Ezekiel

5

1And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife; a barber's razor shalt thou take; and cause it to pass upon thy head and upon thy beard: and thou shalt take balances to weigh, and divide the [hair].
1 "Tithau, fab dyn, cymer iti gleddyf llym a'i ddefnyddio fel ellyn barbwr i eillio dy ben a'th farf, ac yna cymer gloriannau a rhannu'r gwallt.
2A third part shalt thou burn in the fire in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled; and thou shalt take a third part, [and] smite about it with a knife; and a third part thou shalt scatter to the wind, and I will draw out a sword after them.
2 Llosga draean ohono mewn tn yng nghanol y ddinas pan ddaw dyddiau'r gwarchae i ben; cymer draean a'i daro 'r cleddyf o amgylch y ddinas; gwasgara draean i'r gwynt, ac fe'i hymlidiaf chleddyf.
3And thou shalt take thereof a few in number, and bind them in thy skirts;
3 Cymer hefyd ychydig bach ohono a'i glymu yng ngodre dy wisg.
4and thou shalt take of these again, and cast them into the midst of the fire, and burn them in the fire: from it shall a fire come forth against all the house of Israel.
4 Cymer ychydig ohono eto a'i daflu i ganol tn a'i losgi; bydd tn yn lledu ohono i holl du375? Israel.
5Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: This is Jerusalem: I have set her in the midst of the nations, and the countries are round about her.
5 "Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Dyma Jerwsalem; fe'i gosodais yng nghanol y cenhedloedd, gyda gwledydd o'i hamgylch,
6And she hath rebelled against my judgments in wickedness more than the nations, and against my statutes more than the countries that are round about her: for mine ordinances have they refused; and my statutes, they have not walked in them.
6 ac y mae wedi gwrthryfela'n waeth yn erbyn fy marnau a'm deddfau na'r cenhedloedd a'r gwledydd o'i hamgylch, oherwydd y mae'r bobl wedi gwrthod fy marnau, ac nid ydynt yn dilyn fy neddfau.
7Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because ye have been turbulent more than the nations that are round about you, [and] have not walked in my statutes, neither have kept mine ordinances, nor [even] have done according to the ordinances of the nations that are round about you;
7 "Fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Am i chwi fod yn fwy terfysglyd na'r cenhedloedd o'ch amgylch, a pheidio dilyn fy neddfau nac ufuddhau i'm barnau, na hyd yn oed farnau'r cenhedloedd o'ch amgylch,
8therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I, even I, am against thee, and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the nations;
8 felly, fel hyn y dywed yr Arglwydd DDUW: Edrych, yr wyf fi fy hun yn dy erbyn. Gwnaf farn  thi yng ngu373?ydd y cenhedloedd;
9and I will do in thee that which I have not done, and whereunto I will not do any more the like, because of all thine abominations.
9 oherwydd dy holl ffieidd-dra gwnaf i ti yr hyn nas gwneuthum erioed ac nis gwnaf eto.
10Therefore the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of thee, and the sons shall eat their fathers; and I will execute judgments in thee, and the whole remnant of thee will I scatter to all the winds.
10 Am hynny, yn dy ganol di bydd rhieni yn bwyta eu plant a phlant yn bwyta eu rhieni; gwnaf farn thi, a gwasgaraf i'r pedwar gwynt y rhai a weddillir ohonot.
11Wherefore, [as] I live, saith the Lord Jehovah, verily because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy detestable things, and with all thine abominations, therefore will I also withdraw mine eye, and it shall not spare, nor will I have any pity.
11 Felly, cyn wired 'm bod yn fyw, medd yr Arglwydd DDUW, am i ti halogi fy nghysegr 'th holl bethau atgas a ffiaidd, byddaf finnau yn dy ddarostwng, ac ni fyddaf yn tosturio, nac yn trugarhau.
12A third part of thee shall die by the pestilence, and shall be consumed by the famine in the midst of thee; and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee; and I will scatter a third part to all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.
12 Bydd traean o'th bobl yn marw o haint ac yn darfod o newyn o'th fewn; bydd traean yn syrthio trwy'r cleddyf o'th amgylch; a byddaf yn gwasgaru traean i'r pedwar gwynt ac yn eu hymlid 'r cleddyf.
13And mine anger shall be accomplished, and I will satisfy my fury upon them, and I will comfort myself; and they shall know that I Jehovah have spoken in my jealousy, when I have accomplished my fury upon them.
13 Yna fe dderfydd fy nig, ac fe dawela fy llid yn eu herbyn, a byddaf fodlon; pan fydd fy llid yn eu herbyn wedi darfod, byddant yn gwybod mai myfi'r ARGLWYDD sydd wedi llefaru yn fy eiddigedd.
14And I will make thee a waste and a reproach among the nations that are round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.
14 Rhoddaf di'n anrhaith ac yn warth ymysg y cenhedloedd o'th amgylch, yng ngu373?ydd pawb sy'n mynd heibio.
15And it shall be a reproach, and a taunt, an instruction, and an astonishment unto the nations that are round about thee, when I shall execute judgments upon thee in anger, and in fury, and in furious rebukes: I, Jehovah, have spoken.
15 Byddi'n warth ac yn watwar, yn wers ac yn fraw i'r cenhedloedd o'th amgylch, pan wnaf farn thi mewn dig ac mewn llid ac cherydd miniog. Myfi, yr ARGLWYDD, a lefarodd.
16When I send upon them the evil arrows of famine, that are for [their] destruction, which I send to destroy you, then will I increase the famine upon you, and will break your staff of bread.
16 Pan fyddaf yn saethu atat 'm saethau marwol a dinistriol o newyn, byddaf yn saethu i'th ddinistrio; dygaf ragor o newyn arnat a thorraf ymaith dy gynhaliaeth o fara.
17And I will send upon you famine and evil beasts, which shall bereave thee of children; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee: I, Jehovah, have spoken.
17 Anfonaf arnat newyn a bwystfilod gwylltion, ac fe'th wnnt yn ddi-blant; bydd haint a thywallt gwaed yn ysgubo drosot, a gwnaf i gleddyf ddod arnat. Myfi, yr ARGLWYDD, a lefarodd."
