¹خوشا به حال کاملان طریق که پیرو شریعت خداوند هستند.

¹Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.

²خوشا به حال آنانی که شهادات او را حفظ می کنند و با تمامی دل او را می طلبند.

²Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.

³کج روی نیز نمی کنند، بلکه در راههای خداوند قدم بر می دارند.

³They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.

⁴تو به ما وصایای خود را امر فرموده ای تا آن ها را تماماً نگاه داریم.

⁴Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently.

⁵کاش که راههای من مستحکم شود تا فرایض تو را بجا آورم.

⁵O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes!

⁶آنگاه خجل نخواهم شد چون تمام اوامر تو را در مد نظر خود دارم.

⁶Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.

⁷تو را به راستی دل سپاس خواهم گفت، وقتی داوری های عادلانۀ تو را بیاموزم.

⁷I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.

⁸فرایض تو را بجا می آورم، پس هیچگاهی مرا ترک مکن.

⁸I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

⁹به چه چیز می تواند مرد جوان راه خود را پاک نگاه دارد؟ با محافظت آن موافق کلام تو.

⁹Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

¹⁰از دل و جان در طلب تو هستم، پس نگذار که از اوامر تو سرکشی کنم.

¹⁰With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments.

¹¹کلام تو را در دل نگاه می دارم که مبادا به تو گناه ورزم.

¹¹Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.

¹²ای خداوند تو متبارک هستی! فرایض خود را به من بیاموز.

¹²Blessed art thou, O LORD: teach me thy statutes.

¹³تمامی داوری های دهان تو را به لب های خود بیان می کنم.

¹³With my lips have I declared all the judgments of thy mouth.

¹⁴در طریق شهادات تو، بیشتر از کسب ثروت شادمانم.

¹⁴I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches.

¹⁵در وصایای تو تفکر می کنم و به طریق های تو توجه می نمایم.

¹⁵I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect unto thy ways.

¹⁶از فرامین تو لذت می برم، پس کلام تو را فراموش نمی کنم.

¹⁶I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

¹⁷به بندۀ خود احسان کن تا زنده بمانم و کلام تو را حفظ نمایم.

¹⁷Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

¹⁸چشمانم را باز کن تا حقایق شگفت انگیز احکام تو را ببینم.

¹⁸Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

¹⁹من در این دنیا بیگانه هستم، پس اوامر خود را از من مخفی مدار.

¹⁹I am a stranger in the earth: hide not thy commandments from me.

²⁰همه وقت جان من از اشتیاق به داوری های تو بی تاب می شود.

²⁰My soul breaketh for the longing that it hath unto thy judgments at all times.

²¹مردمان متکبر و ملعون را که از اوامر تو گمراه می شوند، سرزنش می کنی.

²¹Thou hast rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from thy commandments.

²²ننگ و رسوایی را از من بگردان، زیرا که شهادات تو را حفظ کرده ام.

²²Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept thy testimonies.

²³حاکمان نیز نشسته و بر ضد من سخن می گویند، لیکن بندۀ تو در فرایض تو تفکر خواهد کرد.

²³Princes also did sit and speak against me: but thy servant did meditate in thy statutes.

²⁴شهادات تو مایۀ خوشی من، و همیشه راهنمای من بوده اند.

²⁴Thy testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.

²⁵جان من به خاک نزدیک شده است؛ مرا موافق کلام خود زنده ساز.

²⁵My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word.

²⁶راههای زندگی خود را به حضور تو بیان کردم و تو مرا اجابت نمودی، پس احکام خود را به من بیاموز.

²⁶I have declared my ways, and thou heardest me: teach me thy statutes.

²⁷طریق وصایای خود را به من بفهمان، تا در کارهای شگفت انگیز تفکر نمایم.

²⁷Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: so shall I talk of thy wondrous works.

²⁸دل من از غم و اندوه آب شده است، مرا موافق کلام خود استوار گردان.

²⁸My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.

²⁹راه دروغ را از من دور کن و احکام خود را به من لطف فرما.

²⁹Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me thy law graciously.

³⁰راه راستی را اختیار کرده و داوری های تو را پیش خود می گذارم.

³⁰I have chosen the way of truth: thy judgments have I laid before me.

³¹شهادات تو در دلم جا دارد، پس ای خداوند مرا شرمنده نساز.

³¹I have stuck unto thy testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.

³²در طریق اوامر تو می دوم با اشتیاق پیش می روم، زیرا که دل مرا از بند رها ساختی.

³²I will run the way of thy commandments, when thou shalt enlarge my heart.

³³ای خداوند طریق احکام خود را به من بیاموز و من آن ها را تا به آخر نگاه می دارم.

³³Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.

³⁴مرا فهم بده و من از شریعت تو اطاعت کرده و با تمام دل آنرا بجا می آورم.

³⁴Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.

³⁵مرا در طریق اوامر خود رهنمود گردان، زیرا که راه تو برایم دلپذیر است.

³⁵Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.

³⁶دل مرا به شهادات خود مایل گردان، نه به سوی طمع.

³⁶Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.

³⁷چشمانم را از دیدن چیزهای باطل برگردان و در طریق خود مرا احیاء کن.

³⁷Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.

³⁸طبق وعده ای که به بندۀ خویش داده ای، عمل کن. همان وعده ای که به ترسندگان خود داده ای.

³⁸Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.

³⁹رسوایی را که از آن می ترسم از من دور کن زیرا داوری های تو نیکوست.

³⁹Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.

⁴⁰چقدر زیاد مشتاق وصایای تو هستم! بر حسب عدالت خود مرا احیاء کن.

⁴⁰Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness.

⁴¹ای خداوند، رحمت تو به من برسد و نجات تو بر حسب کلام تو.

⁴¹Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.

⁴²تا بتوانم ملامت کنندۀ خود را جواب دهم، زیرا به کلام تو توکل دارم.

⁴²So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.

⁴³کلام راستی را هیچگاه از دهانم مگیر، زیرا که به داوری های تو امیدوارم

⁴³And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.

⁴⁴و احکام تو را پیوسته نگاه می دارم تا ابدالآباد.

⁴⁴So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.

⁴⁵در آزادی راه می روم زیرا که وصایای ترا طلبیده ام.

⁴⁵And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.

⁴⁶از شهادات تو نزد پادشاهان سخن می گویم و خجل نخواهم شد،

⁴⁶I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.

⁴⁷زیرا احکام تو را دوست دارم و اطاعت از آن ها برایم لذت بخش است.

⁴⁷And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.

⁴⁸دستهای خود را به سوی اوامر تو بلند می کنم، زیرا که آن ها را دوست می دارم و در فرایض تو تفکر می کنم.

⁴⁸My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.

⁴⁹کلام خود را با بندۀ خویش بیاد آور، زیرا مرا بوسیلۀ آن امید داده ای.

⁴⁹Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.

⁵⁰این در وقت سختی و مصیبت تسلی من است، زیرا کلام تو مرا زنده نگاه می دارد.

⁵⁰This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.

⁵¹متکبران مرا بسیار مسخره می کنند، لیکن من از احکام تو رو بر نمی گردانم.

⁵¹The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law.

⁵²ای خداوند، داوری های تو را از قدیم بیاد می آورم و خویشتن را تسلی می دهم.

⁵²I remembered thy judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.

⁵³وقتی می بینم که اشخاص شریر احکام تو را بجا نمی آورند، از خشم به جوش می آیم.

⁵³Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.

⁵⁴فرایض تو، در دوران غربت من در این دنیا، سرود من هستند.

⁵⁴Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.

⁵⁵ای خداوند، نام تو را در شب بیاد می آورم و احکام تو را نگاه می دارم.

⁵⁵I have remembered thy name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept thy law.

⁵⁶این است آنچه برایم تعیین شده است، زیرا که وصایای تو را نگاه می دارم.

⁵⁶This I had, because I kept thy precepts.

⁵⁷خداوند بهرۀ من است، پس می گویم که کلام تو را نگاه می دارم.

⁵⁷Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.

⁵⁸از صمیم قلب خواستار رضای تو می باشم. بر حسب کلام خود بر من رحم فرما.

⁵⁸I intreated thy favour with my whole heart: be merciful unto me according to thy word.

⁵⁹در راههای خود تفکر می کنم و پاهای خود را به شهادات تو مایل می سازم.

⁵⁹I thought on my ways, and turned my feet unto thy testimonies.

⁶⁰می شتابم تا بدون تأخیر اوامرت را بجا آورم.

⁶⁰I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.

⁶¹اگر ریسمانهای شریران هم مرا احاطه کنند، احکام تو را فراموش نخواهم کرد.

⁶¹The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten thy law.

⁶²در نصف شب بیدار می شوم و تو را به خاطر داوری های عادلانۀ تو ستایش می کنم.

⁶²At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto thee because of thy righteous judgments.

⁶³من دوست همۀ ترسندگان تو هستم که وصایای تو را نگاه می دارند.

⁶³I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.

⁶⁴ای خداوند، زمین از رحمت تو پُر است؛ احکام خود را به من بیاموز!

⁶⁴The earth, O LORD, is full of thy mercy: teach me thy statutes.

⁶⁵با بندۀ خود احسان نمودی، ای خداوند موافق کلام خویش.

⁶⁵Thou hast dealt well with thy servant, O LORD, according unto thy word.

⁶⁶فهم و معرفت را به من بیاموز، زیرا که به اوامر تو اعتماد دارم.

⁶⁶Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments.

⁶⁷قبل از اینکه مصیبت را ببینم، گمراه شده بودم، لیکن حالا کلام تو را بجا می آورم.

⁶⁷Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.

⁶⁸تو نیکو هستی و نیکویی می کنی. فرایض خود را به من بیاموز.

⁶⁸Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes.

⁶⁹متکبران دربارۀ من دروغ گفتند، اما من به تمامی دل وصایای تو را نگاه می دارم.

⁶⁹The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep thy precepts with my whole heart.

⁷⁰دل ایشان از شدت چربی سخت شده است، ولی من از احکام تو لذت می برم.

⁷⁰Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in thy law.

⁷¹مرا نیکوست که مصیبت را دیدم، تا فرایض تو را بیاموزم.

⁷¹It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn thy statutes.

⁷²احکام دهان تو برای من بهتر است از هزاران طلا و نقره.

⁷²The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.

⁷³دستهای تو مرا ساخته و آفریده است. مرا فهیم گردان تا اوامر تو را بیاموزم.

⁷³Thy hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn thy commandments.

⁷⁴ترسندگان تو از دیدن من خوشحال می شوند، زیرا به کلام تو امیدوار هستم.

⁷⁴They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.

⁷⁵ای خداوند، می دانم که داوری های تو عادلانه است و در وفاداری خود مرا تنبیه نموده ای.

⁷⁵I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.

⁷⁶پس رحمت تو برای من تسلی شود، موافق کلام تو با بندۀ خویش.

⁷⁶Let, I pray thee, thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to thy word unto thy servant.

⁷⁷مرا از رحمت های خود برخوردار کن تا زنده بمانم و از احکام تو لذت ببرم.

⁷⁷Let thy tender mercies come unto me, that I may live: for thy law is my delight.

⁷⁸متکبران خجل شوند، زیرا که با دروغهای خود مرا اذیت کردند و اما من در وصایای تو تفکر می کنم.

⁷⁸Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in thy precepts.

⁷⁹ترسندگان تو پیش من برگردند و آنانی که شهادات تو را می دانند.

⁷⁹Let those that fear thee turn unto me, and those that have known thy testimonies.

⁸⁰دل من در فرایض تو کامل شود، تا شرمنده نشوم.

⁸⁰Let my heart be sound in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed.

⁸¹جان من در انتظار اینکه مرا نجات دهی از حال رفته است، لیکن به کلام تو امیدوار هستم.

⁸¹My soul fainteth for thy salvation: but I hope in thy word.

⁸²چشمانم برای کلام تو تار گردیده است و می پرسم که چه وقت مرا تسلی خواهی داد.

⁸²Mine eyes fail for thy word, saying, When wilt thou comfort me?

⁸³مانند مَشکِ دود زده خشک شده ام، اما احکام تو را فراموش نکرده ام.

⁸³For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget thy statutes.

⁸⁴تا به کی بنده ات صبر کند؟ چه وقت جفاکنندگانم را داوری خواهی نمود؟

⁸⁴How many are the days of thy servant? when wilt thou execute judgment on them that persecute me?

⁸⁵متکبران برای من چاهها کندند، زیرا که از شریعت تو نافرمانی می کنند.

⁸⁵The proud have digged pits for me, which are not after thy law.

⁸⁶همۀ اوامر تو راست است. بر من ناحق جفا کردند، پس مرا امداد فرما.

⁸⁶All thy commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help thou me.

⁸⁷نزدیک بود مرا از روی زمین نابود کنند، اما من وصایای تو را ترک نکردم.

⁸⁷They had almost consumed me upon earth; but I forsook not thy precepts.

⁸⁸بر حسب رحمت خود مرا زنده ساز تا شهادات دهان تو را نگاه دارم.

⁸⁸Quicken me after thy lovingkindness; so shall I keep the testimony of thy mouth.

⁸⁹ای خداوند کلام تو تا ابدالآباد در آسمان ها پایدار است.

⁸⁹For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.

⁹⁰وفاداری تو نسل اندر نسل است، زمین را که آفریده ای پابرجا می ماند.

⁹⁰Thy faithfulness is unto all generations: thou hast established the earth, and it abideth.

⁹¹برای داوری های تو تا امروز ایستاده اند زیرا که همه در خدمت تو هستند.

⁹¹They continue this day according to thine ordinances: for all are thy servants.

⁹²اگر لذت و خوشی من در احکام تو نمی بود، به یقین که در خواری و ذلت خویش نابود می شدم.

⁹²Unless thy law had been my delights, I should then have perished in mine affliction.

⁹³وصایای تو را تا ابد فراموش نمی کنم زیرا به آن ها مرا زنده ساخته ای.

⁹³I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.

⁹⁴من از آن تو هستم؛ مرا نجات ده، زیرا که وصایای تو را می طلبم.

⁹⁴I am thine, save me: for I have sought thy precepts.

⁹⁵شریران برای من انتظار کشیدند تا مرا نابود کنند، ولی من به شهادات تو تفکر می کنم.

⁹⁵The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider thy testimonies.

⁹⁶برای هر کمالی انتهایی دیدم، لیکن حکم تو بی نهایت وسیع است.

⁹⁶I have seen an end of all perfection: but thy commandment is exceeding broad.

⁹⁷احکام تو را چقدر دوست می دارم؛ تمامی روز تفکر من است.

⁹⁷O how I love thy law! it is my meditation all the day.

⁹⁸اوامر تو مرا حکیمتر از دشمنانم می سازد، زیرا که همیشه نزد من می باشد.

⁹⁸Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.

⁹⁹فهیم تر از همۀ معلمانم شدم، زیرا که شهادات تو تفکر من است.

⁹⁹I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.

¹⁰⁰عاقلتر از بزرگان قوم شدم، زیرا که وصایای تو را نگاه می دارم.

¹⁰⁰I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.

¹⁰¹پاهای خود را از هر راه بد دور نگاه میدارم، تا اینکه کلام تو را بجا آورم.

¹⁰¹I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep thy word.

¹⁰²از داوری های تو رو بر نمی گردانم، چونکه تو آن ها را به من آموختی.

¹⁰²I have not departed from thy judgments: for thou hast taught me.

¹⁰³کلام تو برای من گوارا و شیرینتر از عسل است.

¹⁰³How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth!

¹⁰⁴وصایای تو به من دانایی می آموزد. بنابراین از هر راه دروغ نفرت دارم.

¹⁰⁴Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.

¹⁰⁵کلام تو برای پاهای من چراغ و برای راههای من نور است.

¹⁰⁵Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

¹⁰⁶قول داده ام و به آن وفا می کنم که از اوامر تو پیروی نموده و داوری های عدالت تو را نگاه دارم.

¹⁰⁶I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep thy righteous judgments.

¹⁰⁷بسیار رنج دیده ام. ای خداوند، موافق کلام خود مرا زنده ساز!

¹⁰⁷I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according unto thy word.

¹⁰⁸ای خداوند، عرض شکران و دعای مرا بپذیر و داوری های خود را به من بیاموز.

¹⁰⁸Accept, I beseech thee, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me thy judgments.

¹⁰⁹جان من همیشه در خطر است، اما احکام تو را از یاد نمی برم.

¹⁰⁹My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget thy law.

¹¹⁰شریران برای من دام گسترده اند، اما از وصایای تو گمراه نمی شوم.

¹¹⁰The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from thy precepts.

¹¹¹شهادات تو برای من میراث ابدی و مایۀ خوشی دل من است.

¹¹¹Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.

¹¹²دل خود را برای بجا آوردن فرایض تو مایل ساختم، تا به ابد و تا آخر.

¹¹²I have inclined mine heart to perform thy statutes alway, even unto the end.

¹¹³از مردمان دو رو بیزارم، لیکن احکام تو را دوست دارم.

¹¹³I hate vain thoughts: but thy law do I love.

¹¹⁴تو پناهگاه و سپر من هستی و به کلام تو امیدوار هستم.

¹¹⁴Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word.

¹¹⁵ای بدکاران از من دور شوید! من اوامر خدای خویش را نگاه می دارم.

¹¹⁵Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.

¹¹⁶مرا بر حسب کلام خود تأیید کن تا زنده شوم و از امید خود خجل نگردم.

¹¹⁶Uphold me according unto thy word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.

¹¹⁷مرا تقویت کن تا رستگار گردم و بر فرایض تو دایماً نظر نمایم.

¹¹⁷Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.

¹¹⁸همۀ کسانی را که از فرایض تو دور شده اند، از حضور خود می رانی و فریب آن ها را باطل می گردانی.

¹¹⁸Thou hast trodden down all them that err from thy statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.

¹¹⁹جمیع شریران را مثل تفاله دور می ریزی، بنابراین شهادات تو را دوست می دارم.

¹¹⁹Thou puttest away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.

¹²⁰از ترس تو به خود می لرزم و از داوری هایت وحشت می کنم.

¹²⁰My flesh trembleth for fear of thee; and I am afraid of thy judgments.

¹²¹راستی و عدالت را بجا آوردم. مرا به دست ظالمان مسپار.

¹²¹I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to mine oppressors.

¹²²برای سعادت بندۀ خود ضامن شو تا متکبران بر من ظلم نکنند.

¹²²Be surety for thy servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.

¹²³چشمانم برای نجات تو تار شده است و برای کلام عدالت تو.

¹²³Mine eyes fail for thy salvation, and for the word of thy righteousness.

¹²⁴با بندۀ خویش موافق رحمت خود رفتار کن و احکام خود را به من بیاموز.

¹²⁴Deal with thy servant according unto thy mercy, and teach me thy statutes.

¹²⁵من بندۀ تو هستم، مرا فهیم گردان تا شهادات تو را بدانم.

¹²⁵I am thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies.

¹²⁶وقت آن است که خداوند عمل کند زیرا که احکام تو را باطل نموده اند.

¹²⁶It is time for thee, LORD, to work: for they have made void thy law.

¹²⁷اوامر تو را بیشتر از طلا دوست می دارم، زیادتر از زر خالص.

¹²⁷Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.

¹²⁸همۀ وصایای تو را در هر مورد راست می دانم، و از همه راههای دروغ نفرت دارم.

¹²⁸Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.

¹²⁹شهادات تو شگفت انگیز است. بنابراین، من آن ها را نگاه می دارم.

¹²⁹Thy testimonies are wonderful: therefore doth my soul keep them.

¹³⁰کشف کلام تو نور می بخشد و ساده دلان را فهیم می گرداند.

¹³⁰The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.

¹³¹با اشتیاق زیاد و با هر نَفَس خود، خواهان وصایای تو هستم.

¹³¹I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.

¹³²بر من نظر کن و کَرَم فرما، بر حسب عادت خویش به آنانی که نام تو را دوست می دارند.

¹³²Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.

¹³³قدم های مرا در کلام خود پایدار ساز، تا هیچ بدی بر من تسلط نیابد.

¹³³Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.

¹³⁴مرا از ظلم انسان خلاصی ده، تا وصایای تو را نگاه دارم.

¹³⁴Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.

¹³⁵روی خود را بر بندۀ خود روشن ساز و احکام خود را به من بیاموز.

¹³⁵Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.

¹³⁶سیل اشک از چشمانم جاری است، زیرا مردم از احکام تو پیروی نمی کنند.

¹³⁶Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.

¹³⁷ای خداوند، تو عادل هستی و داوری های تو راست است.

¹³⁷Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.

¹³⁸شهادات خود را در عدالت و امانت قرار داده ای.

¹³⁸Thy testimonies that thou hast commanded are righteous and very faithful.

¹³⁹غیرت من مرا از بین می برد، زیرا دشمنانم کلام تو را فراموش کرده اند.

¹³⁹My zeal hath consumed me, because mine enemies have forgotten thy words.

¹⁴⁰کلام تو بی نهایت مصفی است و بندۀ تو آنرا دوست دارد.

¹⁴⁰Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.

¹⁴¹من کوچک و حقیر هستم، اما وصایای تو را از یاد نمی برم.

¹⁴¹I am small and despised: yet do not I forget thy precepts.

¹⁴²عدالت تو عدل است تا ابد و احکام تو راست است.

¹⁴²Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is the truth.

¹⁴³تنگی و ضیقی مرا فرا گرفته است، اما اوامر تو برای من لذت بخش است.

¹⁴³Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet thy commandments are my delights.

¹⁴⁴شهادات تو عادل است تا ابد. مرا خردمند گردان تا زنده شوم.

¹⁴⁴The righteousness of thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.

¹⁴⁵به تمامیِ دل خوانده ام. ای خداوند مرا جواب ده تا احکام تو را نگاه دارم!

¹⁴⁵I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep thy statutes.

¹⁴⁶تو را خوانده ام، پس مرا نجات ده و شهادات تو را نگاه می دارم.

¹⁴⁶I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies.

¹⁴⁷پیش از طلوع آفتاب عذر و زاری می کنم و به کلام تو امیدوار می باشم.

¹⁴⁷I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.

¹⁴⁸تمام شب چشمان خود را بیدار نگه داشتم، تا در کلام تو تفکر نمایم.

¹⁴⁸Mine eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

¹⁴⁹بر حسب رحمت خود آواز مرا بشنو. ای خداوند موافق داوری های خود مرا زنده ساز.

¹⁴⁹Hear my voice according unto thy lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment.

¹⁵⁰آنانی که در پی شرارت می روند و دور از احکام تو هستند، به من نزدیک می شوند.

¹⁵⁰They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from thy law.

¹⁵¹اما تو ای خداوند نزدیک هستی و جمیع اوامر تو راست است.

¹⁵¹Thou art near, O LORD; and all thy commandments are truth.

¹⁵²مدتها پیش، از شهادات تو دانسته ام که آن ها را تا به ابد برقرار نموده ای.

¹⁵²Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.

¹⁵³بر ذلت و خواری من نظر کن و مرا خلاصی ده، زیرا احکام تو را فراموش نمی کنم.

¹⁵³Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.

¹⁵⁴در دعوی من دادرسی فرما و مرا رهایی ده و بر حسب کلام خویش مرا زنده ساز.

¹⁵⁴Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to thy word.

¹⁵⁵نجات از شریران دور است، زیرا که فرایض تو را نمی طلبند.

¹⁵⁵Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not thy statutes.

¹⁵⁶ای خداوند، رحمت های تو بسیار است. بر حسب داوری های خود مرا زنده ساز.

¹⁵⁶Great are thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to thy judgments.

¹⁵⁷جفاکنندگان و دشمنان من بسیار اند، اما از شهادات تو رو بر نمی گردانم.

¹⁵⁷Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from thy testimonies.

¹⁵⁸خیانتکاران را دیدم و از آن ها متنفر شدم، زیرا کلام تو را نگاه نمی دارند.

¹⁵⁸I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.

¹⁵⁹ببین که وصایای تو را دوست می دارم. ای خداوند، بر حسب رحمت خود مرا زنده ساز!

¹⁵⁹Consider how I love thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to thy lovingkindness.

¹⁶⁰تمام کلام تو بر حق و همۀ داوری های تو عادلانه و تا به ابد است.

¹⁶⁰Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

¹⁶¹مردمان قدرتمند بی جهت بر من جفا کردند، اما دل من از کلام تو ترسان است.

¹⁶¹Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart standeth in awe of thy word.

¹⁶²من در کلام تو شادمان هستم، مثل کسی که گنجی را یافته باشد.

¹⁶²I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil.

¹⁶³دروغ را زشت دانسته و از آن متنفرم، ولی احکام تو را دوست می دارم.

¹⁶³I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.

¹⁶⁴روزانه هفت بار تو را ستایش می کنم، برای داوری های عادلانۀ تو.

¹⁶⁴Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.

¹⁶⁵کسانی که احکام تو را دوست دارند، سلامتی بزرگی دارند و هیچ چیز باعث لغزش ایشان نخواهد شد.

¹⁶⁵Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.

¹⁶⁶ای خداوند، منتظر نجات از جانب تو هستم و اوامر تو را بجا می آورم.

¹⁶⁶LORD, I have hoped for thy salvation, and done thy commandments.

¹⁶⁷جان من شهادات تو را نگاه داشته است و آن ها را بی نهایت دوست می دارم.

¹⁶⁷My soul hath kept thy testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.

¹⁶⁸وصایا و شهادات تو را نگاه داشته ام، زیرا که تمام طریق های من در مد نظر تو است.

¹⁶⁸I have kept thy precepts and thy testimonies: for all my ways are before thee.

¹⁶⁹ای خداوند، فریاد من به حضور تو برسد. بر حسب کلام خود مرا فهیم گردان.

¹⁶⁹Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.

¹⁷⁰مناجات من به حضور تو برسد. بر حسب کلام خود مرا خلاصی ده.

¹⁷⁰Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.

¹⁷¹لبهای من پیوسته تو را ستایش کند، زیرا فرایض خود را به من آموخته ای.

¹⁷¹My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.

¹⁷²زبان من کلام تو را بسراید زیرا که تمام اوامر تو عدل است.

¹⁷²My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.

¹⁷³دست تو برای اعانت من برسد، زیرا که وصایای تو را برگزیده ام.

¹⁷³Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.

¹⁷⁴ای خداوند برای نجات تو مشتاق بوده ام و شریعت تو مایۀ خوشی من است.

¹⁷⁴I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.

¹⁷⁵جان من زنده شود تا تو را ستایش کنم و داوری های تو کمک کنندۀ من باشد.مثل گوسفندِ گمشده سرگردانم، بندۀ خود را دریاب، زیرا که اوامر تو را فراموش نمی کنم.

¹⁷⁵Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.

¹⁷⁶مثل گوسفندِ گمشده سرگردانم، بندۀ خود را دریاب، زیرا که اوامر تو را فراموش نمی کنم.

¹⁷⁶I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.
