¹ Derbyniwch i'ch plith unrhyw un sy'n wan ei ffydd, ond nid er mwyn codi dadleuon.

¹Now accept one who is weak in faith, but not for disputes over opinions.

² Y mae gan ambell un ddigon o ffydd i fwyta pob peth, ond y mae un arall, gan fod ei ffydd mor wan, yn bwyta llysiau yn unig.

²One man has faith to eat all things, but he who is weak eats only vegetables.

³ Rhaid i'r sawl sy'n bwyta pob peth beidio � bychanu'r sawl sy'n ymwrthod, a rhaid i'r sawl sy'n ymwrthod beidio � barnu'r sawl sy'n bwyta, oherwydd y mae Duw wedi ei dderbyn.

³Don’t let him who eats despise him who doesn’t eat. Don’t let him who doesn’t eat judge him who eats, for God has accepted him.

⁴ Pwy wyt ti, i fod yn barnu gwas rhywun arall? Gan y Meistr y mae'r hawl i benderfynu a yw rhywun yn sefyll neu'n syrthio. A sefyll a wna, oherwydd y mae'r Meistr yn abl i beri i rywun sefyll.

⁴Who are you who judge another’s servant? To his own lord he stands or falls. Yes, he will be made to stand, for God has power to make him stand.

⁵ Y mae ambell un yn ystyried un dydd yn well na'r llall, ac un arall yn eu hystyried i gyd yn gyfartal. Rhaid i'r naill a'r llall fod yn gwbl argyhoeddedig yn eu meddyliau eu hunain.

⁵One man esteems one day as more important. Another esteems every day alike. Let each man be fully assured in his own mind.

⁶ Y mae'r sawl sy'n cadw'r dydd yn ei gadw er gogoniant yr Arglwydd; a'r sawl sy'n bwyta pob peth yn gwneud hynny er gogoniant yr Arglwydd, oherwydd y mae'n rhoi diolch i Dduw. Ac y mae'r un sy'n ymwrthod yn ymwrthod er gogoniant yr Arglwydd; y mae'n rhoi diolch i Dduw.

⁶He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks. He who doesn’t eat, to the Lord he doesn’t eat, and gives God thanks.

⁷ Oherwydd nid oes neb ohonom yn byw nac yn marw i ni'n hunain.

⁷For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself.

⁸ Os byw yr ydym, i'r Arglwydd yr ydym yn byw, ac os marw, i'r Arglwydd yr ydym yn marw. Prun bynnag ai byw ai marw yr ydym, eiddo'r Arglwydd ydym.

⁸For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s.

⁹ Oherwydd pwrpas Crist wrth farw a dod yn fyw oedd bod yn Arglwydd ar y meirw a'r byw.

⁹For to this end Christ died, rose, and lived again, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.

¹⁰ Pam yr wyt ti yn barnu rhywun arall? A thithau, pam yr wyt yn bychanu rhywun arall? Oherwydd bydd rhaid inni bob un sefyll gerbron brawdle Duw.

¹⁰But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you despise your brother? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

¹¹ Fel y mae'n ysgrifenedig: "Cyn wired �'m bod i yn fyw, medd yr Arglwydd, i mi y bydd pob glin yn plygu, a phob tafod yn moliannu Duw."

¹¹For it is written, “‘As I live,’ says the Lord, ‘to me every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess to God.’” Isaiah 45:23

¹² Am hynny, bydd rhaid i bob un ohonom roi cyfrif amdanom ni'n hunain i Dduw.

¹²So then each one of us will give account of himself to God.

¹³ Felly, peidiwn mwyach � barnu ein gilydd. Yn hytrach, dyfarnwch nad oes neb i roi achlysur i rywun arall gwympo neu faglu.

¹³Therefore let’s not judge one another any more, but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block in his brother’s way, or an occasion for falling.

¹⁴ Mi wn i sicrwydd yn yr Arglwydd Iesu, nad oes dim yn aflan ohono'i hun. Ond i rywun sy'n ystyried rhywbeth yn aflan y mae'r peth hwnnw yn aflan.

¹⁴I know, and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean of itself; except that to him who considers anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

¹⁵ Ac felly, os yw'r math o fwyd yr wyt ti'n ei fwyta yn achos gofid i arall, nid wyt ti mwyach yn ymddwyn yn �l gofynion cariad. Paid � dwyn i ddistryw, �'th fwyd, unrhyw un y bu Crist farw drosto.

¹⁵Yet if because of food your brother is grieved, you walk no longer in love. Don’t destroy with your food him for whom Christ died.

¹⁶ Peidiwch � gadael i'r peth sy'n dda yn eich golwg gael gair drwg.

¹⁶Then don’t let your good be slandered,

¹⁷ Nid bwyta ac yfed yw teyrnas Dduw, ond cyfiawnder a heddwch a llawenydd yn yr Ysbryd Gl�n.

¹⁷for the Kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

¹⁸ Y mae'r sawl sy'n gwasanaethu Crist yn y modd hwn yn dderbyniol gan Dduw ac yn gymeradwy gan bawb.

¹⁸For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men.

¹⁹ Felly gadewch inni geisio'r pethau sy'n arwain i heddwch, ac yn adeiladu perthynas gadarn �'n gilydd.

¹⁹So then, let us follow after things which make for peace, and things by which we may build one another up.

²⁰ Peidiwch � thynnu i lawr, o achos bwyd, yr hyn a wnaeth Duw. Y mae pob bwyd yn l�n, ond y mae'n beth drwg i rywun fwyta a thrwy hynny beri cwymp i rywun arall.

²⁰Don’t overthrow God’s work for food’s sake. All things indeed are clean, however it is evil for that man who creates a stumbling block by eating.

²¹ Y peth iawn yw peidio � bwyta cig nac yfed gwin, na gwneud dim a all beri i rywun arall gwympo.

²¹It is good to not eat meat, drink wine, nor do anything by which your brother stumbles, is offended, or is made weak.

²² Cadw dy ffydd, yn hyn o beth, rhyngot ti a Duw. Dedwydd yw'r sawl nad yw'n ei gollfarnu ei hun yn yr hyn y mae'n ei gymeradwyo.

²²Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he who doesn’t judge himself in that which he approves.

²³ Ond os bydd rhywun, er gwaethaf ei amheuon, yn bwyta pob peth, y mae wedi ei gollfarnu. Oherwydd nid o ffydd y bydd yn gweithredu. Ac y mae popeth nad yw'n tarddu o ffydd yn bechod.

²³But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because it isn’t of faith; and whatever is not of faith is sin.

²⁴Now to him who is able to establish you according to my Good News and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which has been kept secret through long ages,

²⁵but now is revealed, and by the Scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, is made known for obedience of faith to all the nations;

²⁶to the only wise God, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever! Amen. TR places verses 24-26 after Romans 16:24 as verses 25-27.
