the cherubim there appeared above them as it were a sapphire or, lapis lazuli stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
2 A dywedodd yr ARGLWYDD wrth y dyn oedd wedi ei wisgo lliain, "Dos i mewn rhwng yr olwynion o dan y cerwbiaid, a llanw dy ddwylo 'r marwor tanllyd sydd rhwng y cerwbiaid, a'i wasgar dros y ddinas." Gwnaeth hynny yn fy ngolwg.
2He spoke to the man clothed in linen, and said, Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim, and scatter them over the city. He went in as I watched.
3 Yr oedd y cerwbiaid yn sefyll ar ochr dde y deml pan aeth y dyn i mewn, ac yr oedd cwmwl yn llenwi'r cyntedd mewnol.
3Now the cherubim stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.
4 Yr oedd gogoniant yr ARGLWYDD wedi codi oddi ar y cerwbiaid a mynd at riniog y deml. Yr oedd y cwmwl yn llenwi'r adeilad, a'r cyntedd yn llawn o ddisgleirdeb gogoniant yr ARGLWYDD.
4The glory of Yahweh mounted up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of Yahweh’s glory.
5 Yr oedd su373?n adenydd y cerwbiaid i'w glywed cyn belled 'r cyntedd nesaf allan, fel llais y Duw Hollalluog pan fydd yn llefaru.
5The sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.
6 Pan orchmynnodd i'r dyn oedd wedi ei wisgo lliain, a dweud, "Cymer dn oddi rhwng yr olwynion, oddi rhwng y cerwbiaid", fe aeth yntau i mewn a sefyll yn ymyl yr olwyn.
6It came to pass, when he commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim, that he went in, and stood beside a wheel.
7 Yna estynnodd un o blith y cerwbiaid ei law at y tn oedd rhwng y cerwbiaid; cododd beth ohono a'i roi yn nwylo'r dyn oedd wedi ei wisgo lliain; cymerodd yntau ef a mynd allan.
7The cherub stretched forth his hand from between the cherubim to the fire that was between the cherubim, and took of it, and put it into the hands of him who was clothed in linen, who took it and went out.
8 O dan adenydd y cerwbiaid fe welid rhywbeth tebyg i law ddynol.
8There appeared in the cherubim the form of a man’s hand under their wings.
9 Wrth imi edrych, gwelais hefyd bedair olwyn yn ymyl y cerwbiaid, un olwyn yn ymyl pob cerwb; yr oedd ymddangosiad yr olwynion yn debyg i eurfaen disglair.
9I looked, and behold, four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside one cherub, and another wheel beside another cherub; and the appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone.
10 O ran ymddangosiad yr oedd y pedair yn debyg i'w gilydd, fel pe bai olwyn oddi mewn i olwyn.
10As for their appearance, the four of them had one likeness, like a wheel within a wheel.
11 Pan symudent, fe aent i un o'r pedwar cyfeiriad, ond nid oeddent yn troi o'u llwybr wrth fynd. Fe i'r cerwbiaid i ble bynnag yr oedd y pen yn wynebu, ond nid oeddent yn troi o'u llwybr wrth fynd.
11When they went, they went in their four directions: they didn’t turn as they went, but to the place where the head looked they followed it; they didn’t turn as they went.
12 Yr oedd eu holl gorff eu cefnau, eu dwylo a'u hadenydd a'r olwynion hefyd, y pedair ohonynt, yn llawn o lygaid.
12Their whole body, and their backs, and their hands, and their wings, and the wheels, were full of eyes all around, even the wheels that the four of them had.
13 Ac am yr olwynion, fe'u galwyd yn fy nghlyw yn chwyrnellwyr.
13As for the wheels, they were called in my hearing, the whirling wheels.
14 Yr oedd gan bob un o'r cerwbiaid bedwar wyneb: y cyntaf yn wyneb cerwb; yr ail yn wyneb dyn; y trydydd yn wyneb llew; y pedwerydd yn wyneb eryr.
14Every one had four faces: the first face was the face of the cherub, and the second face was the face of a man, and the third face the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
15 Yna fe gododd y cerwbiaid i fyny; dyma'r creaduriaid a welais wrth afon Chebar.
15The cherubim mounted up: this is the living creature that I saw by the river Chebar.
16 Pan symudai'r cerwbiaid, fe symudai'r olwynion wrth eu hochr; pan estynnai'r cerwbiaid eu hadenydd i godi oddi ar y ddaear, nid oedd yr olwynion yn ymadael hwy.
16When the cherubim went, the wheels went beside them; and when the cherubim lifted up their wings to mount up from the earth, the wheels also didn’t turn from beside them.
17 Pan safent, fe safent hwythau, a phan godent, fe godent hwythau, oherwydd yr oedd ysbryd y creaduriaid yn yr olwynion.
17When they stood, these stood; and when they mounted up, these mounted up with them: for the spirit of the living creature was in them.
18 Yna symudodd gogoniant yr ARGLWYDD o fod uwchben rhiniog y deml, ac arhosodd uwchben y cerwbiaid.
18The glory of Yahweh went forth from over the threshold of the house, and stood over the cherubim.
19 Estynnodd y cerwbiaid eu hadenydd a chodi oddi ar y ddaear yn fy ngu373?ydd, ac fel yr oeddent yn mynd yr oedd yr olwynion yn mynd gyda hwy. Ond bu iddynt aros wrth ddrws porth y dwyrain i du375?'r ARGLWYDD, ac yr oedd gogoniant Duw Israel yno uwch eu pennau.
19The cherubim lifted up their wings, and mounted up from the earth in my sight when they went forth, and the wheels beside them: and they stood at the door of the east gate of Yahweh’s house; and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above.
20 Dyma'r creaduriaid a welais dan Dduw Israel wrth afon Chebar, a sylweddolais mai cerwbiaid oeddent.
20This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar; and I knew that they were cherubim.
21 Yr oedd gan bob un bedwar wyneb, a chan bob un bedair adain, gyda rhywbeth tebyg i law ddynol dan eu hadenydd.
21Every one had four faces, and every one four wings; and the likeness of the hands of a man was under their wings.
22 Yr oedd eu hwynebau yn debyg o ran ymddangosiad i'r wynebau a welais wrth afon Chebar; yr oedd pob un ohonynt yn symud yn syth yn ei flaen.
22As for the likeness of their faces, they were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves; they went every one straight forward.
