¹ Galwodd yr ARGLWYDD ar Moses a llefaru wrtho o babell y cyfarfod a dweud:

¹ Yahweh “Yahweh” is God’s proper Name, sometimes rendered “LORD” (all caps) in other translations. called to Moses, and spoke to him out of the Tent of Meeting, saying,

² "Llefara wrth bobl Israel a dywed wrthynt, 'Pan fydd unrhyw un ohonoch yn dod ag offrwm i'r ARGLWYDD, dewch ag anifail o'r gyr neu o'r praidd yn offrwm.

²“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When anyone of you offers an offering to Yahweh, you shall offer your offering of the livestock, from the herd and from the flock.

³ "'Os poethoffrwm o'r gyr fydd ei rodd, dylai ddod � gwryw di-nam; deued ag ef at ddrws pabell y cyfarfod, iddo fod yn dderbyniol gan yr ARGLWYDD.

³“‘If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he shall offer a male without blemish. He shall offer it at the door of the Tent of Meeting, that he may be accepted before Yahweh.

⁴ Rhodded ei law ar ben y poethoffrwm, a bydd yn dderbyniol ganddo i wneud iawn drosto.

⁴He shall lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.

⁵ Y mae i ladd y bustach ifanc o flaen yr ARGLWYDD, ac yna bydd meibion Aaron, yr offeiriaid, yn dod �'r gwaed ac yn ei luchio ar bob ochr i'r allor sydd wrth ddrws pabell y cyfarfod.

⁵He shall kill the bull before Yahweh. Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall present the blood and sprinkle the blood around on the altar that is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

⁶ Y mae i flingo'r poethoffrwm a'i dorri'n ddarnau.

⁶He shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into pieces.

⁷ Bydd meibion Aaron yr offeiriad yn gosod t�n ar yr allor ac yn trefnu'r coed ar y t�n.

⁷The sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire on the altar, and lay wood in order on the fire;

⁸ Yna bydd meibion Aaron, yr offeiriaid, yn trefnu'r darnau, yn cynnwys y pen a'r braster, ar y coed sy'n llosgi ar yr allor.

⁸and Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall lay the pieces, the head, and the fat in order on the wood that is on the fire which is on the altar;

⁹ Y mae i olchi'r ymysgaroedd a'r coesau � du373?r, a bydd yr offeiriad yn llosgi'r cyfan ohono ar yr allor yn boethoffrwm, yn offrwm trwy d�n, yn arogl peraidd i'r ARGLWYDD.

⁹but its innards and its legs he shall wash with water. The priest shall burn the whole on the altar, for a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

¹⁰ "'Os poethoffrwm o'r praidd fydd ei rodd, boed o'r defaid neu o'r geifr, dylai ddod � gwryw di-nam.

¹⁰“‘If his offering is from the flock, from the sheep, or from the goats, for a burnt offering, he shall offer a male without blemish.

¹¹ Y mae i'w ladd ar ochr y gogledd i'r allor o flaen yr ARGLWYDD, a bydd meibion Aaron, yr offeiriaid, yn lluchio'i waed ar bob ochr i'r allor.

¹¹He shall kill it on the north side of the altar before Yahweh. Aaron’s sons, the priests, shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.

¹² Y mae i'w dorri'n ddarnau, yn cynnwys y pen a'r braster, a bydd yr offeiriad yn eu trefnu ar y coed sy'n llosgi ar yr allor.

¹²He shall cut it into its pieces, with its head and its fat. The priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which is on the altar,

¹³ Y mae i olchi'r ymysgaroedd a'r coesau � du373?r, a bydd yr offeiriad yn dod �'r cyfan ac yn ei losgi ar yr allor yn boethoffrwm, yn offrwm trwy d�n, yn arogl peraidd i'r ARGLWYDD.

¹⁴ "'Os poethoffrwm o adar fydd ei rodd i'r ARGLWYDD, dylai ddod � thurtur neu gyw colomen.

¹⁴“‘If his offering to Yahweh is a burnt offering of birds, then he shall offer his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.

¹⁵ Y mae'r offeiriad i ddod ag ef at yr allor a thorri ei ben, a'i losgi ar yr allor; bydd yn gwasgu allan ei waed ar ochr yr allor,

¹⁵The priest shall bring it to the altar, and wring off its head, and burn it on the altar; and its blood shall be drained out on the side of the altar;

¹⁶ yn tynnu ei grombil a'i blu, ac yn eu lluchio yn ymyl yr allor i'r dwyrain, lle mae'r lludw;

¹⁶and he shall take away its crop with its filth, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, in the place of the ashes.

¹⁷ bydd yn ei agor allan gerfydd ei adenydd, ond heb ei ddarnio; yna bydd yr offeiriad yn ei losgi ar yr allor, ar y coed sy'n llosgi, yn boethoffrwm, yn offrwm trwy d�n, yn arogl peraidd i'r ARGLWYDD.

¹⁷He shall tear it by its wings, but shall not divide it apart. The priest shall burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.
